Referring to fig. 3, the disinfecting lamp 12 is disposed on the body 11, and the disinfecting lamp 12 includes a light emitting unit 121, a sensing unit 122, a control unit 123, a power supply unit 124, and a receiving unit 125. The sterilizing lamp 12 is used to emit light, such as ultraviolet light, to apply sterilization. The light emitting unit 121 serves as a light source of the sterilizing lamp 12 to generate light, and the light emitting unit 121 may be, for example, a UV-B ultraviolet lamp, a UV-C ultraviolet lamp, a mercury lamp, a metal halide lamp, or a xenon lamp, but is not limited thereto. The sensing unit 122 is used for sensing a human body 3 (shown in fig. 9), and the sensing unit 122 may be, for example, an infrared sensing unit, an optical sensing unit, an ultrasonic sensing unit, or a thermal sensing unit. The control unit 123 is used for controlling the light emitting unit 121, the power supply unit 124 is used for supplying power, and the power supply unit 124 can be a battery, for example. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, taking a door handle 2 as an example, the body 11 clamps the door handle 2 by the movable opening and closing of the two clamping jaws 131. Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the fixing portion 14 penetrates through the through holes 135 of the two clamping jaws 131 to fix the two clamping jaws 131 together. Referring to fig. 8, the door handle 2 is irradiated with light from the sterilizing lamp 12 to be sterilized. In summary, the externally-hung disinfection device 1 can be quickly and simply installed on the door handle 2, compared with the prior art, the size is small, the space is not occupied, the fixing portion 14 only needs to be removed and then the clamping jaw 131 of the clamping portion 13 is lifted, the fixing portion 14 can be, for example, a plastic binding tape, sharp objects such as scissors can be used for disassembly, the operation is simple and easy, and the ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection effects are better than those of disinfection solutions. The main body 11 is adapted to various door handles by clamping the door handle 2 by the movable opening and closing of the two jaws 131, instead of fixing the sterilization case to the metal panel of the door handle by an electromagnet as in the prior art.

1. An externally hung disinfection device, comprising:

a body;

the sterilizing lamp is arranged on the body and comprises a light emitting unit, a sensing unit, a control unit and a power supply unit;

the clamping part is arranged on one side of the body and comprises two clamping jaws which are oppositely arranged, at least one of the two clamping jaws is provided with a pivot, the two clamping jaws are combined to form a clamping space, and the two clamping jaws are respectively provided with a through hole; and

a fixing part, which penetrates through the through holes of the two clamping jaws.

2. An externally hung disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said two jaws are each provided with a recess such that said two jaws are brought together to form said holding space.

3. An externally-hung disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said holding portion is provided with a power source receiving slot.

4. An externally-hung disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the disinfection lamp comprises a receiving unit, and the receiving unit is a wireless signal receiver.

5. An externally hung disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said body has an arcuate convex outer surface and an arcuate concave inner surface.
