To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a hand-held tire hair trimmer comprising:
a handle 100;
a blade holder 200 connected to the handle 100;
a cutter 300 fixedly connected with one side of the cutter frame 200; and
the roller 400 is rotatably connected with the other side of the tool rest 200 and can be attached to a tire to be repaired in a rolling way;
the cutter 300 is provided with a cutter body 310, one surface of the cutter body 310 facing the tire is tangent to the outer circumferential surface of the roller 400, the side of the surface is provided with a cutting edge 311 pointing to the roller 400, and the cutting edge 311 is obliquely arranged in a direction away from the surface of the tire.
When the tire repair tool works, a worker holds the handle 100 by hand, the cutter 300 is enabled to approach to the rotating tire until the cutter body 310 and the roller 400 are attached to the tire, at the moment, the roller 400 rolls, the cutting edge 311 starts to cut the tire hair or rubber edges, if the tire slightly shakes, a certain pressure can be slightly applied to keep the cutter body 310, the roller 400 and the tire attached, the cutting edge 311 inclines to the attachment surface, the surface of the tire cannot be scratched all the time, and therefore the beard repair is smoothly completed. The distance between the cutting edge 311 and the tire can be limited by the adhesion of the cutter body 310, the roller 400 and the tire, and meanwhile, the cutting edge 311 is arranged obliquely to the adhesion surfaces of the cutter body and the roller, so that the condition that the tire surface is scratched due to misoperation of workers in the trimming process can be effectively avoided, the tire trimming effect is ensured, the appearance of the trimmed tire is consistent, and the production quality of the tire is effectively ensured.
Referring to fig. 5, the blade 311 is formed of a plurality of claw-shaped teeth, forming a rake-tooth structure. In the present embodiment, the inclination angle of the blade 311 (i.e. the angle between the claw-shaped cutter teeth and the surface of the cutter body 310 facing the tire) is 3-5 °. Thus, the amount of the cut tire bead or rubber edge remaining is small, and the blade 311 is prevented from scratching the tire surface.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the tool holder 200 includes a connecting block 210 and a protective cover 220 provided at one side of the connecting block 210; the cutter 300 is fixedly connected with the connecting block 210, and the roller 400 is rotatably connected with one end of the protective cover 220 far away from the cutter 300; the area between the blade 311 and the roller 400 is an active area of the shield 220. When the blade 311 cuts the bead or rubber edge of the tire, the cut and bounced bead or rubber edge can be intercepted by the shield 220. The protection cover 220 can effectively block the cut-off fetal hair or rubber edges during beard repairing, so that personal injury of workers caused by face bouncing is avoided.
In the present embodiment, the cutter body 310 is a rectangular frame cutter body. When repairing hair, one part of the cut-off tire hair or rubber edge can pass through the vacant area in the middle of the rectangular frame cutter body, and the other part is bounced up to enter the protective cover 220 to be blocked. The cutter body and the protection casing mating reaction of rectangle frame structure promptly not only can reduce the volume that is bounced by the child hair or the rubber limit of being cut off, can effectively block by partly child hair or the rubber limit of bounceing simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the connecting block 210 is provided with a dovetail-shaped slot 211 and a threaded hole 212 vertically communicated with the dovetail-shaped slot 211; the cutter body 310 is inserted into the dovetail insertion groove 211 through the dovetail insertion block 320 and then fixed to the connection block 210 through the screw hole 212 by a screw (not shown). The cutter 300 is fixed on the cutter frame 200 through screws in a plug-in fit mode, so that the disassembly is convenient, and the replacement of the cutter 300 is facilitated.
The hand-held tire shaver further comprises a telescopic adjusting rod 500, wherein one end of the telescopic adjusting rod 500 is hinged with the handle 100, and the other end of the telescopic adjusting rod 500 is hinged with the protective cover 220; the handle 100 is hinged to the connection block 210.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the handle 100 includes a sleeve 110, a first straight shaft segment 120, an arc shaft segment 130, a second straight shaft segment 140 and a hand-held segment 150, which are sequentially arranged, and a first tongue-shaped block 141 is arranged on the second straight shaft segment 140; referring to fig. 4, a first connecting member 213 is disposed on a surface of the connecting block 210 facing away from the cutter 300, and a second tongue-shaped block 221 is disposed on a back surface of the protective cover 220 flush with the connecting block 210; the sleeve 110 is hinged to the first connecting member 213, and both ends of the telescopic adjusting lever 500 are hinged to the first tongue block 141 and the second tongue block 221, respectively. In this way, the telescopic adjustment lever 500 can deflect the tool holder 200 about the sleeve 110 as a rotation center when extended or shortened, so that the angle of the tool 300 can be adjusted according to the operation habit of each worker. That is, the handle 100, the tool rest 200 and the telescopic adjusting rod 500 are connected through three hinge points to form a stable triangular structure, and the angle of the tool 300 can be adjusted by extending or shortening the telescopic adjusting rod 500, so that the operation habit of each worker is met, the worker can conveniently perform the hand-held operation, the comfort level during hand-holding is improved, the force application of the wrist is reduced, and the labor intensity of the worker is reduced.
Referring to fig. 7, the telescopic adjusting rod 500 includes a second connecting member 510, a first solenoid 520, a double-headed screw 530, a second solenoid 540, and a third connecting member 550, which are sequentially disposed; the second connector 510 is hinged to the first tongue block 141, and the third connector 550 is hinged to the second tongue block 221. When the telescopic adjusting rod is used, a worker clamps the hexagonal handle 531 arranged on the double-end screw 530 by using a wrench to rotate the double-end screw 530, so that the double-end screw 530 is screwed out or screwed into the first screw tube 520 and the second screw tube 540 respectively, the extension or the shortening of the telescopic adjusting rod 500 is realized, and the angle of the cutter 300 is adjusted.
The first connecting member 213, the second connecting member 510 and the third connecting member 550 are all in an H-shaped structure (i.e., they are composed of two symmetrical support blocks and a short shaft connected between the two support blocks, and the shape is similar to a U-shaped buckle); the middle part of the first tongue-shaped block 141 and the middle part of the second tongue-shaped block 221 are respectively provided with a through hole; the second connecting member 510 and the third connecting member 550 are rotatably connected to the corresponding through holes, respectively.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the technical solutions of the present invention, so long as the technical solutions can be realized on the basis of the above embodiments without creative efforts, which should be considered to fall within the protection scope of the patent of the present invention.
