Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the novel rubber glove 100 of the present embodiment can be used in protective equipment or laboratories commonly used in medical fields.
It should be understood that when the patient who contacts a special infectious disease patient or who contacts an infectious disease patient who is transmitted through air, spray or the like may be splashed by blood, body fluids, secretions, excretions of the patient, the worker wears protective clothing and wears rubber gloves for protection. Wherein, the rubber glove can be the novel rubber glove 100 provided by the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the novel rubber glove 100 provided in the present embodiment includes a glove body 110 and an adhesive tape 120, wherein the glove body 110 is used for protecting hands of a worker, and the adhesive tape 120 is used for bundling and fixing the glove body 110 and a protective clothing.
The glove body 110 comprises a hand portion 111 and a wrist portion 112 which are connected in sequence, the hand portion 111 mainly protects the area from fingers to wrist joints of an opponent, and one end, far away from the hand portion 111, of the wrist portion 112 is provided with a wrist opening 112a, so that a worker can conveniently put the hand into the glove body 110 to wear the glove.
Further, the glove body 110 is made of rubber.
The adhesive tape 120 is disposed at the wrist opening 112a of the wrist portion 112 of the glove body 110, and the length of the adhesive tape 120 is greater than or equal to the circumference of the wrist opening 112a, so as to ensure that the adhesive tape 120 can be bundled and fixed around the wrist opening 112a for connecting the glove body 110 with protective clothing worn by workers, and the adhesive tape 120 is made of elastic or flexible material, has certain elasticity, and can adapt to arms of different sizes after being bundled, so as to improve the comfort after being bundled.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the adhesive tape 120 includes a substrate layer 123 and an adhesive layer 121 disposed on a side surface of the substrate layer 123. Thus, the surface of the substrate layer 123 facing away from the adhesive layer 121 is defined as a non-adhesive surface, and the surface of the substrate layer 123 on which the adhesive layer 121 is provided is defined as an adhesive surface.
Optionally, the substrate layer 123 is an elastic plastic film or a flexible paper material. The adhesive layer 121 is a double-sided adhesive or a layer of non-setting adhesive coated on the substrate layer 123.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, further, the substrate layer 123 is connected to the glove body 110, specifically, the middle of the substrate layer 123 is connected to a local area of the glove body 110, and a connection portion 113 is formed at the connection portion, two ends of the substrate layer 123 along the length direction are free ends, and the non-adhesive surface of the substrate layer 123 faces away from the glove body 110. In use of the adhesive strip 120, the two free ends of the substrate layer 123 may be folded together to achieve a secure bundling.
The lengths from the connecting portion 113 of the substrate layer 123 to the two ends may be equal or unequal.
In some embodiments, the connection of the substrate layer 123 and the glove body 110 is located on the palm surface 111a of the glove body 110 or on the back hand surface 111b of the glove body 110. As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the connection position between the substrate layer 123 and the glove body 110 is selected to be located on the back surface 111b of the glove body 110, which facilitates the operation and wearing operation.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, further, a first adhesive region 120a, a tearing region 120b and a second adhesive region 120c are sequentially formed on the adhesive surface of the substrate layer 123 along the width direction of the adhesive tape 120, that is, the tearing region 120b is located between the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120 c. The wrist opening 112a is located at the first adhesive area 120a, and the tearing area 120b and the second adhesive area 120c are both located at a side of the wrist opening 112a away from the wrist portion 112, it can be understood that, after the novel rubber glove is worn, the tearing area 120b and the second adhesive area 120c are located at the proximal end of the glove body 110, that is, at an end close to the heart of the human body. Further, tear region 120b is proximate wrist opening 112 a. First adhesive region 120a and second adhesive region 120c can be separated by tearing along tear region 120b, and second adhesive region 120c can also be folded over relative to tear region 120 b.
The widths of the first bonding area 120a and the second bonding area 120c are the same or different, and it is ensured that after the glove is worn, the first bonding area 120a can be bonded to the glove body 110, the second bonding area 120c can be bonded to the protective clothing, and meanwhile, when two free ends of the substrate layer 123 are laminated, the first bonding areas 120a at two ends of the substrate layer 123 are aligned with each other, and the second bonding areas 120c at two ends of the substrate layer 123 are aligned with each other, so that the first bonding area 120a and the second bonding area 120c can be smoothly separated.
It can be understood that, in the novel rubber glove 100 provided by the present embodiment, after being worn, the first adhesive region 120a adheres to the glove body 110, and the second adhesive region 120c adheres to the protective clothing. Therefore, after use, the glove body 110 needs to be removed by removing the entire bundled and fixed adhesive tape 120 or breaking and removing the adhesive tape. Furthermore, considering that the adhesive tape 120 may tear the protective clothing due to adhesion when being removed entirely, thereby risking infection, the glove body 110 and the protective clothing are disconnected by breaking the adhesive tape 120, so that the glove body 110 is detached.
Specifically, the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120c can be torn and separated along the tearing region 120b by tearing the first adhesive region 120a on the adhesive tape 120, so that the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120c are disconnected, the first adhesive region 120a can be separated from the glove body 110, and the second adhesive region 120c can be continuously attached to the protective clothing, thereby preventing the protective clothing from being torn by tearing the adhesive tape 120, and improving the safety of use.
Further, in order to achieve the function of tearing and separating the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120c along the tearing region 120b, the design of the adhesive tape 120 can be selected in any one or combination of the following ways:
the first method is as follows: tear region 120b is made to have a hardness greater than the hardness of first and second adhesive regions 120a and 120 c.
It will be appreciated that first and second adhesive regions 120a and 120c are significantly weaker in tensile strength than tear region 120b due to the difference in stiffness. Therefore, when the first adhesive region 120a or the second adhesive region 120c is torn, the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120c are easily separated along the tearing region 120b, and the tearing is achieved.
Specifically, the purpose of increasing the hardness can be achieved by increasing the thickness of base material layer 123 of tear region 120b, or by using materials of different hardness.
The second method comprises the following steps: tear region 120b is made to have a hardness less than the hardness of first and second adhesive regions 120a and 120 c.
It will be appreciated that first adhesive region 120a and second adhesive region 120c are significantly more tensile than tear region 120b due to the difference in stiffness. Therefore, the tearing region 120b is firstly damaged during tearing, so that the first and second adhesive regions 120a and 120c are more easily separated along the tearing region 120b, thereby achieving the purpose of tearing.
Specifically, the thickness of base material layer 123 in tear region 120b may be reduced to reduce the hardness, or materials having different hardness may be used.
The third method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 1, at least one end of substrate layer 123 of adhesive tape 120 is provided with tear notch 120d corresponding to tear region 120b, and it is ensured that the end having tear notch 120d is exposed to the outside for easy tearing in use.
The tearing opening 120d may be designed as a V-shaped notch, so that stress is concentrated at an apex of the V-shaped notch, and when tearing, the tearing area 120b starts to tear along the apex where the stress is concentrated, and then the first adhesive area 120a and the second adhesive area 120c are separated along the length direction of the tearing area 120b, so as to achieve the purpose of tearing.
The method is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, base material layer 123 of adhesive tape 120 is provided with a cut line 120e of a dot-and-break type along the longitudinal direction corresponding to tear region 120 b.
Therefore, the strength of the substrate layer 123 at the position of the cut line 120e in the dot-and-break manner is weaker than that of the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120c, and when the adhesive tape 120 is torn, the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120c are separated along the cut line position, thereby achieving the purpose of tearing.
The fifth mode is as follows: as shown in fig. 3, tear tape 122 is embedded between substrate layer 123 and adhesive layer 121 of adhesive tape 120, tear tape 122 is located in tear region 120b, and both ends of tear tape 122 extend in the longitudinal direction of tear region 120 b. Thus, by pulling the tearing tape 122, the tearing region 120b is broken, and the first bonding region 120a and the second bonding region 120c can be separated along the tearing region, thereby achieving the purpose of tearing.
In the fifth mode, the hardness and strength of the material of the tearing strip 122 are greater than those of the substrate layer 123, so that the tearing strip 122 is prevented from being broken, and the tearing area 120b is ensured to be torn smoothly.
Further, the length of the tearing strip 122 is greater than the length of the adhesive tape 120, so that at least one end of the tearing strip 122 is exposed out of the adhesive tape 120, thereby facilitating the tearing operation by being held and pinched by hand.
Optionally, both ends of the tear strip 122 extend beyond the adhesive strip 120 to facilitate the tearing operation.
Optionally, the tearing strip 122 is made of a metal strip, a plastic strip, a wire or a rope, etc. It should be understood that the foregoing is illustrative only and is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in the embodiment, when not in use, the adhesive surface of the substrate layer 123 is covered with the removable release paper 124, and the adhesive surface is exposed for use by removing the release paper 124. It can be understood that when not in use, the release paper 124 covers the adhesive surface, so that the adhesive surface is prevented from losing efficacy, and the use is more convenient.
Further, the release paper 124 includes a first paper segment and a second paper segment disposed along the length direction of the adhesive tape 120, the first paper segment and the second paper segment meet at the connection portion 113 formed by the base material layer 123, and the first paper segment and the second paper segment are separately removable for the worker's operation.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 6, in combination with the above, the wearing method of the novel rubber glove 100 provided in this embodiment is as follows:
firstly, the glove body 110 is put on, and the lowest part of the protective clothing sleeves is pricked into the glove body 110, so that the glove body 110 is well matched with the protective clothing worn.
In the second step, the first paper segment on the adhesive tape 120 is removed, and then the adhesive tape 120 with the first paper segment removed is respectively attached to the glove body 110 and the protective clothing along the circumference of the wrist opening 112a of the glove body 110, so that the first adhesive area 120a of the section of the adhesive tape 120 is adhered to the glove body 110, and the second adhesive area 120c is adhered to the protective clothing.
And a third step of removing the second paper segment on the adhesive tape 120, and simultaneously attaching the adhesive tape 120 with the second paper segment removed to the glove body 110 and the protective clothing along the circumferential direction of the wrist opening 112a of the glove body 110, and also bonding the first adhesive region 120a of the segment of the adhesive tape 120 to the glove body 110 and bonding the second adhesive region 120c to the protective clothing, while ensuring that the end of the adhesive tape 120 is butted or overlapped with the adhesive tape 120 which has been bonded in the second step.
The novel rubber glove 100 provided by the embodiment is convenient to wear and can be independently completed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, after the novel rubber glove 100 is worn, the adhesive tape 120 which is well adhered can be pressed by hands along the circumferential direction, so that the adhesive tape 120 is more tightly adhered to the glove body 110 and the protective clothing, and further germs are prevented from entering.
In addition, in the operation process, the glove body 110 is not easy to slip and curl, and the sleeves of the protective clothing are limited to run upwards, so that the protective performance and the safety are improved, and the infection risk is reduced.
When the novel rubber glove 100 provided by the embodiment needs to be taken off, the adhesive tape 120 is torn by tearing the exposed end of the adhesive tape 120, specifically, the adhesive tape 120 is torn along the end of the first adhesive region 120a, at this time, the first adhesive region 120a and the second adhesive region 120c are torn and separated along the tearing region 120b, and then the glove body 110 is connected with the protective clothing in a contact manner. Therefore, the first adhesive region 120a will be detached with the glove body 110, and the second adhesive region 120c will remain on the protective garment and be disposed with the protective garment. The protective clothing is simple to wear and more convenient to replace, the working efficiency is improved, the protective clothing can be prevented from being torn when the glove body 110 is taken off, the use safety is greatly improved, and the infection risk is reduced.
