Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the upper end of the upper rod is a bent structure bent forwards, and the front end of the bent structure is integrally or separately connected with the transverse forebreast support part.
In other embodiments, the upper plate and the anti-rotation structure between the vertical telescopic rods, and the lower plate and the anti-rotation structure and the anti-disengagement structure between the vertical telescopic rods can be respectively communicated with the anti-rotation structure and the anti-disengagement structure between the upper rod and the lower rod, which is not described herein in detail.
In other embodiments, the latch may be replaced with a slot and hole configuration.

The forebreast bracket of claim 2 wherein said support armature has a hinge portion in hinged engagement with said support portion and a floating portion in floating engagement with said support portion, said floating portion having a resilient member disposed between said floating portion and said support portion.
5. The forepart bracket of claim 2, wherein the upper end of the upper bar is a curved structure that is curved forward, and the front end of the curved structure is integrally or separately connected with the lateral forepart holder.
6. The forebreast bracket of claim 2, wherein the upper bar is a hollow plastic bar and/or the lower bar is a hollow plastic bar and/or the upper and/or lower splints are plastic plates.
7. The forebreast bracket of claim 1, wherein said transverse forebreast support is provided with a flexible abutment for the forebreast to lean against, said transverse forebreast support including a support armature, said flexible abutment including a soft rubber provided on said support armature.

The forebreast bracket of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the upper clamping plate is integrally or separately connected to the lower bar, the connecting part is integrally or separately connected to the lower clamping plate, and the adjustment locking structure comprises a plurality of latches arranged in a row at the connecting part and a retractable catch part arranged at the lower/upper clamping plate, the catch part being extendable between two adjacent latches.

The forebreast bracket of claim 8, wherein a push-pull member is slidably connected to the outer side wall of the lower/upper clamp plate, the clip portion is disposed on the push-pull member, the side wall of the lower/upper clamp plate is provided with a through hole for the clip portion to penetrate into, an energy storage member is disposed between the lower/upper clamp plate and the push-pull member to maintain the force of the clip portion pressing against the upper rod, and a separation preventing member is disposed between the lower/upper clamp plate and the push-pull member to prevent the push-pull member from separating.

The forebreast bracket of claim 8 wherein said latch on said connecting portion includes an upper pushing surface and a lower blocking surface, said pushing surface is a downward sloping surface, said blocking surface is a horizontal surface or a downward sloping surface, said latch on said lower rod can extend between two adjacent latches;
when the connecting part moves upwards relative to the lower rod, the clamping part is blocked by the blocking surface of the clamping tooth positioned above the clamping part to prevent the relative movement of the clamping part and the lower rod; when the connecting part moves downwards relative to the lower rod, the clamping part is pushed by the pushing surface of the clamping tooth positioned below to exit between two adjacent clamping teeth, so that the upper rod moves downwards relative to the lower rod.
11. The forebreast bracket of claim 8 wherein said upper/lower splints are provided with a cushion on the inner surface.
12. The forebreast bracket of claim 8, wherein said upper clamp plate includes a fixed plate and a movable plate movable relative to said fixed plate, said push lock structure includes a knob threadably engaged with said fixed plate, said knob having a lower end rotatably connected to said movable plate, said movable plate being movable relative to said fixed plate by rotation of said knob.

The forebreast bracket of claim 8, wherein the upper clamping plate comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate slidably connected to the fixed plate, the pushing and locking structure comprises a trigger pivotally engaged with the fixed plate, an abutting portion engaged with the movable plate is convexly provided at a lower end of the trigger toward one side, and the movable plate is pushed to move relative to the fixed plate by rotating the trigger.
14. The chest cradle of claim 1 wherein said upper bar is nested within said lower bar, said adjustment and locking structure comprising a plurality of latches disposed in an array on said upper bar and a retractable catch disposed on said lower bar, said catch being extendable between adjacent latches; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

when the upper rod moves upwards relative to the lower rod, the clamping part is blocked by the blocking surface of the clamping tooth positioned above the clamping part to prevent the relative movement of the clamping part and the lower rod; when the upper rod moves downwards relative to the lower rod, the clamping part is pushed by the pushing surface of the clamping tooth positioned below to exit between two adjacent clamping teeth, so that the upper rod moves downwards relative to the lower rod.
