8. An exercise machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection plate (11) and the base plate (1) are parallel to each other when the connection plate (11) is connected to the placement channel (22).
9. An exercise machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the height of the connecting plate (11) is greater than the height of the edge-binding plate (10).
10. An exercise machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the lower end of the support bar (9) is provided with a silicone layer.
