When the diaper of the embodiment is used, if a wearer has excrement, the excrement conducts the metal wire core 61 of the first lead and the metal wire core 71 of the second lead to alarm; if a small amount of urine is excreted, the metal wire core 81 of the third lead and the metal wire core 91 of the fourth lead are conducted to alarm; if a large amount of urine is excreted, the metal wire core 81 of the third wire, the metal wire core 91 of the fourth wire and the metal wire core 101 of the fifth wire can be conducted simultaneously to alarm.
Therefore, the paper diaper of the embodiment can realize defecation alarm and urination alarm, and can distinguish defecation or urination and the amount of urination, so that a nursing person can conveniently and accurately master the defecation condition of a wearer in time, and timely replacement of the paper diaper is facilitated.

A paper diaper comprises a waterproof outer layer, a water absorption core layer and a skin-friendly inner layer which are sequentially arranged, and is characterized in that a detection alarm assembly is arranged in the paper diaper, the detection alarm assembly comprises a stool detection end and an alarm outer connection end, the stool detection end and the alarm outer connection end are made of insulating materials, the stool detection end and the alarm outer connection end are connected through a first wire and a second wire which are parallel to each other, and insulating layers are respectively wrapped outside the first wire and the second wire between the stool detection end and the alarm outer connection end; a detection window is arranged at the position of the anus of the diaper, the position of the detection window is free of the water-absorbing core layer and the skin-friendly inner layer, and the water-absorbing core layer at the periphery of the detection window is tightly connected with the skin-friendly inner layer; an insulating block protrudes from the excrement detection end, the insulating block is embedded in the detection window towards the direction of a wearer, a blind hole is formed in the surface of the insulating block, and the distance between the blind hole and the edge of the insulating block is larger than 1 mm; the metal wire core of the first lead and the metal wire core of the second lead are exposed and arranged in the blind hole in a mutual non-contact mode.
2. The disposable diaper of claim 1, wherein a distance between a periphery of the insulating block and the detection window is 1-5 mm.

The disposable diaper of claim 2, wherein the detection alarm assembly further comprises a connecting portion, a base of the connecting portion is made of an insulating material integrally connected with the stool detection end and the external connection end of the alarm, and the first lead and the second lead are injection-molded in the connecting portion; a third lead and a fourth lead are further injected inside the connecting part, one end parts of the third lead and the fourth lead are respectively connected with the external end of the alarm, and metal wire cores at the other end parts of the third lead and the fourth lead respectively penetrate out of the connecting part and point to a wearer, and the penetrating positions are located at the urination and defecation part of the wearer and are not in contact with each other; the insulating material is silica gel, rubber, nylon or plastic.

The diaper according to claim 3, wherein a fifth wire is molded inside the connecting portion; one end of the fifth wire is connected with the external end of the alarm, and the metal wire core of the fifth wire at the other end of the fifth wire penetrates out of the connecting part and points to a wearer, and the penetrating position is 50-200mm away from the urine excretion part of the wearer.
5. The diaper of claim 1, wherein the exposed length of the metal core of the first wire and the exposed length of the metal core of the second wire in the blind hole are both 5-50 mm.
6. The diaper of claim 1, wherein the insulating block has a thickness of 1-8 mm.

The diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the stool-detecting end is provided with an insulating substrate, and the insulating block is provided on the insulating substrate; the detection window is not provided with a waterproof outer layer, and the detection alarm assembly is integrally attached to the outer side of the waterproof outer layer.
8. The diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the detection window is located with a waterproof outer layer, and the first and second wires are disposed between the absorbent core layer and the waterproof outer layer.
9. The diaper of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the detection window is located with a waterproof outer layer, and the first and second leads are disposed between the absorbent core layer and the skin-friendly inner layer.
10. The diaper according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the detection window is provided with a waterproof outer layer, and the first lead and the second lead are arranged in the absorbent core layer in a penetrating manner.
11. A diaper as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said alarm attachment end is provided with a first metal fastener and a second metal fastener, said first metal fastener being connected to said first wire, said second metal fastener being connected to said second wire.
