As a means for solving the above-described problems, the present invention provides an air guide structure extending from a front bumper to a condenser for guiding outside air from a front side of a vehicle to the condenser, characterized in that: the condenser is provided with a front part and a component mounting part for mounting an electronic component, wherein the front part is bent towards one side in the vehicle width direction, and the component mounting part is arranged behind the front part in the vehicle length direction and is obliquely opposite to the front surface of the condenser.
In the air guide structure according to the present invention, since the front portion is bent toward one side in the vehicle width direction and the component mounting portion is provided behind the front portion in the vehicle length direction and obliquely faces the front surface of the condenser, stress is concentrated on the bent portion of the front portion at the time of a light collision of the vehicle, and the front portion is bent toward one side in the vehicle width direction to deform the entire air guide structure in a substantially U-shape. Due to the deformation of the air guide structure, the electronic component located inside the approximately U-shape of the air guide structure moves in a direction away from the front surface side of the condenser. Therefore, the electronic component can be prevented from hitting the condenser, and the condenser can be prevented from being damaged by the electronic component when the vehicle collides.

In the present embodiment, the air guide structure 1 is used to guide outside air from the front side of the vehicle to the condenser 3. Specifically, the front end of the air guide structure 1 is inserted into a front grille, not shown, of the front bumper 2, and the rear end of the air guide structure 1 is fixed to a support, not shown, of the condenser 3. The air guide structure 1 guides the outside air to the condenser 3 from a front grille, not shown, of the front bumper 2. On the right end edge of the air guide structure 1, a guide wall 10 is provided standing upright. The outside air flows into the air guide structure 1 from a front grille, not shown, of the front bumper 2, and then flows toward the condenser 3 along the guide wall 10.
The air guide structure 1 has a component mounting portion 11 for mounting the electronic component 4. The component mounting portion 11 is provided on one side of the air guide structure 1 in the vehicle width direction so as to be obliquely opposed to the front surface of the condenser 3. In the present embodiment, the electronic component 4 is, for example, an outside air temperature sensor that detects the temperature of outside air flowing into the air guide structure 1. In the present embodiment, the electronic component 4 is mounted on the component mounting portion 11 on the right side of the air guide structure 1 by the mounting component 40 such as a mounting clip attached thereto. That is, the electronic component 4 is disposed diagonally opposite to the front surface side of the condenser 3.
In the present embodiment, the component mounting portion 11 is formed of a through hole formed in the guide wall 10. The electronic component 4 is mounted on the component mounting portion 11 on the right side of the air guide structure 1 by fitting the mounting component 40 carried by the electronic component 4 into the through hole toward the left side.
Further, the air guide structure 1 has a front portion 12. The front portion 12 is located on the front side in the vehicle length direction than the component mounting portion 11, in other words, the component mounting portion 11 is provided behind the front portion 12 in the vehicle length direction. The front portion 12 is curved toward one side in the vehicle width direction. In the present embodiment, the front portion 12 is bent toward the right side.
In the air guide structure 1, the front portion 12 of the air guide structure 1 is bent to the right side in the vehicle width direction (the right side in the present embodiment, but may be the left side), so that stress is concentrated at the bent portion of the front portion 12 when a light collision occurs in the vehicle. Therefore, when the vehicle is involved in a light collision, the front portion 12 is first bent to the right side, and the entire air guide structure 1 is deformed in a substantially U-shape. Due to the deformation of the air guide structure 1, the electronic component 4, which is positioned inside the approximately U-shape of the air guide structure 1 and is inclined to face the front surface of the condenser 3, moves in a direction away from the front surface side of the condenser 3. Therefore, the electronic component 4 can be prevented from hitting the condenser 3, and the condenser 3 can be prevented from being damaged by the electronic component 4 when the vehicle collides.
