After water overflows from the water seal space, the water outlets of the conventional floor drain can collect left and right drainage, and by adopting the water seal floor drain structure, the left and right water can be prevented from colliding with each other when collecting the water outlets by arranging the water blocking part, so that potential energy is offset, drainage potential energy is reduced, and drainage efficiency is reduced;
by adopting the structure of the utility model, under the condition of the horizontal water seal structure, the drainage efficiency of the floor drain body is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the floor drain box 1 includes an inner sleeve 4 and an outer sleeve 5 disposed at the periphery of the inner sleeve 4; the water retaining part 3 comprises a water retaining plate 6, one end of the water retaining plate 6 is connected with the inner sleeve 4, and the other end of the water retaining plate extends towards the water outlet pipe 2; the water outlet pipe 2 is connected with an outer sleeve 5.
Preferably, the water deflector 6 is of unitary construction with the inner sleeve 5 for security.
Referring to fig. 5, the water deflector 6 is preferably located at a middle position of the outlet pipe 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the present embodiment is based on the above embodiment, and a conical body 7 is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the inner sleeve 4.
The bottom of the floor drain box is provided with the conical body, water flowing into the floor drain box contacts the bottom, the resistance of the rock water directly impacting the bottom is reduced through the radian of the conical body, the potential energy of the water falling into the bottom of the floor drain is increased, and therefore the drainage efficiency of the floor drain is improved.
Preferably, the outer sleeve 5, the inner sleeve 4 and the water outlet pipe 2 are of an integral structure in order to reduce the assembling link and the firmness of use.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the cross-section of the bottom surface of the outer sleeve 5 is a bevel 11, and the bottom end of the bevel 11 is connected with the outer wall of the inner sleeve 4.
The bottom surface of the outer sleeve is an inclined plane, a slope is formed on the edge of the bottom of the floor drain box, and after water overflows from the middle structure of the bottom box, the drainage efficiency is accelerated by the local slope, so that the drainage efficiency of the floor drain box is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 5 and 6, the bottom surface of the outer sleeve 5 is also a spiral surface 12, which is connected with the outer wall of the inner sleeve 4 in the form of a spiral surface 12, and the spiral surface 12 is also in a shape of high periphery and low middle; a water outlet pipe 2 is arranged at one side corresponding to the bottom end of the spiral surface 12.
This application sets up spiral slope structure through the limit portion in floor drain box bottom, has increased the potential energy of water logging floor drain box, has improved drainage efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the spiral surfaces 12 on both sides of the water outlet pipe 2 are symmetrically arranged, that is, the spiral surfaces 12 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the water outlet pipe 2. The uniformity of water flow on two sides of the water outlet pipe is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, for the sealing reliability, a floor drain water inlet pipe 8 is arranged on the floor drain box 1; a silica gel sealing ring 9 is arranged between the floor drain box 1 and the floor drain water inlet pipe 8; a gasket 10 is arranged between the floor drain water inlet pipe 8 and the silica gel sealing ring 9. The cross section of the silica gel sealing ring 9 is U-shaped.
