Two collision beads are arranged and are respectively arranged at two sides of the hanging opening 22, and adjacent collision beads are contacted; the collision bead is provided with a second groove 212, the second groove 212 is opposite to the upper cover plate 2, the second groove 212 is internally provided with a resetting piece 211, the resetting piece 211 is connected with the collision bead, and the collision bead is pressed to enable the resetting piece 211 to deform so that the collision bead is accommodated in the second groove 212; releasing the catch allows the reset member 211 to reset so that the catch is reset from the second recess 212, whereby the kitchen utensil is received in the hanging opening 22 by the catch and is clamped to the hanging opening 22 by the catch.

3. The kitchen utensil hanger according to claim 1, wherein the back plate has a cavity therein, a plurality of cases are provided in the cavity, and a drawer is provided on the case, by which the case is drawn out of the back plate.

The kitchen utensil hanger of claim 1, wherein the back plate has a mounting bracket on a back surface thereof, the mounting bracket having upper and lower buttons on top and bottom surfaces thereof, respectively, the upper and lower buttons being connected to the upper and lower cover plates, respectively.

5. A kitchen utensil hanger according to claim 4 wherein the upper or lower button is internally provided with a first recess in which a spring is disposed, depression of the upper/lower button deforming the spring to allow movement of the upper/lower button in the first recess.

6. A kitchen utensil hanger according to claim 4 in which the mounting bracket is detachable from the back plate.

7. A rack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper cover plate is provided with a plurality of second grooves, and adjacent second grooves are spaced apart from each other, and the adjacent second grooves are connected with a plurality of collision beads, and adjacent collision beads are in contact with each other.

8. A kitchen utensil hanger according to claim 7 wherein a return member is provided in said second recess, a latch being connected to said return member, pressing said latch deforming said return member to allow said latch to move in said second recess.
