Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail by referring to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the contact arm of the circuit breaker has a first body 101 and a screw 102, and the first body 101 has two ends, i.e., a first end 1011 and a second end 1012. The screw 102 projects from a first end 1011 projecting from the first body 101, the screw 102 being able to slide in the first body 101. As an exemplary illustration, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a contact arm structure of a circuit breaker. The first body 101 may be hollow, specifically may be a cylindrical body, and more specifically, may be cylindrical. One end of the screw 102 is located inside the first body 101, and the other end protrudes from the inside of the first body 101. The protruding portion of the screw 102 is used to be fixed to a fixed component (not shown), for example, the protruding portion of the screw 102 is fixed to the fixed component by screwing. Therefore, the protruding portion is required to maintain the protruding state. If the part slides into the first body 101, it also requires the staff to manually push the screw 102 out of the first body 101 again from the second end 1012, which is time consuming and not conducive to the quick assembly of the circuit breaker. Based on this, the utility model person of the present invention provides a clip for a contact arm of a circuit breaker to block the portion of the screw 102 protruding from sliding into the first body 101.
The utility model provides a clamping piece for a contact arm of a circuit breaker. As shown in fig. 2, the clip 20 includes a second body 201 and a clip, and the second body 201 and the clip may be integrally formed. The card member 20 may be flat as a whole to minimize the space occupied by the card member 20.
The second body 201 has a through hole 2011, the retaining portion includes a plurality of tooth portions 202, the plurality of tooth portions 202 are distributed at the edge of the through hole 2011, and the retaining portion is configured to sleeve the extended portion of the screw 102 and is in interference fit with the screw 102 to prevent the screw 102 from sliding into the first body 101. The teeth 202 may be evenly distributed on the edge of the through-hole 2011, which can apply an even retaining force to the screw 102. The blocking of the screw 102 from sliding into the first body 101 here means that at least the part of the screw 102 protruding for fixing to the fixing member does not slide into the first body 101, e.g. the thread on the screw 102 needs to be left on the outside. With the tooth 202, the tooth 202 can not fall off from the thread section due to the existence of the thread.
The second body 201 may be a ring-shaped body, and the teeth 202 may be uniformly distributed at the edge of the through-hole 2011. Fig. 2 shows 6 tooth portions 202, and in practice, the number of the tooth portions 202 may be determined according to actual needs, for example, is greater than or equal to 6, and is not described herein again. This can not only maintain a sufficient holding force but also reduce the weight of the card member 20. For example, if the first body 101 is cylindrical, the second body 201 is annular.
Optionally, the material of the latch 20 requires a certain hardness and a certain elasticity, so that the latch 20 can move in two directions along the screw 102 to adapt to the assembly of the circuit breaker. Optionally, the clip member 20 is plastic, such as nylon.
The second body 201 and the retaining portion may be integrally formed, for example, by stamping a nylon plate.
As an exemplary illustration, the first body 101 may be cylindrical, i.e., hollow inside, and may be cylindrical. The contact arm may also include a nut 103. The nut 103 is located inside the first body 101, and the screw 102 can penetrate through the nut 103 and is in clearance fit with the nut 103. The contact arm may further include a washer 104, the washer 104 is located inside the first body 101 and is configured to be sleeved on the screw 102, one end of the screw 102 located inside the first body 101 has a stopping portion 1021, a diameter of the stopping portion 1021 is greater than an inner diameter of the washer 104 and greater than an inner diameter of the nut 103, and the washer 104 is located between the nut 103 and the stopping portion 1021. The nut 103 serves to block the screw 102 from sliding out completely from the first body 101. As an exemplary illustration, there is a thread near the first end 1011 of the first body 101 by which the nut 103 may be threadably secured to the interior of the first body 101.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the screw 102 has a stopping portion 1021, and the diameter of the stopping portion 1021 may be larger than the inner diameter of the nut 103, so as to block the screw 102 from fully extending from the first body 101. The nut 103 may be fixed inside the first body 101, and the diameter of the stopping portion 1021 may be larger than the inner diameter of the nut 103. The washer 104 sleeved on the screw 102 can play a role of anti-loosening, i.e. preventing the contact arm from loosening with the fixed part. The length of the screw 102 may be less than the length of the interior of the first body 101, as shown in fig. 1.
In practical use, a manufacturer can sleeve the washer 104 on the screw 102 from an end away from the stopping portion 1021, extend an end of the stopping portion 1021 into the first body 101, sleeve the nut 103 on the screw 102, and fix the nut 103 to the inside of the first body 101 by rotation. The clip 20 is fitted over the end of the screw 102 from which it extends. Because the clamping piece 20 is in interference fit with the screw rod 102, and the outer diameter of the clamping piece 20 is larger than the inner diameter of the nut 103, even if the first body 101 is erected, the clamping piece 20 can enable the screw rod 102 to at least partially extend out of the first body 101, so that the screw rod 102 can be prevented from dropping into the first body 101, the gasket 104 can be prevented from falling off from the first screw rod 102, and the nut is suitable for transportation. In this way, when the contact arm arrives at the customer, the customer can directly fix the portion of the screw 102 protruding from the first body 101 to the fixed part for the assembly of the circuit breaker.
In addition, because the clamping piece 20 is integrally flat, the clamping piece 20 does not need to be disassembled in the assembling process, and only the clamping piece 20 needs to be kept on the screw rod 102, so that the working hour can be saved, and the clamping piece is particularly suitable for digital production. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first end 1011 has a recess 1013 therein, and the recess 1013 can accommodate the clip member 20. The recess 1013 may be formed in a variety of ways, such as forming a step at the first end 1011, where the right side of the step is the nut 103, or forming a recess at the first end 1011 and opening at the nut 103, which will not be described herein. As an illustrative example, the recess 1013 can be completely matched with the escapement 20. The end of the screw 102 remote from the stopping portion 1021 can be fixed to a fixing component, for example, by the thread on the screw 102, and during the process of fixing the screw 102 to the fixing component, the latch 20 can be gradually pushed into the groove 1013 from the position shown in fig. 2, and the contact arm can abut against the fixing component, so that the latch 20 does not need to be detached and the normal function of the circuit breaker is not affected.
In this way, the part of the screw 102 extending out of the first body 101 is blocked by the clamping piece 20 to slide into the first body 101 again, so that the screw 102 is prevented from being pushed out of the first body 101 again, the clamping piece 20 is not required to be disassembled, the working hours are greatly saved, the clamping piece is suitable for a digital workshop without manual assembly, and parts sleeved on the part of the screw 102 located on the first body 101 can be prevented from falling off, for example, the gasket 104 can be prevented from falling off. Optionally, the teeth 202 are evenly distributed along the edge of the through-hole 2011. This allows the clamping force on the screw 102 to be more uniform.
Alternatively, the side of the tooth 202 toward the center of the through-hole 2011 is arc-shaped; or the side of the plurality of teeth 202 toward the center of the through-hole 2011 forms a circle. This enables the teeth 202 to engage the screw 102 as closely as possible, providing a better grip for the screw 102.
The utility model also provides a contact arm for the circuit breaker, which comprises any clamping piece of the contact arm for the circuit breaker. The utility model also provides a circuit breaker, which comprises any clamping piece for the contact arm of the circuit breaker.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the utility model, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
