Preferably, the two driving arms 301 are provided with two distribution positions at two sides of the wine head 2, one ends of the two driving arms 301, which are not hinged with the distributor base 1, are connected through a synchronizing rod 303, and the locking assembly 302 is arranged on the synchronizing rod 303.
By adopting the structure, the movement of the wine head 2 in the wine head sleeving hole 101 can be more stable; the synchronous rod 303 is used for ensuring that the two driving arms 301 act synchronously; the top head 3023a of the top rod 3023 penetrates through the synchronizing rod 303.
Preferably, the bottom end of the distributor base 1 is provided with an arc-shaped buckle plate 103; the arc buckle plate 103 is provided with an arc buckle groove 1031 which is horizontally matched and buckled with the annular step 405 on the side edge of the top surface of the wine lance 4; the distributor base 1 is provided with a bolt 104 at the position where the arc-shaped buckle plate 103 is not arranged, the bolt 104 can be slidably arranged on the distributor base 1 to control whether the bottom surface of the bolt 104 exceeds the bottom surface of the distributor base 1, and the arc-shaped extension surface of the arc-shaped buckle groove 1031 is tangent to the side surface of the bolt 104; the distributor base 1 is provided with a latch base 105 where the latch 104 is provided.
By adopting the structure, an operator operates the bolt 104 to ensure that the bottom surface of the bolt does not exceed the bottom surface of the distributor base 1, then the bottom end of the distributor base 1 is abutted against the top surface of the wine lance 4, and the distributor base 1 is slid to ensure that the annular step 405 on the wine lance 4 is clamped into the arc-shaped catching groove 1031; the latch 104 is operated so that the bottom surface of the latch exceeds the bottom surface of the distributor base 1 and the side surface of the latch is tangent to the annular step 405 of the wine lance 4, so that the connection between the distributor and the wine lance 4 is realized; by adopting the structure, the distributor can rotate on the wine lance 4 for 360 degrees to adjust the position of the liquid outlet 2021 on the wine head 2, if the distributor is required to be separated from the wine lance 4, the bolt 104 is only required to be operated again to ensure that the bottom surface of the bolt does not exceed the bottom end of the distributor base 1, the distributor base 1 is slid, the annular step 405 on the wine lance 4 is separated from the arc-shaped catching groove 1031, and the distributor base 1 is separated from the wine lance 4.
Preferably, in a state where the top 3023a of the top bar 3023 is located in the first catching groove 1021 or the second catching groove 1022, the bottom surface of the top bar 2 exceeds the bottom surface of the dispenser base 1; the stopper 102 is provided with a third stop groove 1023, and the bottom surface of the wine head 2 does not exceed the bottom surface of the dispenser seat 1 in a state that the top 3023a of the top rod 3023 is located in the third stop groove 1023.
With the above-described structure, when the operator operates the movable handle so that the head 3023a is located in the third catching groove 1023, the bottom surface of the wine head 2 does not exceed the bottom surface of the dispenser base 1, and the influence of the wine head 2 on the above-described process is prevented when the dispenser base 1 is mounted on the wine lance 4 or removed from the wine lance 4.

the locking assembly (302) comprises a fixed rod (3021), a movable rod (3022), a top rod (3023) and a top rod resetting piece (3024); the movable rod (3022) is sleeved outside the fixed rod (3021), the movable rod (3022) is connected with the ejector rod (3023) and drives the ejector rod (3023) to move away from or close to the gear part (102) through sliding on the fixed rod (3021), and the ejector rod resetting piece (3024) enables the ejector rod (3023) to have the tendency of moving towards the gear part (102);
the driving arm (301) drives the wine head (2) to close the wine lance (4) under the state that the top head (3023a) of the top rod (3023) is positioned in the first blocking groove (1021);
the driving arm (301) drives the wine head (2) to open the wine lance (4) under the state that the top head (3023a) of the top rod (3023) is positioned in the second retaining groove (1022);
