It should be noted that the anti-theft electronic tag disclosed in the present application may be used in the field of financial technology, and may also be used in any field other than the field of financial technology.
According to one aspect of the utility model, the embodiment discloses an anti-theft electronic tag. As shown in fig. 1, the anti-theft electronic tag includes a substrate m2, and a power module, a communication module and at least one position sensing module which are disposed on the substrate m2, and the power module, the communication module and the at least one position sensing module are connected in series to form an alarm loop.
The position sensing module comprises a first conductive module, a second conductive module and an insulating layer m1, wherein the first conductive module, the second conductive module and the insulating layer m1 are connected into the alarm loop, and the insulating layer m1 is arranged between the first conductive module and the second conductive module.
The insulating layer m1 comprises a fixing part for fixing with the surface of an object provided with an electronic tag, when the electronic tag is separated from the surface of the object, the insulating layer m1 is separated from the first conductive module and the second conductive module due to being fixed on the surface of the object, the first conductive module is electrically contacted with the second conductive module, the alarm loop is conducted, and the communication module sends alarm information.
The alarm loop of the anti-theft electronic tag comprises a power supply module, a communication module and at least one position sensing module. Wherein, the first conductive module and the second conductive module of the position sensing module are connected into the alarm loop, and an insulating layer m1 is arranged between the first conductive module and the second conductive module. When the electronic tag is fixed on the surface of an object, the insulating layer m1 can be fixedly arranged with the surface of the object through the fixing part, at the moment, the first conductive module and the second conductive module cannot be electrically connected due to the existence of the insulating layer m1, the alarm loop is not conducted, and therefore the communication module does not work. When the electronic tag is detached from the surface of the object due to being removed by a person or being unstable in fixation, the insulating layer m1 remains on the surface of the object due to being fixed to the surface of the object. Therefore, the part of the insulating layer m1, which is positioned between the first conductive module and the second conductive module, can be separated from the first conductive module and the second conductive module due to the position limitation of the fixing part, the first conductive module and the second conductive module are contacted to realize electric connection, and the alarm loop is conducted. At the moment, the alarm loop is conducted, the voltage at two ends of the communication module rises to enable the communication module to be started and send alarm information, and managers can check the electronic tags after receiving the alarm information transmitted by the communication module, find the situation that the electronic tags are uncovered or fall off in time and guarantee the safety of managed articles. Meanwhile, the anti-theft electronic tag is simple in structure and capable of remotely alarming, and the defects that the existing electronic tag is large in size and limited in alarming range are overcome.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the signal input and signal output of the position sensing module are respectively connected to the alarm loop, the first conductive module includes a first conductive line Q21 and a second conductive line Q22, and the second conductive module includes a third conductive line Q1.
First ends of the first conducting wire Q21 and the second conducting wire Q22 are respectively connected with the signal input end and the signal output end, and second ends of the first conducting wire Q21 and the second conducting wire Q22 are respectively abutted against first ends and second ends of the third conducting wire Q1 through an insulating layer m 1.
The insulating layer m1 includes insulating portions provided between the first wire Q21 and the third wire Q1 and between the second wire Q22 and the third wire Q1, and fixing portions for fixing to the surface of an object.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the power module, the communication module and the at least one position sensing module in the alarm loop are disposed on a substrate m 2. The power supply module, the communication module and the at least one position sensing module which are arranged on the substrate m2 are connected in series through a lead to form an alarm loop. In the preferred embodiment, each position sensing module includes a signal input and a signal output. The signal input end and the signal output end of the position sensing module are respectively connected with two ends of a wire disconnected from the joint of the alarm loop and the position sensing module, so that the aim of connecting the position sensing module into the alarm loop is fulfilled.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, the first conductive module includes a first conductive line Q21 and a second conductive line Q22, and the second conductive module includes a third conductive line Q1. The first conductive line Q21 and the second conductive line Q22 are respectively connected with the signal input end and the signal output end of the position sensing module, and the first conductive line Q21 and the second conductive line Q22 are not electrically connected. The first and second ends of the third conductive line Q1 are disposed to correspond to the first and second conductive lines Q21 and Q22, respectively. As shown in fig. 2, it is preferable that the alarm circuit is provided on a side surface of the electronic tag for fixing with a surface of an object, the third conductive line Q1 is provided on a side of the first conductive line Q21 and the second conductive line Q22 facing away from the substrate m2, and the first conductive line Q21, the second conductive line Q22 and the third conductive line Q1 are fixed on the substrate m2 to hold the first end and the second end of the third conductive line Q1 against the first conductive line Q21 and the second conductive line Q22. And, the fixing portion of the insulating layer m1 is disposed on a side of the third conductive line Q1 away from the substrate m2, and can be used for fixing with the surface of an object. The insulation portion of the insulation layer m1 extends from the fixing portion to the space between the first end of the third conducting wire Q1 and the first conducting wire Q21 and the space between the second end of the third conducting wire Q1 and the second conducting wire Q22, so that the first conducting wire Q21, the second conducting wire Q22 and the third conducting wire Q1 are not conducted in the initial state, and the position sensing module is equivalent to a switch in an off state. The position sensing module is in a disconnected state when the initial state or the electronic tag is fixed on the surface of an object, so that the alarm circuit is disconnected, the power supply module cannot supply power to the communication module, and the communication module does not work.
When the electronic tag is removed from the surface of an object or falls off from the surface of the object due to unstable fixation, the fixed part of the insulating layer m1 remains on the surface of the object due to fixation with the surface of the object, however, the first wire Q21, the second wire Q22 and the third wire Q1 of the position sensing module are away from the surface of the object along with the electronic tag, the insulating part of the insulating layer m1 is connected with the fixed part, under the action of position limitation of the fixed part on the surface of the object, the insulating part is separated from among the first wire Q21, the second wire Q22 and the third wire Q1, the third wire Q1 in opposition is in direct contact with the first wire Q21 and the second wire Q22, and contact electrical connection is realized under the insulating action without the insulating layer m1, and the position sensing module is equivalent to a closed switch, that is equivalent to a section of wire. Therefore, the alarm loop is conducted, the power module supplies power to the communication module, the voltage at two ends of the communication module rises to enable the communication module to be started, the communication module can preset the function of automatically sending alarm information after starting, and the alarm loop can be realized through the prior art and is not repeated. The electronic tag has small volume and lower cost, and can send alarm information in time when the electronic tag is dropped or stolen, so that a terminal of a manager can check the corresponding set position of the electronic tag after capturing the alarm information, find the abnormality of the electronic tag in time and ensure the safety of equipment or articles. The electronic tag can avoid the defects of large volume and limited alarm range of the conventional photoelectric alarm electronic tag, and can alarm in time and silently through the communication module and also avoid the failure of alarm caused by the damage of the electronic tag after being perceived by a destroying person. Meanwhile, for daily equipment management, when the label falls off, the label can automatically alarm, so that the management deviation is reduced, and the accuracy of equipment or article information management is ensured.
In a preferred embodiment, the first conductive wire Q21, the second conductive wire Q22 and the third conductive wire Q1 are adhered to the substrate m2 by a first adhesive layer.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the alarm circuit may be disposed on a side of the electronic tag for fixing to the surface of the object, so that when the electronic tag is fixed to the surface of the object, the fixing portion of the insulating layer m1 can be fixed to the surface of the object at the same time. The first conductive wire Q21, the second conductive wire Q22 and the third conductive wire Q1 can be fixed on the substrate m2 by adhering a first adhesive layer, so that the mutual position relationship among the first conductive wire Q21, the second conductive wire Q22 and the third conductive wire Q1 is kept stable, and meanwhile, by adjusting the thickness of the first adhesive layer, two end parts of the third conductive wire Q1 are respectively abutted against the first conductive wire Q21 and the second conductive wire Q22 through an insulating layer m 1. The first wire Q21, the second wire Q22 and the third wire Q1 can be made of conducting materials such as copper wires, the copper wires have certain elasticity, and the balance and contact among the wires and the insulating layer m1 can be better achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixing portion includes a second adhesive layer for adhering and fixing to the surface of the object. It can be understood that the fixing portion can be fixed to the surface of the object by adhering the second adhesive layer. When the electronic tag is separated from the surface of an object, the fixing part is stuck and fixed with the surface of the object, and the insulating parts are clamped between the first conducting wire Q21 and the third conducting wire Q1 and between the second conducting wire Q22 and the third conducting wire Q1, so that the insulating parts and the first conducting wire Q21, the second conducting wire Q22 and the third conducting wire Q1 are not fixedly arranged, the insulating parts are more easily separated from the non-fixed conducting wires than the fixing part, and the purpose that the conducting wires are contacted to alarm when the electronic tag is separated is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the electronic tag comprises four position sensing modules (L1-L4) connected in series.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, by arranging a plurality of position sensing modules, when the position sensing modules at the respective positions are all turned on due to the separation of the insulating layer m1, the communication module can start to send alarm information, so that the electronic tag can be ensured to be separated from the whole body and be alarmed, and the electronic tag can be prevented from sending the alarm information only when part of the position changes, thereby avoiding the situation of false alarm. In other embodiments, other numbers of position sensing modules may be further provided to improve the alarm accuracy, which is not limited by the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the substrate m2 is square, and the four position sensing modules (L1-L4) are respectively disposed at four corners or four sides of the square substrate m 2.
In particular, the shape of the substrate m2 of the electronic tag can be preferably square, and in the preferred embodiment, four position sensing modules (L1-L4) are respectively arranged at four corners or four sides of the square substrate m2, and one of the four corners or four sides is usually the position where the electronic tag is finally detached, so that the accuracy of the alarm information can be further improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the electronic tag further comprises at least one photosensitive sensing module connected in parallel at two ends of the at least one position sensing module, and the resistance value of the photosensitive sensing module decreases with the increase of the illumination intensity.
Specifically, it can be understood that the photosensitive sensing module is connected in parallel to two ends of at least one position sensing module, that is, the photosensitive sensing module is connected in series with the power module and the communication module. Because photosensitive induction module sets up in warning loop, photosensitive induction module sets up in one side that base m2 is close to the object surface promptly, when electronic tags normally fixes on the object surface, because the sheltering from of object surface, photosensitive induction module's illumination intensity is very low, is in the dark state. Meanwhile, the resistance value of the photosensitive sensing module is reduced along with the rise of the illumination intensity, and the resistance value of the photosensitive sensing module in the dark state is higher, so that the photosensitive sensing module, the power module and the communication module are in a close-to-open state, the communication module does not work, and alarm information is not sent out. When the electronic tag is removed or falls off, the surface of the object is not shielded, and the illumination intensity at the photosensitive sensing module generally rises. Thereby photosensitive induction module's resistance reduces, and photosensitive induction module rises with the electric current in the return circuit of power module and communication module series connection, and the voltage at communication module both ends rises to communication module starts to send alarm information, realizes electronic tags's theftproof function.
In a preferred embodiment, the photosensitive sensing module comprises a photoresistor. It can be understood that the photoresistor has the characteristic that the resistance value of the photoresistor changes along with the change of the illumination intensity, so that the photoresistor can be used for forming a photosensitive sensing module to sense the illumination intensity at the fixed position of the electronic tag and start the communication module to give an alarm. Of course, in other embodiments, other devices may be used to form the photosensitive sensing module, which is not limited in the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the electronic tag comprises four photosensitive sensing modules (U1-U4) connected in series. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, through setting up a plurality of photosensitive induction modules for illumination intensity's change homoenergetic appears in a plurality of photosensitive induction modules of each position and makes communication module start to send alarm information, thereby guarantees that electronic tags reports to the police when illumination intensity changes the illumination intensity that reaches when electronic tags drops, prevents that electronic tags only from just sending alarm information and the wrong report condition that leads to at partial position change. In other embodiments, other numbers of position sensing modules may be further provided to improve the alarm accuracy, which is not limited by the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the substrate m2 is square, and the four photosensitive sensor modules (U1-U4) are respectively disposed at four corners or four sides of the square substrate m 2.
In particular, the shape of the substrate m2 of the electronic label can be selected as a square, in the preferred embodiment, four photosensitive sensing modules (U1-U4) are respectively arranged at four corners or four sides of the square substrate m2, and one of the four corners or four sides is usually the position where the electronic label is finally separated, so that the accuracy of the alarm information can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in this specific example, the anti-theft electronic tag includes a substrate m2, and a power supply module, a wifi module, four position sensing modules (L1-L4) and four photo resistors which are connected in series and disposed on the substrate m 2. The power supply module and the communication module are connected in series and then respectively connected in parallel with the four position sensing modules (L1-L4) and the four photoresistors which are connected in series. When the label is torn or dropped, the following three working conditions can be divided:
(1) in a dim environment, the resistance of the photoresistor does not change much and fails. The insulating layers m1 of the four position sensing modules (L1-L4) can be adhered to the surface of an object, so that the alarm loop is partially short-circuited, the total circuit resistance is reduced, the voltage and the current at two ends of the WiFi module are increased, the WiFi module works, and alarm information is sent.
(2) When the WiFi module works in a bright environment, the resistance value of the photoresistor is reduced, the resistance values of the photoresistors connected in parallel are reduced, the alarm loop is short-circuited, the voltage and the current at the two ends of the WiFi module are increased, and the WiFi module works to send alarm information.
(3) When warning return circuit insulating layer m1 surface glue film viscidity descends, when not breaking away from the label when tearing the label, the position sensing module warning became invalid, and the change that photosensitive resistor still can experience illumination luminance and the resistance descends, and whole circuit total resistance descends, and wiFi module both ends voltage, electric current rise, and the work of wiFi module sends alarm information.
In summary, in this specific example, the two alarm modes, namely the position sensing module and the photoresistor, are adopted to improve the application scene of the electronic tag, so that the electronic tag can still play an alarm role in some extreme environments, and the anti-theft safety of the electronic tag is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the communication module is a WIFI module or a bluetooth module. The existing electronic tag usually alarms by changing the time interval or the transmission frequency of radio transmission of the electronic tag, and has high requirements on a terminal of a manager, and corresponding equipment is required to receive alarm information. Therefore, in the preferred embodiment, the alarm information is transmitted in the form of a wireless signal or a bluetooth signal through the wifi module or the bluetooth module, and the user can receive the wireless alarm information or the bluetooth alarm information transmitted by the wifi module or the bluetooth module through a handheld terminal such as a mobile phone, so that the wide applicability of the alarm electronic tag is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the substrate m2 is formed of an opaque material. It will be appreciated that the substrate m2 is made of opaque material to avoid the influence of external light on the alarm loop of the electronic label.
The anti-theft electronic tag is small in size and low in cost, and can ensure the sending of alarm information under extreme conditions of darkness or dryness and the like. When a vandal tries to damage the label and steal the marker, the alarm is given in time, and the safety of managed articles can be guaranteed. The defects of large volume and limited alarm range of the conventional photoelectric alarm device are overcome, alarm information is sent in a silent mode through WiFi wireless signals, and the situation that damage personnel detect the alarm device and cause alarm failure is avoided. Meanwhile, for daily warehousing management, when the label falls off, the automatic alarm can be realized, the management deviation is reduced, and the accuracy of warehousing information is ensured.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
