In some embodiments of the present invention, the height of the limiting ball 123 extending out of the mounting hole 13 is H, the diameter of the limiting ball 123 is D, and the following requirements are satisfied: H/D is less than or equal to 0.5. It can be understood that the height of the limiting ball 123 extending out of the mounting hole 13 is less than or equal to half of the diameter of the limiting ball 123 itself, so that at least half of the limiting ball 123 can be ensured to be always located in the mounting hole 13, the limiting ball 123 can be ensured to be always located in the limiting range of the mounting hole 13, and the limiting ball 123 can be effectively prevented from being disengaged from the mounting hole 13. For example, in one example of the present invention, the ratio of the height of the check ball 123 protruding out of the mounting hole 13 to the diameter of the check ball 123 may be 0.5, 0.45, 0.4, 0.35, 0.3, or 0.25. Specifically, the height of the limiting ball 123 protruding out of the mounting hole 13 can be selected according to the diameter of the limiting ball 123 and the size of the butt joint 100.

Specifically, in an example of the present invention, when the first quick coupling 1 and the second quick coupling 2 need to be unlocked, the first quick coupling 1 or the second quick coupling 2 may be rotated to enable relative rotation between the first quick coupling 1 and the second quick coupling 2, during the rotation, the second end 1212 of the snap-in arm 121 may be rotated from a position opposite to the bottom wall of the locking groove 23 to a position opposite to the side wall of the locking groove 23 and the inner circumferential wall of the docking groove 22, due to the smooth transition between the side wall of the locking groove 23 and the inner circumferential wall of the docking groove 22, the side wall of the locking groove 23 and the side wall of the docking groove 22 may apply a force to the second end 1212 of the snap-in arm 121 again, the second end 1212 of the snap-in arm 121 may rotate around the first end 1211 to enable the second end 1212 to approach the outer circumferential wall of the first quick coupling 1, at this time, the elastic element 122 is compressed under the action of the snap-in arm 121, this allows the snap-in arm 121 to be separated from the locking groove 23, thereby allowing the first quick coupling 1 to be pulled out of the mating groove 22.
In another example of the present invention, when the first quick coupling 1 and the second quick coupling 2 need to be unlocked, the first quick coupling 1 or the second quick coupling 2 can be rotated to make the first quick coupling 1 and the second quick coupling 2 rotate relatively, during the rotation, the limiting ball 123 can rotate from a position opposite to the bottom wall of the locking groove 23 to a position opposite to the side wall of the locking groove 23 and the inner circumferential wall of the docking groove 22, due to the smooth transition between the side wall of the locking groove 23 and the inner circumferential wall of the docking groove 22, the side wall of the locking groove 23 and the side wall of the docking groove 22 can apply force to the limiting ball 123 again, so that the limiting ball 123 can move along the radial direction of the first quick coupling 1 towards the direction close to the center of the first quick coupling 1, at this time, the elastic member 122 is compressed by the clamping arm 121, the stopper ball 123 is compressed into the mounting hole 13, whereby the click arm 121 and the lock groove 23 can be separated from each other in an unlocked state, and the first quick coupling 1 can be pulled out from the butting groove 22.

2. A joint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first quick coupling has an elastic locking portion on its outer circumferential wall and the second quick coupling has a locking groove on its inner circumferential wall.
3. The docking head for an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein a mounting hole is formed on an outer peripheral wall of the first quick coupling, the mounting hole extending in a radial direction of the first quick coupling, and the elastic locking portion comprises:
a snap arm extending in an axial direction of the first quick coupling, the snap arm having a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end being rotatably connected to an outer peripheral wall of the first quick coupling, the second end being adapted to be snapped into the locking groove, wherein the second end is located upstream of the first end in an insertion direction of the first quick coupling;
the elastic piece is inserted in the mounting hole and connected with the second end, and the elastic piece is suitable for pushing the second end to move towards the direction departing from the first quick connector.
4. A docking head for an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein one end of said elastic member adjacent to said snap-in arm is fixedly connected to said second end.
5. The docking head for an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein a mounting hole is formed on an outer peripheral wall of the first quick coupling, the mounting hole extending in a radial direction of the first quick coupling, and the elastic locking portion comprises:
the limiting ball is arranged in the mounting hole;
the elastic piece is arranged in the mounting hole, the elastic piece is arranged between the bottom wall of the mounting hole and the limiting balls at intervals, and the elastic piece is suitable for pushing the limiting balls to move towards the direction deviating from the first quick joint so that the limiting balls are partially clamped in the locking grooves.

The docking head for an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of elastic locking portions are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first quick coupling, the plurality of locking grooves are formed in plurality, and the plurality of locking grooves are engaged with the plurality of elastic locking portions in a one-to-one correspondence.
9. The docking head for an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a side wall of the locking groove is smoothly transited to an inner circumferential wall of the docking groove in a circumferential direction of the second quick coupling.
10. An air conditioner, comprising:
an air conditioner outdoor unit;
a connecting pipe; and
the docking connector for an air conditioner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first quick connector is provided on one of the outdoor unit and the connection pipe, and the second quick connector is provided on one of the outdoor unit and the connection pipe.
