As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the external shape of the irrigation head is tapered to facilitate administration of a narrow elastic channel such as the anus; the length range of the washing head is set, so that the washing head is very suitable for washing and applying medicine to the anus, the phenomenon that the washing head enters the deeper rectum due to overlong length is avoided, and the risk of causing rectal wall injury is reduced. The size range of the opening is also very suitable for the circulation of the liquid medicine; and simultaneously, the top opening 122 and the side opening 123 are arranged, so that when the top opening encounters an obstacle, the side opening can keep the liquid medicine conveying channel to be communicated, liquid medicine can be output, and the phenomenon that liquid injection cannot reach the position is avoided. The side opening 123 may be multiple and used to assist in priming and to assist in delivering the drug solution to the vicinity of the target site.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the rinsing head body 121 is hollow inside, and the hollow portion includes an upper cylindrical space 1291 and a lower truncated cone-shaped space 1292; the inner diameter of the cylindrical space 1291 is larger than the inner diameter of the top of the truncated-cone-shaped space 1292; with such a structure, the chemical liquid can be easily poured from the lower truncated cone-shaped space 1292 to the upper cylindrical space 1291; while also partially preventing backflow of the medical fluid when the top opening 122 is subjected to external pressure.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the rinsing head root 125 is hollow cylindrical; the outer wall of the root 125 of the flushing head is provided with an airfoil rib 126; the inner wall of the root 125 of the flushing head is provided with a flushing head internal thread 128; the rinsing head 120 is fixedly connected to the outside by rinsing head internal threads 128 provided on the inner wall of the rinsing head root 125.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the rinsing head 120 is fixedly connected to an external container for containing a liquid medicine through a rinsing head internal thread 128 formed on an inner wall of a rinsing head root 125; when the container needs to be filled with the washing liquid medicine, the washing head 120 is separated from the container, and the liquid medicine is filled into the container through a liquid medicine filling opening at the top of the container; after filling, the flushing head 120 is again secured to the top of the container by a threaded engagement, allowing communication between the flushing head 120 and the container.
In some embodiments not shown in the drawings, the internal threads of the irrigation head provided on the inner wall of the irrigation head root 125 may be provided in different types for cooperation with different external containers; or the inner thread is not arranged and the inner thread is directly communicated with an external container; other connection structures such as luer fittings may also be provided internally in communication with the external container.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11 and fig. 13, a separate tray 130 is included; an independent tray through hole 133 extending upwards is formed in the center of the independent tray 130; the independent tray main body 131 is a dish shape with a sunken center; an independent tray external thread is arranged on the outer wall of the independent tray through hole 133; the external threads of the independent tray and the internal threads of the flushing head are arranged on the inner wall of the root of the flushing head and matched with each other to ensure that the independent tray 130 is fixedly connected with the flushing head 120.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the top orthogonal projection of the individual tray 130 is annular; in embodiments not shown in some of the figures, the overhead orthographic projection of the individual tray 130 is partially annular or is a portion of an annular; after the independent tray 130 and the rinsing head 120 are fixed, a disc-shaped accommodating space is formed above the independent tray main body 131; the independent tray 130 is arranged, so that part of the reflowing liquid medicine has a containing space in the medication process, and the reflowing liquid medicine cannot continuously flow downwards, thereby not polluting a handheld container.
As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the flushing head device further includes an absorbent layer 150 removably covering the separate tray body 131; the adsorption layer 150 is at least one layer; the adsorption layer 150 is annular, and an adsorption layer through hole 153 in the center of the adsorption layer 150 is sleeved on the periphery of the independent tray through hole 133; when the flushing head 120 and the separate tray 130 are fixedly connected, the adsorption layer near the adsorption layer through holes 153 is pressed under the wing ribs 126. The movement and falling off of the adsorption layer are avoided.
As shown in fig. 12 and 15, the adsorption layer 150 can adsorb the reflowed liquid medicine, so that the liquid medicine reflowed to the independent tray 130 is not easy to flow and overflow, and the capacity of accommodating the reflowed liquid medicine is further improved; and the adsorption layer 150 may be provided with a plurality of layers, so as to further improve the ability of accommodating the backflow liquid medicine.
FIG. 1 is a schematic isometric projection of one embodiment of a flushing head device; FIG. 13 is a schematic isometric view of a two-part embodiment of the flushing head apparatus; FIG. 14 is a schematic front view of a second exploded view of an embodiment of the flushing head unit; the difference between the flushing head a (101) in fig. 1 and the flushing head B (102) in fig. 13 is that a separate tray 130 and an absorbent layer 150 are also provided in the flushing head B.
Fig. 15 and 23 are an embodiment of a flusher, namely flusher C, in this embodiment comprising a flushing head 100 and a container; wherein the flushing head 100 is the flushing head B (102). The container includes a separate syringe 210 and a push rod 220; the independent injection tube 210 comprises an independent injection tube main body 211 and an independent injection tube outlet extension hole 212; the independent injection tube outlet extension hole 212 is arranged at the top end of the independent injection tube main body 211; the independent injection tube outlet hole 212 extends upwards and is inserted into the hollow space of the root 125 of the flushing head, so that the independent injection tube 210 is connected and communicated with the flushing head 120; the outlet of the independent injection tube outlet extension hole 212 is an independent injection tube outlet 213; the independent injection tube main body 211 is hollow, the push rod 220 can move up and down in the independent injection tube main body 211 in a piston mode, and liquid medicine contained in the independent injection tube main body 211 is pushed to the independent injection tube outlet extending hole 212; the medical fluid contained in the separate syringe body 211 flows toward the rinsing head 120 through the separate syringe outlet 213. The outer wall of the outlet extension hole 212 of the independent injection tube is provided with external threads of the injection tube; the inner wall of the root 125 of the flushing head is provided with a flushing head internal thread; the external threads of the syringe and the internal threads of the irrigation head cooperate to connect and communicate the separate syringe 210 and the irrigation head 120.
Of course, in an embodiment not shown in the figures, the flushing head 100 in the flusher can also be the flushing head a (101). The flusher with the container is convenient for containing liquid medicine; and containers with different volumes can be configured, and the required size of the container can be flexibly selected in the medication of different conditions.
The push rod 220 is arranged in the independent injection tube main body 211 and pushes the liquid medicine contained in the independent injection tube main body 211 to the independent injection tube outlet extension hole 212; the liquid medicine contained in the separate syringe body 211 flows to the rinsing head 120 through the separate syringe outlet 213; the push rod 220 provides a guarantee for the flow direction of the liquid medicine, so that the liquid medicine always has an upward force to be squeezed, the liquid medicine contained in the independent injection tube main body 211 can have a positive pressure relative to the opening of the external flushing head 120, and the liquid medicine is prevented from flowing back to the flushing head 120 from the beginning of the flushing head.
The syringe-like container of the independent syringe 210 allows the amount of medication to be precisely controlled; the liquid medicine pushing mode of the injector can ensure that the accurate medicine quantity can be accurately pushed to a target position; the force for pushing the liquid medicine can be controlled, so that the problems that the liquid medicine cannot be delivered to a target position due to insufficient medicine application force and the risk of a medicine application process caused by pressure step change when the device is applied to other containers are avoided; more importantly, the push rod 220 provides a guarantee for the flow direction of the liquid medicine, so that the liquid medicine always has an upward force to be squeezed, the liquid medicine contained in the independent syringe main body 211 can have a positive pressure relative to the opening of the external syringe head 120, and the liquid medicine is prevented from flowing back to the syringe head 120 from the beginning of the syringe head.
As shown in fig. 24 to 26, the palletised syringe 600 comprises a palletised syringe body 610, a top tray 630 and a palletised syringe top hole 650; a palletised syringe top hole 650 is provided at the top end of the palletised syringe body 610, and an upwardly extending palletised syringe top hole 650 is provided at the center of the top tray 630; the injection tube with tray top hole 650 extends upward and is inserted into the hollow space of the rinsing head root 125, so that the injection tube with tray 600 and the rinsing head 120 are connected and communicated; the main body 610 of the injection tube with tray is hollow, the push rod 220 can move up and down in the main body 610 of the injection tube with tray to push the liquid medicine contained in the main body 610 of the injection tube with tray to the top hole 650 of the injection tube with tray, and the liquid medicine contained in the main body 610 of the injection tube with tray flows to the flushing head 120 through the top hole 650 of the injection tube with tray. As shown in fig. 24-26, the top tray 630 is a dish shape with a center depressed; the inner wall of the root 125 of the flushing head is provided with a flushing head internal thread; the outer wall of the top hole 650 of the injection tube with the tray is provided with outer threads of the injection tube with the tray; the external threads of the injection tube with tray are matched with the internal threads of the rinsing head arranged on the inner wall of the root 125 of the rinsing head, so that the injection tube 600 with tray is fixedly connected with the rinsing head 120.
As shown in fig. 24-26, the flusher D also includes an absorbent layer 150 removably covering the top tray 630; the adsorption layer 150 is at least one layer; the adsorption layer 150 is annular, and an adsorption layer through hole 153 in the center of the adsorption layer 150 is sleeved on the periphery of the injection tube top hole 650 with the tray.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 15, 23, 25-26, the push rod sleeve block 222 has a diameter less than the diameter of the push stay surface 225. The push rod soft sleeve 230 and the push end of the push rod 220 are completely matched in structure; the push rod soft sleeve 230 is integrally formed, so that the liquid medicine does not form residues in the related structure of the push rod 220, and all the liquid medicine can be pushed to the flushing head 120 as much as possible; the upper layer protruding edge 232 and the lower layer protruding edge 234 of the soft sleeve arranged on the outer wall of the soft sleeve main body 238 can reduce the friction force between the push rod 220 and the inner wall of the syringe, so that the pushing force can be applied constantly and uniformly, and the stability of the pushing pressure is kept; the inner diameter of the soft sleeve head 233 is less than or equal to the inner diameter of the top hole 650 of the injection tube with tray; or the inner diameter of the soft sleeve head 233 is less than or equal to the inner diameter of the independent injection tube outlet extension hole 212; the soft sleeve head 233 can be deep into the joint of the container and the flushing head 120, and can reduce the residual liquid medicine in the container; the arrangement of the soft sleeve head supporting ribs 231 enables the push rod soft sleeve 230 and the push rod 220 to be integrally and conveniently separated from the container.
The flushing head device 100 and the flusher in the application are simple to manufacture, low in cost, convenient to carry, convenient to contact with a diseased part, capable of keeping clean and sanitary, simple to operate, suitable for public crowds and capable of enabling patients to operate and treat by themselves. The container specification can include various specifications of 100 ml to 1000 ml, and the flexible matching is realized according to the requirements of actual medication and flushing.
The flushing header assembly 100 can be packaged and sold independently, thereby saving packaging space and transportation cost; the container can be selected by the user to be matched with the container with corresponding capacity. The flushing head 100 may also be packaged for sale in a flusher.
In the flushing head device and the flusher, the coating process of the lubricant layer is omitted; the flushing head made of soft materials and the lubricating layer act together, so that the medicine experience is improved and the damage risk is reduced; the structure in the flushing head and the push rod in the shape of an injector can keep the liquid medicine to push pressure upwards, so that the liquid medicine is not easy to flow back; the tray holds the leakage liquid, so that the head washing device and the flusher can be kept clean more easily.

the rinsing head (120) comprises a hollow rinsing head root (125) and a hollow rinsing head body (121); the rinsing head root (125) and the rinsing head body (121) are communicated to form a passage for flowing the rinsing liquid.

the flushing head cover (110) is detachably sleeved on the flushing head (120), and a lubricant layer (300) is arranged between the inner wall of the flushing head cover (110) and the outer wall of the flushing head (120);
the rinsing head (120) comprises a hollow rinsing head root (125) and a hollow rinsing head body (121); the rinsing head root (125) and the rinsing head main body (121) are communicated to form a passage for flowing a rinsing liquid;
the hollow flushing head root (125) is communicated with the container, and the flushing liquid in the container can be output outwards through the flushing head (120).
