a small grid micro-vortex flocculation reaction tank is arranged in the coagulation reaction cavity (1-1), and an inclined plate sedimentation tank is arranged in the inclined plate sedimentation cavity (1-16);
a filtering module component box (9) is placed in the filtering cavity (1-3), a filter screen (24) is fixedly arranged on the top end face of the filtering module component box (9), a back washing spray head (23) is placed on the filter screen (24), a disinfecting module component box (11) is placed in the clear water disinfecting cavity (1-4), a filter screen (24) is fixedly arranged on the top end face of the disinfecting module component box (11), a back washing spray head (23) is placed on the filter screen (24), and a disinfecting device placing box (12) is placed in the disinfecting device placing cavity (1-5).
