An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising a casing, and a vane motor and a condenser (300) both disposed inside the casing, wherein the vane motor is supported by the casing through a motor frame (400), wherein the casing comprises a body (200) and the top cover plate of any one of claims 1 to 8, and the top cover plate is assembled with the body (200) to form the casing.

The outdoor unit of claim 9, wherein a first shielding plate (500) is fixedly provided to a surface of the condenser (300) facing the top cover plate, the first shielding plate (500) being configured to protect fins of the condenser (300); and/or, motor frame (400) orientation the fixed second guard plate (600) that is provided with of one side of lamina tecti, the portion (113) that compresses tightly of lamina tecti pass through second guard plate (600) with motor frame (400) press fit.
