Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a charging system anti-collision early warning device, in particular to a charging system anti-collision early warning device capable of effectively performing anti-collision early warning.
Background
At present, in the vehicle market of China, electric vehicles using electric power as a power source are more and more, and because of the advantages of environmental protection, energy conservation and the like, the electric vehicles may gradually replace gasoline/diesel vehicles commonly used at present in the future and become the most important vehicles for traveling. Accordingly, in terms of power supply, as in the case of the existing gas station, the number of charging stations/charging piles for charging electric vehicles increases correspondingly as the number of electric vehicles increases.
When the existing charging system (terminal) is in standby, the high voltage electricity (alternating current commercial power/direct current high voltage) is arranged in the charging system (terminal), if the charging system is impacted by a vehicle, the high voltage electricity can bring very large safety risks to personnel in the vehicle, so the charging station/charging pile can generally remind a driver through an identification/sign, or the safety distance between the vehicle and the charging system is ensured through a limit stop. However, if the driver in the vehicle does not notice the reminding, particularly in an unattended place, the situation that the vehicle exceeds a limit stop and impacts a charging system still exists, and the limit stop is used for ensuring that the safety distance between the vehicle and the charging system belongs to passive safety, so that the problem of untimely reminding exists, and the guiding effect on the vehicle is very small.
In addition, in the parking process of approaching the charging system, a driver cannot accurately judge the distance between the vehicle and the charging system, the risk of damaging the charging system due to collision also occurs, and the charging system does not actively prompt a safe parking distance. Therefore, there is a drawback in that the design is safe for a charging system in which a high voltage is present inside and the vehicle is frequently accessed.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a charging system pre-warning device capable of performing effective pre-warning for collision avoidance.
The anti-collision early warning device of the charging system of the utility model comprises: an identification unit that identifies a set object; a distance detection unit that detects a distance from the setting object recognized by the recognition unit to a charging system; a determination unit configured to determine whether the set object detected by the distance detection unit is within a predetermined distance range from the charging system; and a control unit that performs warning control processing when the determination unit determines that the set object is within a predetermined distance range from the charging system.
According to the anti-collision early warning device for the charging system, the distance of the object close to the charging system can be timely reminded, the close object can be distinguished and processed, and the early warning prompt is only carried out on the set object, so that unreasonable invalid early warning prompt can be avoided, the effective utilization rate is improved, in addition, the early warning prompt can be actively carried out on the close object, and the safety risk caused by collision to the charging system is avoided.
The charging system collision avoidance early warning device further includes: a distance detection unit that detects a distance from an object to the charging system; a determination unit configured to determine whether the object detected by the distance detection unit is within a predetermined distance range from the charging system; an identification unit that identifies whether the object belongs to a set object when the determination unit determines that the object is within a predetermined distance range from the charging system; and the control unit is used for carrying out warning control processing when the identification unit identifies that the object belongs to the set object. Like this, can in time carry out the warning of distance to the object that is close charging system, moreover, can distinguish the processing to the object that is close, only carry out the early warning suggestion to setting for the object, like this, can avoid unreasonable invalid early warning suggestion, improve effective rate of utilization, in addition, can carry out the early warning suggestion to the object that is close initiatively, avoid striking the risk that charging system brought safety.
In the charging system pre-warning apparatus, the setting object may be a vehicle. Therefore, invalid detection and warning of pedestrians, animals, fallen leaves and the like can be avoided, and effective early warning efficiency of the anti-collision early warning device of the charging system is improved.
In addition, the charging system collision avoidance early warning device preferably further includes a communication means for communicating with the setting object (vehicle). Therefore, communication can be established with a vehicle close to the charging system, the early warning information is transmitted to the vehicle, the vehicle can be further prevented from colliding with the charging system, the charging system is prevented from being damaged, and meanwhile, the safety of personnel in the vehicle is protected.
In addition, the control unit of the anti-collision early warning device of the charging system performs warning control processing by making a sound. Like this, through the warning of sound, can let the object that is close charging system obtain the suggestion, prevent that the object from striking charging system, avoid causing the damage to charging system.
In the charging system collision avoidance early warning device, the control unit controls the change of the sound generated according to the change of the distance from the set object to the charging system detected by the distance detection unit. Like this, through the different sounds that different distances were sent, can let the object that is close charging system know and the charging system between the distance change, can control better and the charging system between ground distance, prevent that the object from striking charging system, avoid causing the damage to charging system.
In addition, in the anti-collision early warning device for the charging system, the control unit prompts the distance between the set object and the charging system through the emitted sound. Therefore, the distance between the object and the charging system can be known more directly, the object is further prevented from colliding with the charging system, and the charging system is prevented from being damaged.
Preferably, the charging system collision avoidance early warning device further includes a storage unit that stores an image of the set object approaching the charging system. Therefore, the process that an object approaches the charging system can be recorded, image data are stored, and if the charging system is damaged by collision, evidence can be searched.

Unless otherwise defined, all technical terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of exemplary embodiments according to the utility model.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a charging system anti-collision warning device according to the present invention, and this embodiment is described by taking the charging system anti-collision warning device installed on a charging pile as an example. As shown in the drawing, the charging system collision avoidance early warning device 100 of the present embodiment includes: the device comprises an identification unit 1, a distance detection unit 2, a judgment unit 3, a warning unit 4 and a control unit 5.
The recognition unit 1 of the present embodiment is composed of a dedicated image processing function module, and captures a moving object entering a certain range of the charging pile by a camera, and recognizes whether the moving object belongs to a set object or not by an image recognition technology. The setting object defined in the present embodiment is an all-vehicle including: large/medium/small passenger vehicles or mobile vehicles such as trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, and flatbeds. Here, the image recognition process may be performed locally by comparing the data in the database of the charging system anti-collision warning apparatus 100 with the moving object to perform image recognition, or may be performed by uploading the captured moving object image to the cloud server to perform recognition. Also, the angle of shooting is a panoramic range of 360 degrees. The recognition unit 1 of the present invention may recognize not only by image recognition technology but also by a sensing device such as infrared rays, and may specify any other living body as a setting object.
The distance detection means 2 is constituted by a radar or laser distance sensing module, and detects the distance between the set object and the charging system. Here, the range of the distance to be detected may be set, for example, 10m or more does not start detection, and it is set that the object enters within 10m to start accurate detection. In the present embodiment, only the detection/recognition unit 1 recognizes that the distance between the object and the charging pile is set.
The determination means 3 is composed of a dedicated integrated function module, and determines whether or not the set object is within a predetermined distance range from the charging system. Here, the predetermined distance may be a predetermined fixed value, for example, 5m, or may be changed according to the state of the setting object, for example, when the setting object is a large vehicle, the distance range may be changed to a larger value, and when the setting object is an electric bicycle, the distance range may be changed to a smaller value. Alternatively, the predetermined distance is adjusted and set accordingly according to the set approaching speed of the object.
In addition, the warning unit 4 is composed of an output function module and performs warning through sound or light. The warning unit 4 of the present embodiment warns the user by the generated warning sound. In addition, in the present invention, the warning unit 4 may also warn through a warning light, or through guiding voice, etc.
The control unit 5 is a general computer, and includes therein, for example, a CPU, a ROM, an EEPROM, a RAM, an I/O, and a bus connecting these components. When the object distance is set within a specified distance range from the charging system, warning control processing is performed.
Next, the specific processing of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the charging system pre-crash warning apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment is mounted on a charging pile, and when a vehicle 200 enters a recognizable range of the recognition unit 1, the vehicle 200 moving is captured, and the object is recognized as the vehicle 200 by an image recognition technology. At the same time, the recognition unit 1 also recognizes other objects that come within the recognition range, for example, as shown in fig. 3, a person 300 is recognized. Since the set object set in the present embodiment is a vehicle, only the recognized vehicle 200 is recorded as a valid object, and the recognized person 300 is not recorded.
The recognition range of the recognition unit 1 may be set to be within 50m, for example, which is a circle having a charging pile as a center and a radius of 50 m. Then, with respect to the recognized vehicle 200, the distance between the vehicle 200 and the charging pile is detected by the distance detection unit 2. The distance detection means 2 of the present embodiment starts detection when the vehicle 200 is within 10m of the charging pile, and detects the distance in real time.
The determination unit 3 determines whether or not the distance between the vehicle 200 and the charging pile detected by the distance detection unit 2 is within a predetermined distance (2m) after setting the predetermined distance (2 m). When the judging unit 3 judges that the distance between the vehicle 200 and the charging pile is within a specified distance range (for example, 1.8m), the control unit 5 acquires the judgment result information from the judging unit 3 and performs warning control processing by the warning unit 4. The alarm unit 4 of the present embodiment is a speaker and emits a beep sound.
As shown in fig. 4, the volume of the "tic" presentation sound gradually increases as the distance between the vehicle 200 and the charging pile gradually decreases under the control of the control unit 5. Additionally, the frequency of the beep for the "tic" may become faster and faster as the distance decreases.
Here, in the present invention, the specific distance between the vehicle 200 and the charging pile detected by the distance detecting unit 2 may be presented by voice, or the vehicle driver may be notified of the safety risk/warning. In addition, the control unit 5 may also perform warning control processing through display of the warning lamp, and as the distance between the vehicle 200 and the charging pile gradually decreases, the flashing warning lamp may gradually turn on or change the color of the light.
In addition to the above embodiments, the charging system collision avoidance device 100 of the present invention may also perform detection of the distance between the object and the charging pile by the distance detection unit 2, determine that the object enters the predetermined distance range by the determination unit 3, then identify whether the object belongs to a set object (for example, a vehicle) by the identification unit 1, and if the object is the set object, the control unit 5 controls the warning unit 4 to perform warning control processing.
Fig. 5 is a schematic configuration diagram of another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the charging system collision avoidance early warning device 100A of the present embodiment includes: identification means 1, distance detection means 2, determination means 3, control means 5 and communication means 6.
The communication unit 6 is formed by an integrated communication function module, and can establish communication connection with the outside to receive and transmit information. In the present embodiment, the control unit 5 establishes communication connection with the vehicle 200 approaching the charging pile via the communication unit 6, and transmits the distance information or the warning information between the vehicle 200 and the charging pile detected by the distance detection unit 2 to the vehicle 200. The communication unit 6 may transmit the image acquired by the recognition unit 1 to a server such as a cloud, and perform control processing of recognizing the image or warning by the server. In addition, the communication unit 6 can also communicate with a preset emergency contact object, if the recognition unit 1 recognizes that the vehicle 200 collides with the charging pile to cause damage of the charging pile, the control unit 5 can automatically contact with a server or a fire-fighting and police station through the communication unit 6.
Fig. 6 is a schematic configuration diagram of another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the drawing, the charging system pre-crash warning apparatus 100B of the present embodiment includes: the device comprises an identification unit 1, a distance detection unit 2, a judgment unit 3, a warning unit 4, a control unit 5 and a storage unit 7.
The storage unit 7 is constituted by a module having a storage function, and stores an image of an object approaching the charging post. In the present embodiment, an object approaching the charging pile is photographed by the recognition unit 1, and then stored by the storage unit 7. Here, the storage unit 7 may automatically update the data at regular time intervals, and delete the partial data with the previous storage time according to the storage time.
