Compared with the traditional method of driving the cutter to longitudinally move by adopting the lead screw transmission assembly, the eccentric wheel device 5-8 in the embodiment can drive the lower cutter 5-5 to smoothly longitudinally reciprocate, so that the phenomenon of blockage is avoided, and the failure rate is low.
