Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
Fig. 1 illustrates an exploded view of a temperature limiter device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural view of a fryer apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the temperature limiter device 100 includes a bracket 101 and a temperature limiter 130.
The bracket 101 includes a first upright column 110 and a connecting member 120, the first upright column 110 is used for being connected with an inner side surface of the rack 510 of the device under test 500, one end of the connecting member 120 is connected with the first upright column 110, and the other end of the connecting member 120 is far away from the first upright column 110 along a first direction and extends. The connecting member 120 is provided with a first mounting hole 121, and the temperature limiter 130 is connected with the first mounting hole 121.
Through the arrangement of the connecting piece 120, the temperature limiter 130 can be prevented from being directly arranged on the first upright post 110, and the inconvenience in installation caused by the temperature limiter can be avoided.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first pillar 110 may be a pillar having any shape. The connection between the connecting member 120 and the first upright 110 may adopt any form of connection, for example: threaded connection or integral molding.
In the embodiment of the present application, the device under test 500 is any device that needs to be equipped with the temperature limiter 130. For example, it may be a cooker device, and it may be a fryer device.
In this embodiment of the application, the first upright 110 may be fixed in the frame 510 in any manner, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application. For example, the upper and lower ends of the first upright 110 are respectively fixedly connected with the upper and lower sides of the inner side of the frame 510; for example, the first upright 110 is fixedly connected to other parts inside the frame 510.
In one example, the first column 110 may be positioned proximate to a temperature limiting component of the temperature limiter 130 such that the temperature limiter 130 can be proximate to the temperature limiting component in a close proximity to accurately limit the temperature.
In one application scenario, the first vertical column 110 is disposed in the rack 510 of the device under test 500 near the rack opening 511, and the temperature limiter 130 needs to face the inside of the rack 510 to accurately measure the temperature value. Generally, the temperature limiter 130 needs to be installed on the side opposite to the rack opening 511, so when installing the equipment, the temperature limiter 130 needs to be installed on the inner side of the upright post, and the installation is very inconvenient.
By adopting the technical scheme, the temperature limiter 130 can be arranged on the connecting piece 120 connected with the first upright post 110, so that the temperature limiter 130 can be arranged on the connecting piece 120 from the outer side facing the rack opening 511, the temperature limiter 130 is convenient to install, and the internal structure of the fryer equipment is more compact.
In the embodiment of the present application, the shapes of the first upright 110 and the connecting member 120 are not limited.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first direction may refer to a direction toward the left or a direction toward the right of the first vertical column 110, so that the temperature limiter 130 and the first vertical column 110 may be located at a substantially flush position, and space occupied in front of and behind the first vertical column 110 is avoided. The other end of the connecting member 120 is disposed to extend away from the first pillar 110 in the first direction, so that the connecting member 120 is prevented from extending to the front side, thereby increasing the occupied space of the temperature limiter device 100.
The first mounting hole 121 of the connector 120 is disposed near the other end of the connector 120 so as to reduce the occupied space of the connector 120. The temperature limiter 130 is fixedly connected with the connecting member 120 through the first mounting hole 121.
In one embodiment, the temperature limiter 130 is provided with a mounting piece 133, the mounting piece 133 is provided with a second mounting hole 134, the second mounting hole 134 is arranged corresponding to the first mounting hole 121, and the temperature limiter 130 is connected with the first mounting hole 121 through the second mounting hole 134.
In one example, the mounting plate 133 of the temperature limiter 130 is disposed at a side of the temperature limiter 130, and after the mounting plate 133 is attached to the end of the connecting member 120, the first mounting hole 121 is aligned with the second mounting hole 134 to fix the temperature limiter 130. So that the side of the temperature limiter 130 is connected to the other end of the connecting member 120, and the temperature sensing part 131 of the temperature limiter 130 can face the inside of the frame 510.
In one embodiment, the connecting member 120 is a plate-shaped connecting member 120, and the plate surface of the plate-shaped connecting member 120 is attached to the first pillar 110. The contact area of the connecting member 120 and the first upright 110 can be increased, so that the fixation is more stable. Meanwhile, when the connecting member 120 is fixedly connected to the mounting piece 133 of the temperature limiter 130, the temperature limiter 130 can be more stably fixed.
In one embodiment, one end of the connecting member 120 is connected to a side of the first upright 110 facing the inner side of the rack 510 of the device under test 500, and a temperature controller 160 is disposed on a side of the first upright 110 facing away from the inner side of the rack 510 of the device under test 500. The temperature defined by the temperature limiter 130 may be controlled by a knob 161.
In an embodiment, the testing apparatus further includes a mounting plate 140, a first side of the mounting plate 140 is connected to the first vertical column 110, a second side of the mounting plate 140 extends away from the first vertical column 110 along the second direction, and the temperature controller 160 is connected to a side end surface of the mounting plate 140, which is away from the inner side surface of the rack 510 of the device 500 to be tested. Wherein the second direction is parallel and opposite to the first direction, and the first side of the mounting plate 140 is disposed opposite to the second side of the mounting plate 140.
In one embodiment, a second upright 150 is provided corresponding to the first upright 110, and a second side of the mounting plate 140 is connected to the second upright 150; the mounting plate 140 further includes a third side and a fourth side disposed opposite to each other, and the third side and the fourth side of the mounting plate 140 are respectively connected to a transverse plate. Wherein, the extending direction of the cross plate is opposite to the extending direction of the first upright post 110 and the second upright post 150.
In one example, the first and second sides of the mounting plate 140 may refer to the left and right sides of the mounting plate 140, respectively. The third and fourth sides of the mounting plate 140 may refer to the upper and lower sides of the mounting plate 140, respectively.
In one embodiment, the temperature sensing portion 131 of the temperature limiter 130 faces the inner side of the rack 510 of the dut 500, and the connection terminal 132 of the temperature limiter 130 faces away from the inner side of the rack 510 of the dut 500.
In one example, the mounting plate 140 is provided with a third mounting hole 142 for fixing the thermostat 160 and a wire winding hole 143 for passing an electric wire therethrough. The electric wire connected to the thermostat 160 is electrically connected to the connection terminal 132 of the temperature limiter 130 after passing through the wire hole 143. The electric wires can be stably erected, and the situation that the electric wires are easy to sink when the electric wires are directly connected to the temperature limiter 130 from the temperature controller 160 is avoided, so that the stability of the temperature limiter 130 or the temperature controller 160 is further influenced.
In one embodiment, mounting tabs 133 are disposed on the sides of the temperature limiter 130 and extend toward the first upright 110.
In one example, the mounting plate 140, the first upright 110, the second upright 150, and the cross plate are integrally formed. The horizontal plate is provided with a fourth mounting hole 141 for fixing the horizontal plate in the frame 510.
In one example, the mounting plate 140, the first upright 110, the second upright 150, the cross plate, and the connector 120 may be integrally formed.
