Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the utility model and are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a stackable desk comprising: a table frame 10 and a table plate 20; the table frame 10 comprises a supporting part 11, two front table legs 12 and two rear table legs 13 which are connected together, wherein the distance between the two front table legs 12 is larger than the distance between the two rear table legs 13; the two front legs 12 are staggered in the front-rear direction; the table 20 is fixed to the support 11.
The scheme utilizes the different distances between the front desk legs and the rear desk legs to realize the function of stacking, and the specific stacking mode is that one stackable desk passes through two front desk legs 12 of the other stackable desk from two rear desk legs 13 with smaller distance, the two rear desk legs 13 can play a role of limiting the position of the inserted stackable desk, and after the position is determined, the two stackable desks can be pressed together to realize stacking; the scheme sets the distance between the two front desk legs 12 to be larger, thereby being convenient for the movement of the legs of a user and reducing the problem that the desk legs limit the movement space of the legs; further, because the two front legs 12 are staggered in the front-rear direction, the two foldable desks of the same specification can be seamlessly spliced, so that a plurality of foldable desks can be spliced into a larger desk.
In some embodiments, the table frame 10 further includes leg connecting portions 14, two front legs 12 and two rear legs 13 connected to the lower sides of the leg connecting portions 14, and a support portion 11 connected to the upper sides of the leg connecting portions 14. The leg connecting part 14 serves to connect other various components, and in addition, the provision of the supporting part 11 on the upper side of the leg connecting part 14 can reduce the height of the leg. The support 11 may be a circular tube having a certain length. In addition, the table 20 can be suspended in the air by providing the support portion 11 with an appropriate size.
In some embodiments, the leg connecting portions 14 and the two front legs 12 may be formed of integrally formed bent tubes, i.e., the leg connecting portions 14 and the two front legs 12 may be formed of one bent tube. Of course, the leg connecting portions 14 and the two front legs 12 may be separate members that are then connected together by welding, bolting, or the like.
In some embodiments, with reference to figures 5 and 6, the left front leg 12 extends upwardly from the foot position to a designated height and then bends to the right to extend to a designated position and then attaches to the leg connecting portion 14; the leg connecting portion 14 extends rearward from the connecting position with the left front leg 12 to a designated position, then extends rightward a designated distance and then extends forward and connects with the right front leg 12, and the right front leg 12 extends rightward from the connecting position with the leg connecting portion 14 to a designated position and then extends downward to the foot position of the right front leg 12. In the above scheme, the bending angles are obtuse angles, so that the processing difficulty is reduced, and the strength is ensured.
In some embodiments, a hook or cradle 15 is provided on the leg connector 14. The hook or the hanging basket 15 has a certain width, so that the requirement of hanging the bag is met, articles such as water cups can be placed temporarily, and the space of a desktop is not occupied.
In some embodiments, the back side of the table frame 10 is provided with a baffle 30, and the baffle 30 ensures the privacy of students and does not limit leg movement. The two rear legs 13 are fixedly coupled to the blocking plate 30 and/or the leg connecting parts 14 are fixedly coupled to the blocking plate 30. The width of the baffle 30 may be smaller than the width of the table top 20, and the plate surface of the baffle 30 may be perpendicular to the plate surface of the table top 20.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the two rear legs 13 are positioned within the horizontal coverage of the table top 20 and the two front legs 12 are positioned outside the horizontal coverage of the table top 20. The structure is unique in design and is beneficial to stacking and splicing.
In some embodiments, the support portion 11 is a circular tube that is welded to the leg connecting portion 14. The supporting portion 11 may be provided in plural, and may be located at different positions of the table 20, so as to stably support the table 20.
In some embodiments, two rear legs 13 are welded to the leg connecting portions 14 to ensure the stability of the connection. The table 20 and/or the baffle 30 are rectangular in shape and are provided with rounded corners.
In summary, in the technical scheme of the foldable desk in the embodiment, the desk is folded in the simplest way of adjusting the relationship between the desk legs and the desk plate, so that the storage space is saved, the disassembly is simple, the management is convenient, the folding and transportation of the desk are facilitated, and the transportation cost is saved; meanwhile, the front desk legs are staggered to meet the requirement of seamless splicing of every two desks, and the desk has good performance in the aspects of early transportation and assembly, the use process of a user and later maintenance; various combinations of classroom table arrangement are met, and seamless splicing is realized; the desk which is not used temporarily can be stacked and placed at the corner of a room, and the area of the room is saved; the desk is beneficial to changing the functions of the classroom, providing a wide classroom field, a frame structure and a desk top with a suspension sense, ensuring the strength and making the desk light as a whole. The malposition treatment of the desk legs also provides reference for other types of desks and chairs. Each part of the desk is simple in processing technology, raw materials are easy to obtain, and cost is low.
