Referring to fig. 1 to 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a portable fan 10 is provided, including a base 12, a support rod 14 disposed on the base 12, and a fan 16 disposed on the support rod 14, where the fan 16 includes a casing 160 for accommodating fan blades, a motor 18 is disposed at a rear end of the casing 160, a plurality of LED lamp beads 162 (specifically shown in fig. 2) are disposed at a front end of the casing 160, and a transparent lampshade 20 covers the plurality of LED lamp beads 162; a controller (not shown) connected with the rotor of the motor 18 and the plurality of LED lamp beads 162 is arranged in the base 12; the bottom surface 120 of the base 12 is provided with a hook mechanism 22, and the hook mechanism 22 includes a connecting portion 220 rotatably connected to the bottom surface 120 of the base 12 and an at least partially arc-shaped extending portion 222 extending from the connecting portion 220.
