技术领域
本实用新型涉及储能电池领域,尤其涉及一种用于储能电池系统的汇流控制系统。
背景技术
随着风能、太阳能等可再生能源和智能电网产业的迅速崛起,储能技术成为万众瞩目的焦点。大规模储能技术被认为是支撑可再生能源普及的战略性技术,得到各国政府和企业界的高度关注。同时,其巨大的市场潜力也迅速吸引了风投基金的目光。储能电池存储的电能通过汇流柜汇流后经变流升压后并入电网系统,此过程还需要控制柜对各环节进行控制。如何简化新能源并入电网的步骤和降低并入电网的成本是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
针对背景技术中的不足,本实用新型提出了一种用于储能电池系统的汇流控制系统的硬件框架,通过此框架加上现有技术可以解决背景技术中的不足。
具体方案如下:
一种用于储能电池系统的汇流控制系统,包括BMS和与BMS对应引脚连接的直流断路器、开关电源;还包括与直流断路器对应连接的储能变流器,其中直流断路器用于连接电池簇。
所述开关电源为LRS-350电源供应器。
系统还包括与BMS对应引脚连接的显示屏。
系统还包括与BMS对应引脚连接的指示灯。
系统还包括与BMS对应引脚连接的交换机。
系统还包括不间断电源,不间断电源的对应引脚与BMS对应引脚连接,用于为系统提供不间断的稳压电源。
系统还包括与BMS连接的空调系统。
系统还包括与BMS连接的消防系统。
所述BMS为三级分布式BMS。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
(1)本实用新型将汇流柜和控制柜的功能集成在一起,通过三级BMS对系统内各部件进行控制,使得系统高度集成化从而降低系统成本,采用高度集成化的汇流控制系统提高系统可靠性的同时简化的操作步骤。
(2)通过使用不间断电源UPS可以为系统内各部件提供稳压电源,当市电输入正常时,UPS将市电稳压后供应给负载使用,此时的UPS就是一台交流式电稳压器,同时它还向机内电池充电;当市电中断时,UPS立即将电池的直流电能,通过逆变器切换转换的方法向负载继续供应220V交流电,使负载维持正常工作并保护负载软、硬件不受损坏。UPS设备通常对电压过高或电压过低都能提供保护。
(3)通过设置指示灯和显示屏可以使操作人员获取系统的工作状态信息,提高系统的可操作性。
(4)通过设置消防空调系统可以提高系统的稳定性。

如图1所示,本实用新型公开了一种用于储能电池系统的汇流控制系统,包括BMS和与BMS对应引脚连接的直流断路器、开关电源;还包括与直流断路器对应连接的储能变流器,其中直流断路器用于连接电池簇。

系统还包括与BMS对应引脚连接的显示屏。
系统还包括与BMS对应引脚连接的指示灯。
系统还包括与BMS对应引脚连接的交换机。
系统还包括不间断电源,不间断电源的对应引脚与BMS对应引脚连接,用于为系统提供不间断的稳压电源。

上述BMS为三级分布式BMS。
本实用新型的工作原理:
如图2所示,汇流控制柜包括:柜体总成、直流断路器、BMS、UPS、显示屏、交换机、开关电源等。
所述柜体总成是将所需的器件安装固定,再将整个柜体总成固定在所需区域,整个总成是整体安装式的结构。
所述直流断路器是直流母线汇流的关键器件,其可通过系统远程控制通断并实现信号反馈功能。
所述BMS是系统的核心控制单元,其具备和上下级的通讯功能,同时可以控制直流母线的通断。
所述UPS是系统的供电单元,可以增加供电质量及短时应急备电功能。
所述显示屏是人机交互单元,其可以显示电池系统的基础信息、状态信息及控制信息,使系统信息更加直观化;
所述交换机是网络通信转换装置,实现网络通信的扩展,实现对上及对下的网络通信交互。
本申请所公开的硬件部分结合现有技术中的软件(在此不赘述),能够解决背景技术中不足,本实用新型仅仅保护硬件结构,软件部分不属于本申请所要保护的范围。

1.一种用于储能电池系统的汇流控制系统,其特征在于,包括BMS和与BMS对应引脚连接的直流断路器、开关电源;还包括与直流断路器对应连接的储能变流器,其中直流断路器用于连接电池簇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于储能电池系统的汇流控制系统,其特征在于,所述开关电源为LRS-350电源供应器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于储能电池系统的汇流控制系统,其特征在于,还包括与BMS对应引脚连接的显示屏。
