A brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a motor employing the brush assembly 100, are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1, a brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes a carbon head 200 and a conductive wire.
The carbon head 200 is a cuboid structure, the carbon head 200 is provided with an adjusting groove 210, the adjusting groove 210 is arranged on one side edge of the carbon head 200, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the adjusting groove 210 is provided with two openings, the two openings are respectively arranged on two adjacent planes of the carbon head 200, one end of the conductive wire is fixedly connected with the carbon head 200 and is arranged in the adjusting groove 210. In the installation process, the conductive wire can be in the same level with the length direction of the carbon head 200, and the conductive wire can also be bent to enable the conductive wire to be parallel to the height direction of the carbon head 200, so that different installation modes of the carbon head 200 can be realized. In addition, the adjusting groove 210 also has the function of avoiding empty abdicating, so that the end of the conductive wire connected with the carbon head 200 does not protrude out of the surface of the carbon head 200, and the installation is convenient.
In the brush assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, the adjustment groove 210 on the carbon head 200 is provided with two openings, and the conductive wires can extend from different openings, so that the carbon head 200 can be installed in different ways, and the versatility is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the carbon head 200 is provided with a bevel 220, and the bevel 220 is disposed on a side of the carbon head 200 away from the adjustment groove 210. The inclined plane 220 extends to the outside of the carbon head 200, when the size of the carbon head 200 is not matched with the installation space of the motor, and the carbon head 200 cannot be placed in the installation space of the motor, the size of the carbon head 200 in the length direction can be reduced by properly grinding the outwards protruding side of the inclined plane 220, so that the carbon head 200 can be placed in the installation space of the motor, and the universality of the carbon head 200 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the carbon head 200 is further provided with a groove 230, and the groove 230 is provided on the inclined surface 220. By providing the groove 230, the bevel 220 is more easily ground. It is understood that the number of the grooves 230 is plural, and the plural grooves 230 are uniformly formed on the inclined surface 220, which also makes the grinding easier.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the conductive wire is made of a conductive metal material. The metallic material has better conductivity 300.
