1. A cooking appliance comprising a pot body (60) and a lid assembly covering the pot body (60), characterized in that the lid assembly comprises: a cover body (10), a fixed seat (20), an air deflector (30) and a connecting structure (40),
the fixed seat (20) is fixed on the cover body (10);
the fixed seat (20) is connected with the air deflector (30) through the connecting structure (40);
the connecting structure (40) comprises a connecting hole (41) and an expansion piece (42) which is in plug-in fit with the connecting hole (41), one of the connecting hole (41) and the expansion piece (42) is arranged on the fixed seat (20), and the other one of the connecting hole (41) and the expansion piece (42) is arranged on the air deflector (30), so that the air deflector (30) can be detachably arranged on the fixed seat (20) through the connecting structure (40).
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the connecting structure (40) comprises a plurality of connecting holes (41) and/or a plurality of telescopic members (42) so that the position of the air deflector (30) within the holder (20) is adjustable.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the connecting structure (40) further comprises a mounting portion (43), the mounting portion (43) is disposed on the fixing base (20) or the air deflector (30), the telescopic member (42) comprises a push rod (421) and an elastic member (422), the elastic member (422) and the push rod (421) are disposed in the mounting portion (43), and the push rod (421) can move between a locking position and an unlocking position under the elastic action of the elastic member (422).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the mounting portion (43) comprises a mounting body (431) and a cover plate (432) connected to the mounting body (431), the elastic member (422) and the top bar (421) are both disposed between the mounting body (431) and the cover plate (432), and a first end of the elastic member (422) is in abutting fit with the cover plate (432).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the push rod (421) comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the push rod (421) can extend out of the mounting portion (43) and form a blocking end, a through hole (433) for the blocking end to pass through is arranged on the mounting portion (43), the push rod (421) comprises a stopping structure (4211), and the stopping structure (4211) is in stopping fit with the mounting portion (43) to limit the push rod (421) to be separated from the mounting portion (43).
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the elastic member (422) is sleeved on the second end of the top bar (421), and the second end of the elastic member (422) is in abutting fit with the stop structure (4211).

The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the fixing base (20) comprises a first top plate (21) and a bottom plate (22) which are oppositely arranged and a first side plate (23) arranged between the first top plate (21) and the bottom plate (22), the mounting portion (43) is arranged on the first side plate (23), and the mounting base body (431) is assembled on the fixing base (20) or the mounting base body (431) and the fixing base (20) are of an integrally formed structure.

The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the air deflector (30) comprises a second top plate (31) and a second side plate (32) arranged adjacent to the second top plate (31), the connecting hole (41) is arranged on the second side plate (32), and a guide tapered surface (411) is arranged on the connecting hole (41).
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the blocking end of the stem (421) comprises a spherical portion (4212).

The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cover body (10) further comprises a surface cover (11), and a communication port (111) communicated with the inside of the fixing base (20) is formed in a side wall of the surface cover (11), so that hot air enters the fixing base (20) and the air deflector (30) through the communication port (111).
