9. A hot and cold laying apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the control panel (14) includes a display and a plurality of buttons that are electrically connected to the control device, respectively.
10. A hot and cold laying apparatus according to claim 1 or 9, wherein: the cold and hot compress device also comprises an antifouling layer arranged outside the temperature adjusting device (2).
