a pressure limiting valve (50), the pressure limiting valve (50) being disposed on the upper cover (20);
the non-pressure valve (30) comprises a valve seat (31) and a valve core (32), the valve seat (31) is arranged on the buckling cover (22), the valve core (32) can penetrate through the valve seat (31) in a vertically moving mode, the valve seat (31) is provided with a valve port (311), one side of the valve port (311) is communicated with the cooking cavity (11), the other side of the valve port (311) is communicated with the outside, and the valve core (32) is provided with a blocking position attached to the valve port (311) and an exhaust position separated from the valve port (311);
the side wall of the valve core (32) is provided with an outer convex part (321), a gap is formed between the outer convex part (321) and the upper end face of the valve core (32), the fixed cover (21) is provided with a stop arm (212) in driving fit with the outer convex part (321), and in the process that the buckling cover (22) rotates relative to the fixed cover (21), the valve core (32) moves relative to the stop arm (212) so that the valve core (32) can move between the blocking position and the exhaust position under the fit of the stop arm (212) and the outer convex part (321).
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1,
a guide structure (40) is arranged between the valve core (32) and the buckling cover (22), the guide structure (40) comprises a guide convex part (41) and a guide groove (42), the guide groove (42) extends along the up-down direction, and the guide convex part (41) can move up and down along the guide groove (42);
the guide protrusion (41) is disposed on the valve core (32), the guide groove (42) is disposed on the snap cover (22), or the guide protrusion (41) is disposed on the snap cover (22), and the guide groove (42) is disposed on the valve core (32).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the snap cover (22) is provided with a guide post (222), the guide post (222) extends upward, and the guide groove (42) is provided on a side wall of the guide post (222).
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the guide protrusion (41) includes a guide rib (411), the guide rib (411) being provided on a side wall of the valve body (32).

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the blocking arm (212) comprises a connecting section (2121) and a driving section (2122), a first end of the connecting section (2121) is connected with the fixing cover (21), a second end of the connecting section (2121) extends upwards, the driving section (2122) is connected with a second end of the connecting section (2121), and the driving section (2122) is in driving fit with the external protrusion (321).

The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the external protrusion (321) is located below the driving section (2122), and the bottom wall of the driving section (2122) is gradually spaced from the fixing cover (21) in a rotating direction in which the snap cover (22) is rotated relative to the fixing cover (21) to separate the cover teeth (221) from the pot teeth (12).
7. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the valve core (32) comprises a valve stem (322) and a bonnet (323) provided at an upper end of the valve stem (322), the external protrusion (321) being provided on a side wall of the bonnet (323).
8. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
the valve core (32) comprises a valve rod (322), the valve rod (322) comprises a rod body (3221) and a sealing seat (3222) arranged at the lower end of the rod body (3221), the rod body (3221) can penetrate through the valve seat (31) in a vertically moving mode, the sealing seat (3222) is located below the valve seat (31), and when the valve core (32) is located at the blocking position, the sealing seat (3222) blocks the valve port (311);
the case (32) is still including setting up valve cap (323) of the upper end of valve rod (322), no pressure valve (30) still includes reset spring (33), reset spring (33) cover is established on the lateral wall of the body of rod (3221), reset spring (33) first end with valve seat (31) looks butt, reset spring (33) second end with valve cap (323) looks butt.

The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the snap-on lid (22) comprises a metal lid (223) and a rotary disc (224) connected to each other, the rotary disc (224) being located above the metal lid (223), the lid teeth (221) being provided on the metal lid (223), the guide structure (40) being provided between the valve cartridge (32) and the rotary disc (224).

the outer convex part (321) comprises a pressure lever (3211);
the lower end of the baffle arm (212) is provided with a connecting plate (2123), and the baffle arm (212) is connected with the fixed cover (21) through the connecting plate (2123);
the fixed cover (21) comprises a surface cover (213) and an inner lining (214) positioned below the surface cover (213), and the baffle arm (212) is arranged on the inner lining (214);
the snap-on cover (22) further comprises a shield cover (225), the shield cover (225) being located below the handle (211);
the upper cover (20) further comprises a steam cover (23), and the steam cover (23) is covered above the non-pressure valve (30) and the pressure limiting valve (50).
