A height adjustable sliding door sash according to claim 1 or 3 wherein the arrangement interval of at least two said first compression springs (7) between two said first mounting grooves is the same as the arrangement interval of at least two said second compression springs (8) between two said second mounting grooves.

A height adjustable sliding door sash according to claim 1 wherein sliding groove tracks matching with said upper and lower outer frames (1, 4) are respectively provided on the upper and lower sides of the sash frame, and grooved wheels (9) matching with said sliding groove tracks are respectively provided on said upper and lower outer frames (1, 4).
