A plurality of welder devices can be networked with the welder data collection box. The box body operation parameter display interface is used for displaying operation state information and approach safety information of the welding machine data acquisition box, wherein the operation state information comprises the temperature and humidity of an operation environment in the box body and the longitude and latitude information of the position of the box body, such as the longitude and latitude information of the position of the box body; the proximity security information may include, for example: the box body is taken down to the currently recorded unpacking times.
The displaying of the position information may be, for example, displaying the actual position of the welding machine equipment on a base map based on a satellite map of an area where the welding machine equipment is located, and displaying the temperature and humidity parameters acquired by the temperature and humidity sensor, the box opening times acquired by the proximity switch 19, and the longitude and latitude information of the position information on the side of a box operation parameter displaying interface according to the position information.
The human-computer interaction interface corresponding to the welding machine data acquisition box on the remote control equipment is provided with the remote human-computer interaction interface to realize welding condition data display, alarm information display, box operation parameter display and the like, so that great convenience is brought to construction managers for mastering the welding condition of a construction site, further guarantee is provided for controlling the welding quality of the pipeline, convenience is provided for construction management, and the waste of manpower and material resources is reduced for owners.
Storing data which do not meet preset conditions according to different types; the voice player 14 sends corresponding voice reminding information to be displayed on the information display interface, so that the welding operation can be assisted in the welding process, and the working condition data of the welding machine can be checked after the welding is finished, so that the welding operation can be better expanded in the next work. The voice prompt information is displayed on the information display interface, so that related personnel can visually receive specific conditions in the welding process, the welding process can be more deeply mastered, and the welding quality and efficiency are indirectly improved.
The following describes a device, equipment, and a storage medium for executing the method for prompting field welding data provided by the present application, and specific implementation processes and technical effects thereof are referred to above and will not be described again below.

The voice reminding module 503 is specifically configured to send out voice reminding information corresponding to the illegal data through the voice player.
Optionally, the working condition data detecting module 502 is specifically configured to detect whether a welding electrical parameter in the welding machine working condition data is zero if the welding machine working condition data includes welding personnel information and welding position information; and if the welding electrical parameter is not zero and is within the normal working range, determining the working condition data of the welding machine as effective data meeting the preset condition.
The voice reminding module 503 is specifically configured to send out voice reminding information that the welding work is normal through the voice player.
