In one embodiment, an electric hoist includes a main housing and a drive chain. The main chassis 100 is provided with a cleaning brush 300, the cleaning brush 300 is located at the edge of the chain passing hole 101, the cleaning brush 300 is extruded with the transmission chain 200, and the cleaning brush 300 and the transmission chain 200 rub against each other. In the present embodiment, the cleaning brush 300 and the driving chain 200 rub against each other along the moving direction of the driving chain 200. In this embodiment, the cleaning brush 300 extends toward the chain passing hole 101. In one embodiment, the main chassis 100 is a sheet metal formed structure.
In the electric hoist 10, the transmission chain 200 moves through the chain passing hole 101 of the main housing 100, the cleaning brush 300 is disposed at the edge of the chain passing hole 101, the cleaning brush 300 is pressed against the transmission chain 200, that is, the cleaning brush 300 and the transmission chain 200 are tightly attached, so that when the transmission chain 200 moves, the cleaning brush 300 and the transmission chain 200 rub against each other, the cleaning brush 300 can brush away foreign matters on the transmission chain 200, prevent the foreign matters from entering the chain passing hole 101 and the internal space of the main housing 100 along with the transmission chain 200, and the cleaning brush 300 and the transmission chain 200 are tightly attached, thereby preventing some foreign matters from being unwashed due to large gaps, and the cleaning brush 300 can clean up dust or moisture and the like on the transmission chain 200, thereby preventing the transmission chain 200 from being worn, preventing the transmission chain 200 from rusting, better protecting the transmission chain 200, and further preventing dust and removing cost from being low.
To facilitate the arrangement of the cleaning brush 300, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning brush 300 includes a fixing portion 310 and a bristle portion 320, the fixing portion 310 is disposed at an edge of the chain passing hole 101, one end of the bristle portion 320 is connected to the fixing portion 310, the bristle portion 320 is pressed against and rubbed with the driving chain 200, in this embodiment, the bristle portion 320 extends toward the chain passing hole 101, the bristle portion 320 is disposed at the edge of the chain passing hole 101 through the fixing portion 310, and the bristle portion 320 extends toward the chain passing hole 101. In this embodiment, the bristle portion 320 is closely attached to the driving chain 200.
In order to improve the dustproof effect of the cleaning brush 300, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bristle part 320 seals the chain through hole 101, the driving chain 200 penetrates through the bristle part 320 and enters the chain through hole 101, so that the bristle part 320 seals the chain through hole 101 and prevents foreign matters from entering the chain through hole 101, the driving chain 200 keeps squeezing and breaking the bristle part 320, and the bristle part 320 plays a role in dust prevention and dust removal.
In order to improve the cleaning effect on the transmission chain 200, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a plurality of cleaning brushes 300 are disposed at the edge of the chain passing hole 101, the plurality of cleaning brushes 300 include two opposite cleaning brushes 300, two fixing portions 310 of the two opposite cleaning brushes 300 are disposed oppositely, and two corresponding bristle portions 320 are disposed oppositely, the transmission chain 200 is located at a middle position between the two bristle portions 320, so that the bristle portions 320 are disposed on two opposite sides of the transmission chain 200 for squeezing and rubbing, and the transmission chain 200 can be cleaned more comprehensively.
In order to improve the sealing effect of the bristle parts 320 on the through-link hole 101 and the cleaning effect on the transmission chain 200, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, two bristle parts 320 of two opposite cleaning brushes 300 are at least partially overlapped, so that the two bristle parts 320 are overlapped, and the through-link hole 101 is completely sealed, while when the transmission chain 200 moves, the two bristle parts 320 have overlapped parts, so that the bristle parts 320 have more pressing friction parts with the transmission chain 200, and the cleaning effect on the transmission chain 200 is better.
In one embodiment, the fixing portion 310 is disposed at an inner edge of the aperture of the chain passing hole 101, so that the cleaning brush 300 is disposed in the chain passing hole 101, which not only improves the cleaning effect on the transmission chain 200, but also makes the electric hoist 10 compact.
In order to further enhance the cleaning effect on the transmission chain 200, in one embodiment, a plurality of cleaning brushes 300 are arranged on the inner wall of the chain through hole 101 along the moving direction of the transmission chain 200, and a plurality of fixing portions 310 of the plurality of cleaning brushes 300 are spaced along the moving direction of the transmission chain 200, so that a plurality of bristle portions 320 rub against the transmission chain 200 in the moving direction of the transmission chain 200, further enhancing the cleaning effect on the transmission chain 200.
In one embodiment, the width of the chain passing hole 101 is matched with the width of the driving chain 200, so that a large gap between the driving chain 200 and the inner wall of the chain passing hole 101 can be avoided, that is, the extension length of the bristle part 320 is small, and the bristle part 320 is prevented from being bent and folded too much when the driving chain 200 is pressed to affect the cleaning effect of the driving chain 200. In one embodiment, the bristle part 320 is a short brush. In one embodiment, the bristle portion 320 is a bristle brush. The bristle portion 320 thus has a high bending strength to ensure the cleaning of the drive chain 200. in this embodiment, the bristle brush is made of a non-metallic material, and therefore does not wear the drive chain 200.
In order to control the movement of the transmission chain 200, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the electric hoist 10 further includes a driving mechanism 400 and a transmission mechanism 500, the transmission mechanism 500 is disposed in the inner space of the main housing 100 and is in transmission connection with the transmission chain 200, at least a portion of the driving mechanism 400 is disposed in the inner space of the main housing 100 and is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism 500, the transmission mechanism 500 is driven by the driving mechanism 400, so that the transmission mechanism 500 drives the transmission chain 200 to move, and the movement speed of the transmission chain 200 can be controlled. In one embodiment, the transmission mechanism 500 includes a driving wheel, the driving mechanism 400 includes a driving motor, the driving motor is in driving connection with the driving wheel and is used for driving the driving wheel to rotate, and the transmission chain 200 is wound around the driving wheel. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the electric hoist 10 further includes a driven mechanism 600, and the transmission mechanism 600 is disposed in the inner space of the main housing 100 and is in transmission connection with the transmission chain 200, so that the transmission chain 200 can change direction around the inner space of the main housing 100 for multiple times. In one embodiment, the driven mechanism 600 includes a driven wheel, and the transmission chain 200 is wound around the driven wheel.
In order to maintain the transmission chain 200, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the electric hoist 10 further includes an oil receiving pan 700, the oil receiving pan 700 is disposed in the inner space of the main housing 100, the transmission chain 200 passes through the oil receiving pan 700, and the oil receiving pan 700 is used for oiling the transmission chain 200, so that the transmission chain 200 can be cleaned and oiled by the oil receiving pan 700 when the transmission chain 200 passes through the oil receiving pan 700, which is beneficial to preventing the transmission chain 200 from rusting or being worn, and improving the service life of the transmission chain 200.

The electric hoist as claimed in claim 3, wherein the edge of the chain passing hole is provided with a plurality of the cleaning brushes including two opposite cleaning brushes, two fixing portions of the two opposite cleaning brushes are oppositely disposed, and corresponding two bristle portions are oppositely disposed, and the transmission chain is located at an intermediate position between the two bristle portions.
5. Electric hoist according to claim 4, characterized in that the two bristle parts of two opposite cleaning brushes at least partly overlap.
6. The electric block of claim 2 or 4, wherein the fixing portion is provided at an inner edge of the orifice of the chain passing hole.

The electric hoist as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of cleaning brushes are disposed on an inner wall of the chain passing hole along a moving direction of the driving chain, and a plurality of fixing portions of the plurality of cleaning brushes are spaced apart along the moving direction of the driving chain.
8. The electric block of claim 4, wherein the width of the chain passing hole is adapted to the width of the transmission chain.
9. The electric hoist as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a driving mechanism and a transmission mechanism, wherein the transmission mechanism is disposed in the inner space of the main housing and is in chain transmission connection with the transmission chain, and at least a part of the driving mechanism is disposed in the inner space of the main housing and is in driving connection with the transmission mechanism.
10. The electric hoist as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an oil receiving pan provided in an inner space of the main housing, the transmission chain passing through the oil receiving pan, the oil receiving pan serving to oil the transmission chain.
