As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the chassis 100 is substantially rectangular, the chassis 100 is provided with an insertion slot 121, one end of the limiting member 300 is inserted into the insertion slot 121, and the other end is connected to the motor frame 200. Therefore, the limiting member 300 can pull the motor rack 200 at the rear side of the motor rack 200 to prevent the motor rack 200 from tilting forwards, that is, to limit the motor rack 200 from tilting backwards from the slot 121.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the chassis 100 includes a base plate 110 and a boss 120 protruding from a surface of the base plate 110, the boss 120 has a top surface for supporting the motor frame 200 and a side surface for connecting the top surface and the surface of the base plate 110, and the slot 121 is opened in the side surface of the boss 120. The slot 121 is formed in the side surface of the boss 120, so that the limiting member 300 can better hook the upper edge of the slot 121, and a limiting effect is achieved. In an alternative embodiment, the bottom plate 110 includes at least two bosses 120 arranged at intervals along a predetermined direction (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow ab in the drawing), the at least two bosses 120 support the motor frame 200 together, a slot 121 is formed on the same side of each boss 120, the slot 121 extends to an end of the boss 120 to which the slot 121 belongs, the end being close to the adjacent boss 120, and each slot 121 receives a portion of the limiting member 300 (specifically, the inserting portion 310) respectively. Alternatively, the boss 120 may be stamped and formed on the base plate 110, with a void beneath the boss 120. Therefore, the plurality of bosses 120 are used to support the motor frame 200, which is more beneficial to the overall strength of the chassis 100 than a larger boss 120. In the embodiment, the insertion slot 121 extends to one end of the boss 120 that is close to the adjacent boss 120, that is, the insertion slot 121 extends to one side of the boss 120 opposite to the boss 120, so that one limiting member 300 can be simultaneously inserted into a plurality of insertion slots 121. Because the slot 121 is disposed at the side of the boss 120, the insertion part 310 is laterally inserted into the chassis 100, and the connection part 320 extends upward and is connected to the motor frame 200, so that the connection part 320 and the insertion part 310 form an included angle, and can better hook the slot 121 at the side of the boss 120.
In an alternative embodiment, the limiting member 300 is integrally formed with the motor mount 200. The stopper 300 is integrally formed with the motor frame 200, and the overall stability can be improved. Alternatively, the limiting member 300 may be formed by bending a metal plate on the limiting member 300. In other alternative embodiments, the limiting member 300 may also be connected to the motor frame 200 by a fastener, or connected to the motor frame 200 by bonding or welding.
It should be understood that in alternative embodiments, the shape of the limiting member 300 may not be two connected plates, but may also be a strip structure with a hook, and the hook is inserted into the slot 121 as the insertion portion 310.
FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of detail IX of FIG. 1; fig. 10 is an enlarged view of a portion X in fig. 2. Fig. 9 and 10 show the fitting of the mounting plate 220, the boss 120 and the stopper 300 when the motor mount 200 is placed in the mounting position (without the fastener installed). Referring to fig. 9 and 10 in conjunction with the above figures, after the motor mount 200 is pre-assembled in place, the mounting plate 220 abuts the surface of the boss 120. Specifically, the first plate 221 is attached to the top surfaces of the two bosses 120, and the second plate 223 is attached to the side surface of the same side of the two bosses 120, as shown in fig. 9. The engaging slots 222 of the first plate 221 are engaged with the limiting fasteners 123 on the top surface of the boss 120, and the engaging holes 224 of the second plate 223 are in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting holes 122 on the side surface of the boss 120. Note that the side of the boss 120 abutted by the second plate body 223 is the side of the boss 120 opposite to the insertion groove 121, that is, the side facing the front side.
Meanwhile, the inserting portion 310 of the limiting member 300 is inserted into the inserting groove 121, as shown in fig. 10. Because the inserting part 310 and the connecting part 320 form a certain included angle, and the slot 121 is opened on the side surface of the boss 120, the inserting part 310 of the limiting part 300 can better hook the upper edge of the slot 121, so that the limiting effect is achieved, and the whole motor frame 200 is prevented from toppling forwards.
In the process of placing the motor frame 200 at the installation position, the motor frame 200 may be firstly tilted backward slightly, so that the insertion portion 310 of the limiting member 300 is inserted into the insertion slot 121, and then the motor frame 200 is rotated forward to be erected, so that the clamping slot 222 is matched with the limiting buckle 123 on the boss 120. After the motor mount 200 is placed in the mounting position, the bolts can be installed in the mounting holes 122 and the fitting holes 224.
In an alternative embodiment, the included angle between the connection portion 320 and the insertion portion 310 is 95-105 °, for example, 95 °, 100 °, and 105 °. The angle needs to be set within a reasonable range, and if the angle is too small, the installation of the motor frame 200 is not facilitated; however, the angle is too large, so that the motor frame 200 is easily toppled forward to cause the insertion part 310 to be separated from the slot 121, and the anti-toppling effect is poor.
In the embodiment of the present application, the rack main body 210 is connected to the edge of the mounting plate 220, so that the motor rack 200 is L-shaped, and the distance between the connection position of the mounting plate 220 and the rack main body 210 and the foremost end of the inserting part 310 is greater than 12mm, which is more favorable for improving the installation effect of the motor rack 200.
In the present embodiment, the inserting portion 310 is plate-shaped, the slot 121 is strip-shaped, and in a thickness direction (substantially a height direction in the present embodiment, i.e. a direction indicated by an arrow ef) of the inserting portion 310, a width of the slot 121 is 3 to 6 times of the thickness of the inserting portion 310. It will be appreciated that the width of the slot 121 is too small, which may cause inconvenience in installation, and if the width of the slot 121 is too large, the falling prevention capability of the stopper 300 may be reduced. Therefore, the width of the slot 121 is set to be 3-6 times of the thickness of the insertion part 310, so that the installation efficiency is improved, and the good anti-toppling capability is ensured.
The air conditioner outer unit (not shown in the figure) that this application embodiment provided includes the motor frame mounting structure 010 that this application above-mentioned embodiment provided. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner may further include other necessary components for performing the air conditioning function, such as an external fan, a casing, a compressor, and the like.
In summary, the limiting member 300 is disposed in the motor frame mounting structure 010 of the embodiment of the present application, one end of the limiting member 300 is inserted into the chassis 100, and the other end is connected to the motor frame 200. When an installer installs the motor frame 200 on the chassis 100, the limiting member 300 is located on the back side of the motor frame 200 relative to the installer, so that the limiting member 300 can pull the motor frame 200 on the back side of the motor frame 200, so that the motor frame 200 cannot topple forward, and the installer is protected from being scratched or bruised due to toppling of the motor frame 200.
