The spacer 310 is disposed between the two packaging devices 100. The outer packaging layer 150 has a receiving space 151, the partition 310 and the two packaging devices 100 are received in the receiving space 151, and the outer packaging layer 150 may be a carton, a wooden box, or the like. The packaging machine can realize layered packaging of products, so that the packaging is more compact, and the length, width and height ratio of the products is more reasonable.
The applicant has found that the use of full-coverage packaging results in excessive use and waste of packaging material when packaging products, particularly when packaging longer products. To solve this problem, in the embodiment, the two packaging devices 100 of the packaging system 300 respectively fix and package one end of the product, the partition 310 is disposed between the two packaging devices 100, and the two opposite ends respectively abut against the product contained in the two packaging devices 100, so as to reduce the packaging material, and the partition 310 can also enhance the bearing capacity of the package.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the packaging apparatus 100 includes a package body 110. The package body 110 is provided with a first receiving groove 111 and a second receiving groove 113 in sequence along the height direction of the package body 110. The first receiving groove 111 is used for receiving the first object 500, and the second receiving groove 113 is used for receiving the second object 700. The first receiving groove 111 and the second receiving groove 113 communicate. The projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 is at least partially overlapped with the projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110.
It should be noted that, at least a portion of a projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 is coincident with a projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110, which means that the first receiving groove 111 is at least partially recessed in the bottom wall 117 of the second receiving groove 113. The size and shape of the first receiving groove 111 and the second receiving groove 113 may be designed according to the size, shape and transportation and storage requirements of the actual first object to be packaged and the second object to be packaged 700, as long as they are matched with the shape of the first object to be packaged 500 and the second object to be packaged 700. The first packaged object 500 and the second packaged object 700 may be the whole body of the product in the fields of fitness equipment, digital products, living goods, medical appliances, industrial goods, art works and the like, or parts and the like thereof, in particular to fitness equipment with dispersed parts, such as a treadmill and some multifunctional fitness equipment.
In other embodiments of the present application, the packaging apparatus 100 includes a packaging body 110, and the packaging body 110 is provided with a first receiving groove 111 and a second receiving groove 113 in sequence along a height direction of the packaging body 110. The first receiving groove 111 is used for receiving the first object 500, the second receiving groove 113 is used for receiving the second object 700, the first receiving groove 111 is communicated with the second receiving groove 113, and a projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 is completely overlapped with a projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110. The projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 completely coincides with the projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110, it can be understood that the contour size and shape of the first receiving groove 111 and the second receiving groove 113 are the same, in order to realize that the first receiving groove 111 receives the first object to be packaged 500, the second receiving groove 113 receives the second object to be packaged 700, a protrusion may be disposed on the side wall of the first receiving groove 111 and/or the second receiving groove 113, the top wall 115 of the protrusion forms the bottom wall 117 of the second receiving groove 113 for receiving and supporting the second object to be packaged 700, the bottom wall 117 of the first receiving groove 111 is used for supporting the first object to be packaged 500, thereby realizing the layered packaging effect, and making the packaging more compact.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the second receiving groove 113 includes a second bottom wall 126 and a second side wall 127, the second bottom wall 126 is connected to the second side wall 127, and the second bottom wall 126 is used for carrying the second packaged object 700. The first receiving groove 111 is at least partially recessed in the second bottom wall 126, and a projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 coincides with a projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110.
It should be noted that, a projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 and a projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 are overlapped, it can be understood that at least one direction of the first receiving groove 111 and the second receiving groove 113 has a different length dimension, and the direction may be a width direction, a length direction or other directions. Specifically, the projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 may be contained in the second receiving groove 113, or the projection of the second receiving groove 113 may be contained in the first receiving groove 111. Alternatively, a part of the projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 is within the projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110, and another part of the projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 is outside. Alternatively, a part of the projection of the second receiving groove 113 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 is within the projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110, and another part of the projection of the first receiving groove 111 on the top wall 115 of the package body 110 is outside.
In the present embodiment, the first receiving groove 111 includes a first bottom wall 124 and a first side wall 125, the first bottom wall 124 is connected to the first side wall 125, the first bottom wall 124 is used for carrying the first packaged object 500, and the first side wall 125 is connected to the second bottom wall 126. It is understood that, since the first side wall 125 and the second bottom wall 126 are connected, the first receiving groove 111 is smaller than the second receiving groove 113 at least in one direction, so that the second receiving groove 113 has a bottom wall 117 for carrying the second object 700.
In the embodiment, the first receiving groove 111 is partially recessed in the second bottom wall 126, and the first receiving groove 111 divides the second bottom wall 126 into two opposite portions, so as to more conveniently support the second packaged object 700 by the second bottom wall 126.
In the present embodiment, the height of the first receiving groove 111 is greater than the height of the first object 500. The deformation space of the packaging body 110 is reserved, so that the second packaged object 700 in the second accommodating groove 113 and the first packaged object 500 in the first accommodating groove 111 are prevented from colliding or colliding. Meanwhile, the space reserved can be used for placing an interlayer to separate the first packed object 500 from the second packed object 700, and the interlayer can be made of environment-friendly materials with a buffering effect, such as corrugated paper.

As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the package body 110 is provided with a plurality of recesses 121 and protrusions 119 for reinforcing the load-bearing capacity, the bottom walls 117 of the plurality of recesses 121 are located on the same plane, and the top walls 115 of the plurality of protrusions 119 are located on the same plane. The plurality of concave parts 121 and the plurality of convex parts 119 are arranged to enable the packaging body 110 made of pulp through molding to form a three-dimensional space structure, the three-dimensional space structure can enhance the bearing capacity of the packaging body 110, the bearing capacity is higher, the cushioning effect on the packaged object can be effectively achieved, and the damage to the first packaged object 500 in the transportation process is reduced. Meanwhile, since the packing body 110 of the pulp molded product is deformed by its own special structure when loaded to extend a corresponding time and absorb external energy during transportation and storage, thereby reducing the impact and vibration on the packed object, this characteristic and the physical characteristic of the pulp molded product cause a problem that the pulp molded product packed in the packing body has a poor load-bearing capacity when transporting and packing a heavy article over a long distance.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the package body 110 further includes a bottom wall 117 disposed opposite to the top wall 115, a third receiving groove 123 is recessed in the bottom wall 117, and the third receiving groove 123 is used for receiving a third object 900 to be packaged.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the packaging apparatus 100 further includes a corner protector 130, and the third receiving groove 123 penetrates through a side wall of the packaging body 110, and can be used for packaging a longer third object 900 to be packaged. One side of the corner protector 130 abuts against the third object to be packed 900, and the other side abuts against the outer packing layer 150. The third object 900 is fixed by the packing body 110 and the outer packing layer 150. The corner protector 130 can prevent the third packing body 110 from damaging the outer packing layer 150.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the corner protector 130 includes a first supporting plate 131 and a second supporting plate 133. One end of the first support plate 131 is vertically connected to one end of the second support plate 133. One side of the first supporting plate 131 abuts against the side wall of the third object to be packed 900, and the other side abuts against the side wall of the outer packing layer 150. One side of the second support plate 133 adjacent to the first support plate 131 abuts against the top wall 115 of the third object to be packed 900, and the other side abuts against the top wall 115 of the outer packing layer 150. The corner protector 130 and the packaging body 110 cooperate to provide all-directional coverage of the third object 900.
The working principle of the packaging device 100 and the packaging system 300 includes:
