Abstract

The present application relates to a cutting device comprising a cutter for cutting a hose and a catheter connected to the cutter, the catheter being configured for passage of the hose for guiding the hose and defining a cutting length of the hose. Because the catheter is arranged on the cutter, when the hose is cut, the hose can be inserted into the catheter, and the extension and fixation of the hose can be realized by utilizing the guiding function of the catheter. Moreover, the pipe can play the scale effect, replaces artifical measurement work, does benefit to and cuts out the hose that accords with technological requirement length, avoids the error that artifical shearing brought, improves hose cutting efficiency. In this way, the hose can be cut to a uniform length by the cooperation of the catheter and the cutter.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the present application provides a cutting device 100 that may be used to cut a hose, particularly for equal length cutting of a hose. The cutting device 100 comprises a cutter 10 and a catheter 20, the cutter 10 being adapted to cut the hose, the catheter 20 being connected to the cutter 10, and the catheter 20 being configured to allow the hose to pass through, to guide the hose and to define a cutting length of the hose, i.e. a length of hose to be cut from the hose.
In the cutting apparatus 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, since the guide tube 20 is provided on the cutter 10, when cutting the hose, the hose can be inserted into the guide tube 20, and the extension fixation of the hose is achieved by the guiding function of the guide tube 20. Moreover, the conduit 20 can play a role of a scale, replaces manual measurement work, is beneficial to cutting out the hose with the length meeting the technological requirement, avoids errors caused by manual shearing, and improves the cutting efficiency of the hose. In this way, the hose can be cut to a length of the same size by the cooperation of the catheter 20 and the cutter 10.
In the embodiments of the present application, the cutter 10 may have any suitable structure and shape as long as it can perform equal length cutting of the hose in cooperation with the catheter 20. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the cutter 10 may include an upper die 11 and a lower die 12, the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 being configured to be capable of being engaged with or separated from each other, one of the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 is provided with a blade 13, a duct 20 is connected to the other, the duct 20 is arranged in a width direction of the cutter 10, the blade 13 is arranged in a length direction of the cutter, and the blade 13 is configured to cut the hose when the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 are engaged.
When cutting the hose, first, the hose is inserted into the guide tube 20 to a precut position; then, a pressing force is applied to the upper and lower dies 11 and 12 to bring the upper and lower dies 11 and 12 close to each other, so that the blade 13 cuts the hose, thereby completing the cutting of the hose. After a cut is completed, the extrusion force may be removed and the upper and lower dies 11, 12 may be separated in preparation for a subsequent cut.
In the embodiment of the present application, the blade 13 may be provided on the upper die 11 and the guide pipe 20 may be provided on the lower die 12, or the blade 13 may be provided on the lower die 12 and the guide pipe 20 may be provided on the upper die 11, which is not limited in the present application. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present application, the blade 13 is provided to the lower die 12 and the guide tube 20 is provided to the upper die 11.
In other embodiments of the present application, the cutter 10 may include a base and a cutting knife, the hinged end of the cutting knife being hinged to the base, the cutting knife being configured to effect cutting of the hose as it rotates about the hinge point.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the cutter 10 further includes a guide post 14, and the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 are configured to be able to approach each other along the guide post 14 to be aligned or to be away from each other to be separated. Through setting up guide post 14, can guide to go up mould 11 and lower mould 12 and close in the correct position, still do benefit to the accuracy nature of guaranteeing the hose cutting when convenient operation.
The guide post 14 may be disposed on the upper die 11 or the lower die 12, but the present application is not limited thereto. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the guide posts 14 are provided on the lower die 12, the guide holes 111 are provided at corresponding positions of the upper die 11, and the guide posts 14 are movably engaged with the guide holes 111 along the axial direction of the guide holes 111.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the guide posts 14 may be two, and the two guide posts 14 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the guide tube 20 (i.e., at the left and right sides of the guide tube 20 in fig. 1) and are symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the guide tube 20. Through setting up two guide posts 14, and two guide posts 14 are located the relative both sides of pipe 20 respectively, do benefit to and promote the equilibrium that moves when going close to each other or keeping away from of mould 11 and lower mould 12 to be favorable to guaranteeing the accuracy nature of hose cutting.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present application, the cutter 10 further includes an elastic restoring member 15, one end of the elastic restoring member 15 is connected to the upper die 11, and the other end is connected to the lower die 12, and the elastic restoring member 15 is used to provide an elastic force for separating the upper die 11 and the lower die 12.
Through setting up elasticity piece 15 that resets, after removing the extrusion force, under the elastic force effect that elasticity piece 15 resets, go up mould 11 and lower mould 12 and separate immediately, need not the manual work and will go up mould 11 and lower mould 12 separation again, do benefit to and carry out follow-up cutting action fast, be favorable to promoting the cutting efficiency of hose. In addition, since the elastic restoring member 15 has both ends connected to the upper and lower molds 11 and 12, respectively, the upper and lower molds 11 and 12 can be prevented from falling down during the separation process.
In embodiments of the present application, the resilient return member may have any suitable configuration. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the elastic restoring member 15 is a spring, such as a coil spring, and the spring is sleeved on the guide post 14. The upper end of the spring abuts against the upper die 11, and the lower end of the spring abuts against the lower die 12. The spring has a simple structure, runs reliably and can ensure the reliable separation of the upper die 11 and the lower die 12.
In other embodiments of the present application, the elastic restoring member 15 may be a metal elastic sheet or an elastic sheet made of other elastic materials.
In the embodiment of the present application, the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 may have any suitable structure. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present application, the upper mold 11 may have a U-shaped structure and include a top plate 112 and a pair of side plates 113 disposed at opposite ends of the top plate 112, the guide tube 20 is fixed (e.g., welded) to a bottom surface of the top plate 112, i.e., located in a groove of the U-shaped structure, and the guide hole 111 may be disposed on an end surface of the first side plate 113 facing the lower mold 12. The U-shaped structure is simple in structure and can provide an installation space for the guide duct 20.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower die 12 may include a bottom plate 121 and a pair of bosses 122 formed on the bottom plate 121, each of the pair of bosses 122 having a first mounting hole 1221 formed thereon, and the cutter 10 further includes two mounting blocks 16 and at least two fasteners 17, one end of each fastener 17 passing through the corresponding mounting block 16 and being fixed to the corresponding mounting hole 1221 of the mounting block 16, so as to mount the blade 13 on the boss 122, thereby fixing the blade 13 on the lower die 12. In this embodiment, the two projections 122 and the two mounting blocks 16 each form a cartridge for mounting the blade 13.
The mounting block 16 is provided with a second mounting hole (not shown) matched with the fastener 17, and one end of the fastener 17 passes through the second mounting hole and the blade 13 in sequence and is fixed to the first mounting hole 1221.
The fastening member 17 may be a fastening screw, such as an M5 socket head cap screw, and the first mounting hole 1221 may be a threaded hole.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present application, a slot 23 is provided on a wall of the conduit 20 for inserting the blade 13 to cut the hose, and the conduit 20 is divided into a first pipe segment 21 and a second pipe segment 22 by the slot 23 along its own axial direction, and the length of the first pipe segment 21 is used for limiting the cutting length of the hose. That is, in this embodiment, the first tube section 21 acts as a ruler, defining the length of the hose segment to be cut.
In this embodiment, the length of the guide tube 20 is greater than the length of the hose section to be cut, so that when the hose is inserted into the guide tube 20, the section to be cut and other parts of the hose can be guided and stretched, thereby facilitating the cutting of the hose by the blade 13.
In operation, the hose is inserted into the conduit 20 and the end of the hose is aligned with the end of the first pipe section 21, and then the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 are pressed to move the blade 13 into the slot 23 of the conduit 20 and cut the hose from the slot 23.
The length of the first pipe section 21 is not limited in the present application, and can be determined according to the preset cutting length of the hose. Optionally, the length of the first tube section 21 is 60-100mm to cut a hose of a length that meets the process requirements. Also, the diameter of the conduit 20 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, the diameter of the conduit 20 may be in the range of 6-10mm to cut a hose having a diameter meeting the process requirements.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the length of the first pipe section 21 may be 80mm, and the diameter of the conduit 20 may be 8mm, so as to cut a hose with a length suitable for the subsequent encapsulation and potting process of the IGBT.
The shape and specific size of the cutter 10 are not limited in this application, and may be determined according to the size of the hose to be cut, and other factors. Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, cutter 10 may be in a cubic configuration, the length dimension L1 of the cutter may be 60-100mm, the width dimension L2 of the cutter may be 20-40mm, and the height dimension L3 of the cutter may be 30-50 mm.
The cutter 10 of this size is small in size and convenient to operate, and a portable handheld hose cutting device 100 is constructed.
It should be noted that the features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

1. A cutting device comprising a cutter for cutting a hose and a conduit connected to the cutter, the conduit being configured for passage of the hose therethrough to guide the hose and define a cutting length of the hose.

The cutting device of claim 1, wherein the cutter comprises an upper die and a lower die configured to be capable of being engaged with or separated from each other, one of the upper die and the lower die is provided with a blade, the duct is connected to the other, the duct is arranged in a width direction of the cutter, the blade is arranged in a length direction of the cutter, and the blade is configured to cut the hose when the upper die and the lower die are engaged.
3. The cutting device of claim 2, wherein the cutter further comprises guide posts along which the upper die and the lower die are configured to be able to approach or separate from each other.
4. The cutting device of claim 3, wherein the number of the guide posts is two, and the two guide posts are respectively located on two opposite sides of the guide tube and are symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the guide tube.
5. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cutter further comprises an elastic restoring member having one end connected to the upper die and the other end connected to the lower die, the elastic restoring member for providing an elastic force for separating the upper and lower dies.
6. The cutting device of claim 5, wherein the resilient return member is a spring that is received by the guide post.
7. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper die has a U-shaped configuration and includes a top plate and a pair of side plates disposed at opposite ends of the top plate, the guide tube being fixed to a bottom surface of the top plate.
8. The cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the lower mold includes a base plate and a pair of protrusions formed on the base plate, each of the pair of protrusions having a first mounting hole formed thereon;
the cutter further includes two mounting blocks and at least two fasteners, one end of each fastener passing through a corresponding mounting block and being secured within the first mounting hole corresponding to the boss to mount the blade to the boss.
9. A cutting device according to any one of claims 2-8, wherein the wall of the conduit is provided with a slot for insertion of the blade for cutting the hose, the conduit being divided axially into a first section and a second section by the slot, the first section having a length defining the cutting length of the hose.
10. A cutting device according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the cutter is of a cubic construction, the length of the cutter being 60-100mm, the width of the cutter being 20-40mm and the height of the cutter being 30-50 mm.
