Detailed Description
The objects, specific advantages and novel features of the utility model will become apparent from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments when considered in conjunction with the drawings. In the present specification, it is to be noted that, when reference numerals are given to the respective constituent elements in the respective drawings, the same reference numerals are given to the same constituent elements as much as possible even when they are shown in other drawings. In describing the present invention, a detailed description of related known techniques will be omitted when it is determined that the gist of the present invention may be unnecessarily obscured.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating an internal configuration of a state in which an applicator is coupled with a pumping part in one direction in a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating an internal configuration of a state in which an applicator is coupled with a pumping part in another direction in a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention.
Also, fig. 3a to 3c are perspective views illustrating a process of attaching and detaching the applicator, and fig. 4 is a view illustrating the applicator of the cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a cosmetic container 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention can include a container body 10, a pumping part 20, and an applicator 30, and particularly, the applicator 30 improving a cleansing effect can implement a cap function, and thus, not only can the entire configuration be simplified to make manufacturing easy, but also manufacturing costs can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the content 100 is described assuming a cleansing cosmetic, but the content 100 is not limited to the content 100 because the content 100 may be various cosmetics that can be delivered to the skin by the applicator 30, for example, a foundation cosmetic (lotion, essence, etc.), a pre-makeup cream, a sunscreen cream, a foundation cream, etc., and the cleansing cosmetic is described as an example in the present embodiment for convenience of explanation and understanding.
Also, in the present embodiment, one direction may be a direction in which the applying units 32B provided to the applicator 30 are exposed to the outside, and the other direction may be a direction in which the applying units 32B are hidden from the inside.
First, the container body 10 is sufficient as long as a housing space (not shown) is formed so as to be able to house the contents 100, and the shape, material, color, and the like of the container body 10 are not particularly limited. However, the container body 10 may be mounted with the applicator 30 at an upper portion and formed with the mouth 11 at an upper portion to enable discharge of the contents 100, and may include the shoulder part 12 (refer to fig. 2).
The spout 11 is a component forming an outlet, and may be formed to protrude from an upper portion of the container body 10 so as to have a smaller diameter than the storage space, and various known forms of the spout 11 may be applied.
The shoulder part 12 may be provided around the mouth 11 in such a manner as to interfere with the applicator 30 to prevent movement of the applicator 30 or to be spaced apart from the applicator 30 to allow movement of the applicator 30.
That is, the shoulder part 12 can interfere with the applicator 30 to prevent the operation of the pumping part 20, so that it is not necessary for the container body 10 to be covered with a separate cap, and at the same time, a space can be formed between the shoulder part 12 and the applicator 30 so that the pumping part 20 operates by the movement of the applicator 30 to discharge the content 100.
For example, the shoulder part 12 may be formed with a mounting hole 12A and a peripheral step 12B for mounting the applicator 30 described below.
Here, the mounting hole 12A is a component forming a space in a direction in which the applicator 30 is coupled so that the applicator 30 can be inserted, and may have a hole structure, but is not limited thereto.
The peripheral edge step 12B is formed to correspond to the step 32A of the expanding member 32 to interfere with the expanding member 32 so as to be able to restrict the movement of the applicator 30, and the peripheral edge step 12B may be configured as a step structure formed along the upper end peripheral edge of the shoulder member 12.
At this time, as shown in fig. 1 and 3c, when the applicator 30 is combined with the pumping part 20 in one direction, the peripheral step 12B and the expanding part 32 are spaced so that the peripheral step 12B does not interfere with the applicator 30, and as shown in fig. 2 and 3a, when the applicator 30 is combined with the pumping part 20 in the other direction, the peripheral step 12B interferes with the applicator 30 to prevent the entry of the applicator 30, so that the operation of the pumping part 20 can be prevented.
Such a shoulder member 12 extends straight upward from the region where the accommodation space of the container body 10 is formed, and can be configured to have a structure in which the entire shape of the container body 10 is smoothly formed.
Further, the height of the shoulder member 12 is set higher than the height of the application unit 32B provided in the applicator 30, so that the application unit 32B of the applicator 30 in the storage state can be prevented from being pressed by the elevation member 24A of the operation button 24.
That is, by providing the applicator 30 in the storage state with a space between the applicator and the elevating member 24A, not only the application unit 32B can be prevented from being pressed, but also the water that may have flowed down from the application unit 32B can be prevented from being attached to the application unit 32B again.
Further, since the air holes are formed in the peripheral surface of the shoulder member 12 to allow ventilation, even if the coating unit 32B in a wet state is stored in the container main body 10 as it is, the coating unit 32B can be dried through the air holes.
The pumping part 20 is a component for discharging the content 100 of the container body 10, and is coupled to the container body 10 so as to be capable of penetrating the mouth part 11 and being disposed inside the shoulder part 12, and the coupling of the container body 10 and the pumping part 20 can be achieved by various known methods.
For example, the pumping unit 20 may include an intake pipe 21, a cylinder 22, a discharge port 23, and an operation button 24, and in short, the applicator 30 may be connected to the discharge port 23, the discharge port 23 may be connected to the operation button 24, the operation button 24 may be connected to a piston (not shown), the piston may be moved up and down in the cylinder 22, and the intake pipe 21 may be disposed below the cylinder 22. A piston ring may be provided around the piston, and the piston ring may have a structure that is in close contact with the inner wall of the cylinder 22.
The operation of such a pumping section 20 is generally as follows.
First, when the piston descends, the hole of the outer surface of the piston is displaced downward from the piston ring, so that the interior of the piston can communicate with the interior of the cylinder 22. When the piston further moves downward, the piston ring moves downward due to a step of the piston or the like, the internal pressure of the cylinder 22 increases, and the content 100 in the cylinder 22 can be discharged from the discharge port 23 through the piston.
Next, when the piston is raised by an elastic member (not shown), the hole in the outer surface of the piston is hidden by the piston ring. Thereafter, when the piston further rises, the piston ring rises due to the lower end engagement structure of the piston, the internal pressure of the cylinder 22 drops, and the content 100 can be replenished into the cylinder 22 through the intake pipe 21.
The operation and configuration of the pumping part 20 may be applied to the configuration and operation of a known pump without being limited to the above.
However, with the pumping section 20 of the present embodiment, the pressing operation of the operation button 24 can be performed to perform the pumping operation by the applicator 30 in a state of being spaced apart from the shoulder member 12.
As for the operation button 24, the pressurizing may be performed by the entrance of the applicator 30 when the applicator 30 is combined with the pumping part 20 in one direction or the pressurizing may be restricted when the applicator 30 is combined with the pumping part 20 in the other direction, for example, the operation button 24 may include a lifting part 24A and a lower part 24B.
The lifting member 24A may be provided with the aforementioned discharge port 23, and may be lifted and lowered on the upper portion of the lower member 24B with reference to the lower member 24B, and at this time, when the user presses the applicator 30, the lifting member 24A is pressurized by the pressed applicator 30, and the lifting member 24A may be lowered, and since the lifting member 24A is connected to the aforementioned piston, the lifting member 24A may be lifted and lowered in conjunction with the lifting of the piston.
The lower member 24B may be fixed to the container body 10 by screwing the lower member 24B to the mouth 11 at the upper portion of the cylinder 22, and the lifting member 24A may be guided by the lower member 24B fixed to the container body 10, and thus, the lifting member 24A may be provided on the lower member 24B so as to be movable up and down.
The applicator 30 may be detachably provided to the pumping part 20, may be combined with the pumping part 20 in one direction or the other direction, and includes a protruding part 31 and an expanding part 32.
In particular, in the applicator 30, when coupled to the pumping unit 20 in one direction, the pumping of the pumping unit 20 can be permitted and the transfer of the content 100 discharged by the pumping unit 20 can be received, when coupled to the pumping unit 20 in the other direction, the pumping of the pumping unit 20 can be restricted, and the application unit 32B is stored in the lower direction in a coupled state in which the pumping of the pumping unit 20 is restricted, and therefore, water remaining in the application unit 32B flows in the lower direction and easily comes off, and thus, drying can be easily performed.
The coating unit 32B is configured to deliver the content 100 to the skin, and may be configured by a plurality of protrusions made of a material such as silicone/rubber, or a brush made of a plurality of bristles, or a coating surface made of a silicone/rubber/metal material and having a bulging shape, or a structure having a plain weave, and various known shapes that contact the skin can be applied to the coating unit 32B.
The protruding part 31 of the applicator 30 protrudes toward the pumping part 20 when the applicator 30 is combined with the pumping part 20 in one direction to enable the pumping part 20 to pump.
For example, when the applicator 30 is coupled to the pumping section 20 in one direction, the lower portion of the protruding member 31 abuts against the operation button 24 and may have a length such that the expanding member 32 disposed on the upper portion of the protruding member 31 is spaced apart from the peripheral step 12B.
In this case, the distance between the expanding member 32 and the peripheral step 12B is preferably a distance sufficient for the expanding member 32 to be spaced apart from the peripheral step 12B even when the projecting member 31 presses the operation button 24 to enter the lowermost portion.
Accordingly, since the expanding member 32 is not interfered with the peripheral edge step 12B, the applicator 30 can repeatedly press the operation button 24 to cause the pumping unit 20 to perform the pumping operation.
The projecting member 31 is configured such that the discharge port 23 of the elevating member 24A penetrates therethrough and is coupled to the container body 10, and the projecting member 31 can be inserted and fixed to the discharge port 23.
Here, the inner diameter of the projecting member 31 and the outer diameter of the discharge port 23 correspond to each other, the projecting member 31 and the discharge port 23 may be configured in a straight pipe configuration, the projecting member 31 may be separated from the discharge port 23, and a groove and a projection/ring configuration may be provided between the projecting member 31 and the discharge port 23 so that the user can pull out the projecting member 31 by applying a predetermined force.
The expanding member 32 is a component that restricts entry of the applicator 30 when operation of the pumping section 20 is to be prevented, and a step 32A may be formed in the expanding member 32 so that the expanding member 32 is restricted from moving by interference of the shoulder member 12 when the applicator 30 is coupled to the pumping section 20 in the other direction.
Here, the step 32A is configured to engage with the peripheral edge step 12B, and the step 32A may be a step formed along the periphery of the expanding member 32. Further, the step 32A may be engaged with the peripheral edge step 12B to restrict the movement of the applicator 30, and various modifications may be made in addition to the step structure formed in the shape of a ring as long as the step 32A is engaged with the peripheral edge step 12B.
As for the use embodiment of the cosmetic container 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, as an example, cleansing foam may be used, and first, the applicator 30 may be separated from the container body 10 and then put in water to be in a state as shown in fig. 3 b.
Next, the applicator 30 is fitted over the pumping section 20 to be in a state shown in fig. 3 c. Then, the applicator 30 is pressurized and the operation button 24 is pressed to pump the content, and the applicator 30 to which the content discharged by pumping is transferred is separated from the container body 10 and used for the cleansing operation.
On the other hand, as another example of the use embodiment for the cosmetic container 1, a cleansing foam may be used, first, the applicator 30 is put over the pumping section 20 to be in a state as shown in fig. 3c, and the applicator 30 is pressurized to press the operation button 24 to pump the content in the same/similar manner as the previously mentioned operation. Then, the cosmetic container 1 itself can be brought into contact with the skin and used directly for washing the face.
When the washing with the cosmetic container 1 is completed, the applicator 30 may be applied in a state of being stored in the cosmetic container 1 as follows.
First, after the cleansing operation is performed in the state shown in fig. 3c, the applicator 30 is separated from the container body 10 to be in the state shown in fig. 3b in order to turn over the applicator 30.
Then, the coating unit 32B is fitted to the container body 10 in a state of being arranged at the lower portion, so as to be in a state shown in fig. 3 a. At this time, the coating unit 32B is provided with a space formed between the lifting member 24A, and thus, as mentioned above, not only is the coating unit 32B prevented from being pressed, but also it is easy to store.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the cap covering the entire applicator 30 is omitted, and the discharge of the content 100 from the container body 10 can be prevented only by the direction change of the applicator 30, but a separate cap 40 may be added to improve the user's satisfaction and prevent leakage or the like.
Of course, in the case where the pumping of the pumping part 20 is prevented, the contents 100 are not pumped, and thus the contents 100 can be prevented from being arbitrarily discharged, but the cap 40 may be added to prevent the inflow of air, etc.
For example, the cap 40 may be configured to be fitted to the upper portion of the applicator 30 when the applicator 30 is coupled to the pumping unit 20 in the other direction, and the shape, material, and the like of the cap 40 are not limited as long as the cap has a structure that blocks the discharge passage of the content 100 formed in the applicator 30.
However, the cap 40 may be configured to protrude so as to fit into the discharge port 23 of the pumping unit 20, so that the sealing force can be further increased, and since the cap 40 is relatively smaller in size than the applicator 30 and may be lost, the cap 40 may be integrally connected to the applicator 30, the shoulder member 12, and the like by providing a connecting member (not shown).
In contrast, the cap 40 can be stored in a state of being attached to the applicator 30, the shoulder member 12, and the container body 10 by magnetic force. That is, since it is not necessary to provide the cap 40 in a size covering the entire container body 10 or the applicator 30, the cap 40 having a small size can be stored by being attached to the groove or the like on the side surface or the bottom surface of the container body 10 by magnetic force during use of the applicator 30, and thus various modifications are possible.
As described above, since the present embodiment includes the applicator 30 detachably provided in the container main body 10, not only the content 100 can be easily applied, but also the applicator 30 can be replaced, thereby providing good hygiene, and the cap function can be realized only by switching the direction of the applicator 30 without separately providing a cap covering the entire container main body 10 or the applicator 30, thereby simplifying the structure, and therefore, not only the manufacturing cost can be reduced, but also the convenience of the user can be improved.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, it is only for the purpose of specifically describing the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made to the present invention within the technical spirit of the present invention.
