When the screw nut 504 is at the initial position 513, the position detection device detects the position information of the screw nut 504, and sends a signal to the control module to control the second driving mechanism to stop working, so that the screw nut 504 is locked at the initial position 513, and further, preparation is made for subsequent other actions at any time.
When the door needs to be closed, a corresponding voice prompt is sent again or the infrared sensor is used for detecting and scanning (of course, the control module can be also in a key type, and the control module is directly controlled to perform door closing action), the door closing information is obtained and then sent to the control module, at the moment, the control module sends information to the second driving mechanism to drive the precession nut 504 to move towards the door closing position 512 until the door closing position 512 is reached, and the position detection device sends a signal to the control module to stop further movement until the door body 200 is completely closed. After the door body 200 is completely closed, the position detection device sends a signal to the control module again to control the precession nut 504 to move to the initial position 513, so that the precession nut 504 is locked at the initial position 513, and further, preparation is made for subsequent other actions at any time.
It should also be understood that the electric appliance can be operated manually, and a user can manually open and close the door, the screw nut 504 is not moved when the door is opened, the spring 505 is stretched, and the door body 200 can be stopped at any position under the influence of the tension of the spring 505.
The utility model is provided with a door opening mechanism and a sensing control module for controlling the door opening mechanism, which can automatically receive an external door opening signal, convert the door opening signal into an electric signal and transmit the electric signal to the sensing control module, and control the second door opening mechanism 500 to be opened to any angle on the basis that the first door opening mechanism 400 pops open the door body 200 with a smaller angle until the door body 200 is completely opened. The utility model discloses a user's both hands have been liberated to a certain extent, have promoted user's use and have experienced, have improved the automation and the intelligent degree of electrical apparatus.
The second structure of opening a door's overall design is simple, and the spare part of selecting to use is comparatively conventional, has saved the cost of electrical apparatus preparation, has improved the convenience of dismantling, maintenance, part replacement. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the position detection device for detecting the position information of the screw nut 504 on the screw 503 enables the automatic door opening device to accurately open and close the door, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the situation that the door cannot be closed or is not opened completely.
