a sealing device (50) connected to the fixing cover (30) and/or the panel body (10), the sealing device (50) including a first sealing portion (51) sealed at the first opening (31).

The panel assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing portion (51) includes a protrusion portion (511) and an attaching portion (512) connected to the protrusion portion (511), the protrusion portion (511) corresponds to the first opening (31), an escape space is formed inside the protrusion portion (511), and the attaching portion (512) is attached to a side wall of the fixing cover (30) where the first opening (31) is provided.

3. The panel assembly according to claim 2, wherein the attaching portions (512) are two, and two attaching portions (512) are provided at both sides of the protruding portion (511).

4. The panel assembly according to claim 2, wherein the attaching portion (512) includes a first attaching piece (512a) attached to a sidewall of the fixing cover (30) and a second attaching piece (512b) attached to a bottom wall of the fixing cover (30).

The panel assembly according to claim 2, wherein the protrusion (511) includes a first plate body (5111), a second plate body (5112), and a connection plate body (5113) connecting between the first plate body (5111) and the second plate body (5112), the panel body (10) further includes a boss (11) extending downward, the driving plate (40) is installed below the boss (11), the second plate body (5112) is far away from the driving plate (40) with respect to the first plate body (5111), the first plate body (5111) and the first opening (31) are correspondingly disposed, and the second plate body (5112) is located outside a side wall of the boss (11).

The panel assembly according to claim 1, wherein the sealing device (50) further comprises a second sealing portion (54), the fixing cover (30) is further provided with a second opening (32), the first opening (31) and the second opening (32) are respectively provided on two opposite sidewalls of the fixing cover (30), and the second sealing portion (54) seals the second opening (32).

10. A cooking appliance comprising a panel assembly, wherein the panel assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
