After the filter screen runs for a certain time, the controller controls the fan to rotate reversely to blow off dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter screen, and the effects of self-cleaning and prolonging the replacement time of the filter screen are achieved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a control cubicle is proposed based on a ventilation and dust-proof device for an outdoor control cubicle, as shown in fig. 15, an air inlet device can be respectively arranged on two sides of the cubicle body, and the positions are one higher and one lower. An air outlet device 4 is arranged under the rain-proof cover at the top of the cabinet body. The controller 1 is installed in the cabinet and connected with the fan 30 through a cable. When the heat dissipation needs to be carried out quickly, the two fans 30 can work simultaneously to suck clean air filtered by the primary filter cotton 37 and the HEPA high-efficiency filter screen 34, the air pressure in the cabinet rises due to the sucked air, the one-way valve 41 in the air outlet device is pushed to be opened, and the heat in the cabinet is taken away outside the air exhaust cabinet. The slight positive pressure in the cabinet can prevent dust from entering from other gaps of the cabinet body. When the heat dissipation requirement is slow, the controller 1 controls the two fans 30 to alternately operate or stop according to the temperature in the cabinet. When the air conditioner runs for a certain time, the controller 1 controls one fan 30 to suck air, the other fan 30 reversely discharges air, and the high-efficiency filter screen and the primary filter cotton 37 outside the reverse fan 30 are reversely cleaned. After the filter screen of one side is accomplished cleanly, the equal reverse operation of two fans of controller control, the filter screen of clean other one side. The back flushing cleaning can prolong the service life of the primary filter cotton and the HEPA high-efficiency filter screen and reduce the replacement times.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, two air inlet devices can be disposed on two sides of the cabinet, one high and one low, and the controller is installed in the cabinet and connected to the fan 30 through a cable. In operation, the controller 1 controls one fan 30 to draw air and the other fan 30 to discharge air. After a period of time, the controller 1 controls the two fans 30 to change the running direction. Thus, the dust collector can always suck air one by one and discharge air one by one, and the dust adsorbed on the filter screen during air suction can be blown off during air discharge. Therefore, the dust adsorption quantity on the filter screen can be obviously reduced, and the service life of the filter screen is prolonged.
Specifically, the start and stop of the two fans 30 can be realized by controlling the start and stop technology of the fans according to the temperature and humidity conditions in the prior art, and the turning time of the fans is directly realized by setting time.
