The wet film humidifying device 20 is installed outside the back of the pack frame 10. The wet film humidifying device 20 includes a wet film 21, a water tank 22 for supplying water to the wet film 21, and a water pump (not shown) for delivering the water in the water tank 22 to the wet film 21. The wet film 21 is fixed to the rear side of the upper chamber back plate 122, and the water tank 22 is fixed to the rear side of the lower chamber back plate 112. A humidifying water inlet electromagnetic valve 23 and a draining electric ball valve 24 are respectively arranged on pipelines led out from the water tank 22, the humidifying water inlet electromagnetic valve 23 is opened to supply water into the water tank 22 from the outside, and the draining electric ball valve 24 is opened to discharge the water in the water tank 22 to the outside. The wet film 21 is fixed on the rear side of the upper chamber back plate 122 by the top fixing screw 25. When the wet film humidifying device 20 works, the air is cooled through the wet film 21 and then is cooled through the evaporator 40, so that lower air supply temperature can be achieved, and higher refrigerating capacity is obtained.
The electric control box of the air conditioner is divided into a strong current control box 90 and a weak current control box 100. The strong electric control box 90 is installed inside the lower chamber side plate 13 of the unit. The strong current control box 90 is in the form of an inclined boss, so that wiring and maintenance are more convenient. The weak current control box 100 is installed on the inner side of the lower cavity front plate 111 (door panel), and can be installed and maintained by opening the door panel, so that the operation is convenient and fast.
It should be noted that the evaporator 40 may adopt various derivative structural forms such as circular arc, U or V shape, and the windward area may be increased in the same limited installation space, and the evaporator form may be further flexibly set, which is beneficial to the convenience of processing in different processes.
Different from the embodiment shown in the figure, the fan 60 can be changed into 2 or more than 2 fans with smaller size, or can be upgraded into an EC centrifugal fan with larger air volume, so that the different cooling capacity requirements of the market can be met.
In addition, the heater 50 can customize the PTC heating amount and the wet film humidifying amount, so as to achieve different control effects, thereby meeting different customized requirements of the market.
The air conditioner has three operation modes of single cooling, electric heating and humidifying, which are respectively explained as follows:
in the single cooling mode of operation, after the air conditioner is turned on, ambient air enters the airflow path of the unit frame 10 under the suction of the fan 60. In the electric heating operation mode, after the air conditioner is turned on, ambient air enters the airflow path of the unit frame 10 under the driving of the suction force of the fan 60. Specifically, the air passes through the evaporator screen 70 from the wet film 21 and the rear mesh 1221, the both side meshes 1231, the upper opening 1241 to filter the air impurities, and then enters the evaporator 40. The air passes through the heater 50 and the support structure thereof, the heater 50 is started to heat the air, and the air is sent out of the unit frame 10 from the air outlet side after passing through the fan 60 and the fan guard net, so that the purpose of heating the air is achieved.
In the humidifying operation mode, after the air conditioner is started, the water pump sends the water stored in the water tank 22 to the water distributor, and the water distributor discharges water to wet the wet film 21. Under the driving of the suction force of the fan 60, part of the ambient air obtains certain water vapor through the wet film 21 fully distributed with the circulating water and passes through the rear mesh 1221; the rest air passes through the evaporator filter screen 70 through the meshes 1231 on the two sides and the upper opening 1241 to filter air impurities, then passes through the evaporator 40 and the heater 50, passes through the fan 60 and is sent out of the unit frame 10 from the air outlet side, and the purpose of air humidification is achieved.
During the three modes, the fan 60 adjusts the rotating speed according to the difference between the set temperature and the indoor environment temperature, if the indoor environment temperature is too high and has a large difference with the set temperature, the fan 60 increases the rotating speed, and the air volume increases along with the increase of the rotating speed of the fan, so that the heat exchange quantity of the evaporator is increased, the rate of reducing the indoor environment temperature is higher, and a high-efficiency and quick refrigeration process is achieved. Similarly, when the indoor environment is too low, a rapid heating process can be achieved. Air can enter the inside of the unit frame from the side meshes, the rear meshes and the top openings, and larger air volume can be obtained.
In summary, the air conditioner with the wet film humidifying device of the present invention has at least the following advantages:
