Therefore, the cup body assembly 100 in the scheme can be used for drinking water, spraying beauty and humidifying air, so that the using function of the cup body assembly 100 is enhanced.
Moreover, since the spray generator 30 of the cup assembly 100 is located in the spray chamber 10b, the spray generator can only work in the spray chamber 10b without polluting the drinking water chamber 10 a. Compared with the atomizer of the cup body assembly 100 in the prior art, the atomizer is directly arranged in the cup body 11 for containing drinking water, so that the cleanness in the cup body 11 is polluted by bacteria generated by the operation of the atomizer. The spray generator 30 of the cup body assembly 100 in the present scheme is isolated to work in the spray chamber 10b, so that the drinking water chamber 10a is not polluted by bacteria generated by the work of the atomizer, thereby ensuring the cleanliness and improving the safety of the use of the cup body assembly 100.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cup body 10 includes a cup body 11 and a cup lid 13, an accommodating cavity 11a having an opening is formed in the cup body 11, a partition plate 111 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 11a, and the partition plate 111 extends along a direction toward the opening of the accommodating cavity 11 a; the cup cover 13 covers the opening of the accommodating cavity 11a and encloses with the partition plate 111 and the cup body 11 to form a drinking water cavity 10a and a spraying cavity 10b, and the cup cover 13 is provided with a water outlet hole 10c and a spraying hole 10 d.
At this time, the cup lid 13, the partition plate 111 and the cup body 11 are enclosed to form a drinking water cavity 10a and a spraying cavity 10b, so that the cup body 10 can be formed separately and independently by the cup lid 13 and the cup body 10 with the accommodating cavity 11a, and then the cup body 10 is formed by assembling after the forming is finished respectively. Therefore, only one accommodating cavity 11a with an opening is formed in the cup body 11, and then the drinking water cavity 10a and the spraying cavity 10b are formed by matching with the cup cover 13, so that the convenience in processing and manufacturing the cup body assembly 100 is improved. Wherein, the opening of the accommodating cavity 11a is covered by the cup cover 13, and the cup cover and the partition plate 111 and the cup body 11 enclose to form a drinking water cavity 10a and a spraying cavity 10b, which means that: one part of the cup cover 13, the partition plate 111 and the accommodating cavity 11a are enclosed by partial cavity walls to form a drinking cavity 10a, and the other part of the cup cover 13, the partition plate 111 and the other part of the accommodating cavity 11a are enclosed by partial cavity walls to form a spraying cavity 10 b. Moreover, division board 111 extends along the open-ended direction of orientation holding chamber 11a and sets up and can butt support bowl cover 13, so can separate holding chamber 11a through division board 111, can also play the supporting role to bowl cover 13 to improve the stability that bowl cover 13 and cup 11 are connected. Wherein, the cross section of cup 11 can be circular to make the side global of this cup 11 all be located same arc surface and comparatively smooth, thereby be convenient for user's hand to carry out safe gripping to it and get and put. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the cross section of the cup 11 may be square or rectangular, and the edge of the side circumferential surface is chamfered accordingly. The shape of lid 13 may be adapted to the shape of cup 11, for example: when the cross section of the cup body 11 is circular, the cross section of the cup cover 13 can also be circular; when the cross section of the cup body 11 is square, the cross section of the cup cover 13 can also be square, so that the two are distributed compactly, and the whole volume of the cup body 10 is relatively small. The partition plate 111 may be a flat plate-shaped structure, or may be an arc plate-shaped structure, and may be configured to partition the accommodating cavity 11 a. The accommodation chamber 11a may be divided evenly, that is, the separation plate 111 separates the accommodation chamber 11a into two sub-chambers with equal capacity. Of course, the accommodating chamber 11a may be divided unevenly, that is, the dividing plate 111 divides the accommodating chamber 11a into sub-chambers with unequal capacities. Further, the side circumference of lid 13 and the side circumference of cup 11 may be coplanar to improve the flatness of the joint between cup 11 and lid 13. Alternatively, the aerosol generator 30 may be attached to the cup 11. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the spray generator 30 may be connected to the cup lid 13.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cup body 10 is defined to have a height direction and a horizontal direction perpendicular to the height direction, and the drinking water chamber 10a and the spraying chamber 10b are distributed side by side in the horizontal direction.
It can be understood that the drinking water cavity 10a and the spraying cavity 10b are distributed side by side in the horizontal direction, that is, the two opposite sides of the partition plate 111 are respectively formed into the drinking water cavity 10a and the spraying cavity 10b, so that the distribution of the two cavities is relatively uniform and regular, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the containing amount of the drinking water cavity 10a and the spraying cavity 10b to the liquid, and simplifying the structure of the drinking water cavity 10a and the spraying cavity 10b to further facilitate the processing and forming. Wherein, the height direction of the cup body 10 is the vertical direction of the cup body assembly 100 in the normal setting state. In addition, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the projection of the spray chamber 10b may be located in the drinking water chamber 10 a. In this case, the partition plate 111 may have a cylindrical shape, and an inner space thereof may be formed as the spray chamber 10b, and an outer space thereof may be formed as the drinking chamber 10 a. Alternatively, the drinking water chamber 10a may be projected to be located within the spray chamber 10 b. At this time, the inner space of the partition plate 111 having a cylindrical shape structure may be formed as the drinking water chamber 10a, and the outer space may be formed as the spraying chamber 10 b.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the partition plate 111 and the cup 11 are an integral structure.
It can be understood that, by providing the partition plate 111 and the cup 11 as a single body, the strength of the joint between the two can be enhanced, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the joint strength between the partition plate 111 and the cup 11. Meanwhile, a gap is not formed at the joint of the partition plate 111 and the cup body 11, so that the connection tightness is ensured, the liquid in the spray cavity 10b is further prevented from entering the drinking water cavity 10a, and the cleanliness of the drinking water cavity 10a in the cup body 11 is improved. Moreover, by such an arrangement, the partition plate 111 and the cup body 11 can be manufactured by integral molding, and at the moment, the processing processes of the partition plate and the cup body can be simplified, thereby being beneficial to improving the production efficiency. Of course, it should be noted that the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the partition plate 111 and the cup 11 may be separately manufactured and then assembled together after being molded separately. The partition plate 111 and the cup 11 may be connected by gluing, or a magnet may be embedded on the abutting surface of the partition plate 111 and the cup 11 to be attracted and fixed by a magnet, and a sealing ring may be disposed at the connection between the partition plate 111 and the cup 11 to seal the connection.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the partition plate 111 is provided with a communication hole 111a for communicating the drinking water chamber 10a and the spraying chamber 10b, a first check valve 113 is disposed in the communication hole 111a, and the drinking water chamber 10a is communicated to the spraying chamber 10b by the first check valve 113 in a one-way manner.
It can be understood that the drinking water chamber 10a is communicated to the spraying chamber 10b in one way through the first one-way valve 113, so that the liquid in the drinking water chamber 10a can enter the spraying chamber 10b, and the liquid in the spraying chamber 10b cannot enter the drinking water chamber 10 a. That is, the drinking water chamber 10a can supplement the liquid to the spraying chamber 10b, and the cup lid 13 needs to be opened to supplement the liquid to the spraying chamber 10b, so that the convenience of the cup body assembly 100 is improved. Further, the cup 11 of the cup assembly 100 may be provided with a control switch, which may communicate with the first check valve 113 and control the opening and pausing of the first check valve 113. Alternatively, a suction device may be embedded in the communication hole 111a, and the liquid in the drinking water chamber 10a may be sucked into the spray chamber 10b after being activated by the control switch.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cup lid 13 includes an inner lid 131 and an outer lid 135, the inner lid 131 covers an opening of the accommodating cavity 11a and encloses with the partition plate 111 and the cup body 11 to form a drinking water cavity 10a and a spraying cavity 10b, and the inner lid 131 is provided with a water outlet hole 10c and a spraying hole 10 d; the outer cover 135 is disposed on the inner cover 131, and the outer cover 135 has a relief hole 135a, and the relief hole 135a is communicated with the water outlet hole 10c or the spraying hole 10d when the outer cover 135 rotates relative to the inner cover 131.
It can be appreciated that the outer cap 135 is provided with an escape hole 135a and is rotatably coupled to the inner cap 131 such that a gear selection function is provided when the outer cap 135 is rotated, so that a user can rapidly switch to a desired use gear for use by rotating the outer cap 135. Specifically, when the outer cover 135 is rotated, the passing hole 135a and the water outlet hole 10c can be communicated for drinking water, and the outer cover 135 is in a drinking water level; or the over-relief hole 135a is communicated with the spray hole 10d for spray beauty or air humidification, and the outer cover 135 is in a spray position; or the hole 135a is not communicated with the water outlet hole 10c and is not communicated with the spraying hole 10d, and the outer cover 135 is in the closing position. The outlet hole 10c and the spray hole 10d can be opened or closed by rotating the outer cover 135, so that convenience in opening and closing the outlet hole 10c and the spray hole 10d is improved. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the cup cover 13 may only include the inner cover 131, and a plugging head or a sealing sheet for plugging the water outlet hole 10c and the spraying hole 10d may be directly disposed on the inner cover 131. The connection between the inner cap 131 and the cup body 11 may be through a threaded connection, that is, the surfaces of the inner cap 131 and the cup body 11 which are sleeved together are provided with matching threaded sections. The outer cover 135 and the inner cover 131 may be connected by one of a rib and a groove formed around the side circumferential surface of the outer cover 135, the other one of the rib and the groove formed around the side circumferential surface of the inner cover 131, and the rib is embedded in the groove, so that the outer cover 135 and the inner cover 131 can rotate in the circumferential direction and can be axially limited. Further, in order to improve the stability of the rotation of the outer lid 135 with respect to the inner lid 131, the outer lid 135 may be provided with a circular truncated cone 139, and the axis of the circular truncated cone 139 and the axis of rotation of the outer lid 135 may be aligned with each other.
