the sealing mechanism comprises a sealing main body, a color-changing agent opening sealing cover and a drying agent opening sealing cover, the sealing main body is in sliding fit with the storage opening, a color-changing agent cavity, a drying agent cavity and a separation net are arranged in the sealing main body, the separation net is used for separating the color-changing agent cavity from the drying agent cavity, a color-changing agent opening is formed in the color-changing agent cavity, the color-changing agent opening sealing cover is arranged to be used for sealing or opening the color-changing agent opening, the drying agent cavity is provided with a drying agent opening, the drying agent opening sealing cover is arranged to be used for sealing or opening the drying agent opening, a communication hole is formed in the drying agent opening sealing cover, and the communication hole is communicated with the storage cavity.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tobacco shred storage device of the present disclosure includes a storage body 1 and a closing mechanism.
The storage body 1 is provided with a storage cavity and a storage port 10, and the storage cavity is communicated with the storage port 10. The storage cavity is used for storing the tobacco shreds, and the shape of the storage cavity can be flexibly set according to actual requirements. To reduce tobacco shred fragment retention, the inner wall of the storage chamber may be a smooth and corner-free inner wall, e.g. the storage chamber may have a spherical shape.
The closure mechanism includes a closure body 2, a color-changing agent port closure cap 3, and a desiccant port closure cap 4.
The closure body 2 is slidably fitted with the storage port 10 so that the closure body 2 can close or open the storage port 10. A color-changing agent chamber (not shown), a drying agent chamber (not shown) and a partition net 20 are provided in the closed body 2. A separation net 20 separates the color-changing agent chamber and the desiccant chamber from each other. The spacer mesh 20 may separate the color-changing agent chamber and the desiccant chamber while maintaining airflow communication between the color-changing agent chamber and the desiccant chamber such that air in the storage chamber may enter the desiccant chamber and the color-changing agent chamber.
The color-changing agent cavity is provided with a color-changing agent port. The color-changing agent port closing cap 3 may be used to close or open the color-changing agent port. The color-changing agent port can be opened by the color-changing agent port closing cap 3, so that the color-changing agent in the color-changing agent chamber can be replaced. The color-changing agent placed in the color-changing agent cavity is generally a humidity-sensitive color-changing agent. When the color change agent in the color change agent cavity changes color, the moisture content in the storage cavity is abnormal, the tobacco shreds are possibly too dry or damp, and the effect of prompting that the tobacco shreds stored by a worker cannot be used can be achieved. In specific implementation, the granular color-changing agent with larger grain diameter can be adopted to avoid the pollution of the powdered color-changing agent to the tobacco shreds.
The desiccant cavity is provided with a desiccant port. The desiccant port closure cap 4 may be used to close or open the desiccant port. The desiccant port can be opened by the desiccant port closing cap 4 so that the desiccant in the desiccant chamber can be replaced. The desiccant placed in the desiccant cavity is an agent capable of absorbing moisture. In particular, a granular desiccant with a larger particle size can be used to prevent the powdered desiccant from contaminating the tobacco shreds.
The drying agent opening sealing cover 4 is provided with a communication hole 41, and the communication hole 41 is communicated with the storage cavity. The drying agent port closing cover 4 may be provided with a plurality of communication holes 41 arranged radially.
The storage cavity of the tobacco shred storage device can be used for storing tobacco shreds, the color-changing agent cavity of the closing mechanism can be used for placing a color-changing agent sensitive to humidity, and the drying agent cavity is used for placing a drying agent, so that the humidity in the storage cavity can be accurately judged while the drying environment in the storage cavity is kept, and the purpose of effectively storing the tobacco shreds for a long time is achieved. In one embodiment of the cut tobacco storing apparatus of the present disclosure, in order to more conveniently use the cut tobacco storing apparatus, the storing body 1 has a cylindrical structure, and the storing port 10 is located on a bottom surface of the storing body 1.
In one embodiment of the shredded tobacco storage device of the present disclosure, the closing mechanism further comprises a closing lid 5. The closure cap 5 has an outer edge portion 51 and a connecting portion, the outer edge portion 51 being disposed around the connecting portion, the connecting portion being fixedly connected to a surface of the closure body 1 remote from the storage opening 10. The closing cover 5 is provided with a color-changing agent inlet communicated with the color-changing agent port. The color-changing agent can be put into the color-changing agent cavity through the color-changing agent inlet and the color-changing agent port. By applying a force to the outer edge portion 51 of the closure cap 5, the closure mechanism and the storage body 1 can be separated more easily. In particular, for a storage body 1 having a cylindrical structure, the diameter of the outer edge 51 of the closure cap 5 may be greater than the diameter of the bottom surface of the storage body 1.
Further, in order to improve the sealing property of the storage body 1 and the closing body 2, a sealing ring 52 is provided at the joint of the outer edge portion 51 and the connecting portion.
In one embodiment of the shredded tobacco storage device of the present disclosure, the color-changing agent port closing cap 3 is rotatably connected to the color-changing agent port. The pivotal connection may be achieved by means of a pivotal connection. The color-changing agent port closing cap 3 is rotatably connected with the color-changing agent port to more conveniently open the color-changing agent port.
In one embodiment of the shredded tobacco storage device of the present disclosure, the desiccant port closure cap 4 is in sliding fit connection with the desiccant port. The sliding fit between the desiccant port closure cap 4 and the desiccant port provides for a more secure attachment of the desiccant port closure cap 4 to the closure body 2. In particular, the desiccant port closing cap 4 may be interferingly fitted with the desiccant port, and a handle may be provided on the desiccant port closing cap 4 to facilitate opening of the desiccant port closing cap 4.
In one embodiment of the tobacco shred storage device of the present disclosure, in order to better avoid the desiccant in the desiccant chamber from contaminating the tobacco shreds, the communication hole 41 is provided with a mesh fabric 42.
Further, the mesh cloth 42 has a smaller pore size than the separator 20. The arrangement can ensure smooth circulation of air flow in the drying agent cavity and the color-changing agent cavity.
In one embodiment of the shredded tobacco storage device of the present disclosure, to better preserve the shredded tobacco, the volume of the desiccant chamber is smaller than the volume of the color-changing agent chamber.
In one embodiment of the shredded tobacco storage device of the present disclosure, the closure body 2 may be made of a transparent material. The transparent material may be, for example, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), or the like. The closed body 2 made of the transparent material can more conveniently observe the color change condition of the color-changing agent in the color-changing agent cavity.
In practice, the closure cap 5 may also be made of a transparent material.

7. A tobacco shred storage device according to claim 1, wherein a mesh cloth is provided on the communication hole.
8. A shredded tobacco storage device according to claim 7, characterised in that the mesh cloth has a smaller pore size than the separating mesh.
9. The tobacco shred storage device according to claim 1, wherein a volume of the desiccant chamber is less than a volume of the color-changing agent chamber.
10. A shredded tobacco storage device according to any one of claims 1-9, characterised in that the closure body is made of a transparent material.
