The structure of the indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1, an air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a casing, a cross flow fan 2, a centrifugal fan 4, and a dual-shaft motor 5. The casing has main wind channel 1 and new trend wind channel 3. The cross flow fan 2 is arranged in the main air duct 1, and the centrifugal fan 4 is arranged in the fresh air duct 3. The double-shaft motor 5 is arranged between the main air duct 1 and the fresh air duct 3, one end of the double-shaft motor 5 is connected with the cross flow fan 2, and the other end is connected with the centrifugal fan 4.
The casing is the main part of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and for the cabinet type indoor unit of the air conditioner, the casing can be vertically placed on the ground of an air conditioning room. The shell is internally provided with a fresh air duct 3, and the fresh air duct 3 is a channel used by a fresh air module and is a place for exchanging indoor air and outdoor air. The main air duct 1 is a passage used by a heat exchange module of an air conditioner indoor unit, and is a place for heat exchange refrigeration or heating of air in an air conditioner room. Specifically, the cross flow fan 2 is installed in the main air duct 1 and used for blowing air after heat exchange into the indoor environment through the air outlet hole in the casing. Centrifugal fan 4 installs in new trend wind channel 3, and centrifugal fan 4 produces the negative pressure in new trend wind channel 3 in order to inhale new trend wind channel 3 with outdoor fresh air in, and then input to indoor.
According to the indoor unit of the air conditioner, one end of the double-shaft motor 5 is connected with the cross-flow fan 2, the other end of the double-shaft motor is connected with the centrifugal fan 4, the same double-shaft motor 5 is used for synchronously driving the cross-flow fan 2 and the centrifugal fan 4 to rotate, and compared with a traditional driving mode that two motors are used for respectively driving the cross-flow fan 2 and the centrifugal fan 4 to rotate, the number of the motors is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the indoor noise source is reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the centrifugal fan 4 and the cross flow fan 2 are synchronously moved by the driving of the two-shaft motor 5. For example, the dual-shaft motor 5 is installed outside the main air duct 1, a first shaft of the dual-shaft motor 5 extends into the main air duct 1 and is fixedly connected with the cross-flow fan 2, and a second shaft of the dual-shaft motor 5 extends into the fresh air duct 3 and is fixedly connected with the centrifugal fan 4. For another example, the dual-shaft motor 5 is installed in the main air duct 1, and the second shaft of the dual-shaft motor 5 passes through the main air duct 1 and is fixed with the centrifugal fan 4. The fixed connection can be a coupling connection, a bushing connection or other equivalent ways.
In another embodiment, the air conditioning indoor unit further comprises a clutch, a first shaft body of the double-shaft motor 5 is fixedly connected with the cross-flow fan 2, and a second shaft body of the double-shaft motor 5 is selectively connected with the centrifugal fan 4 through the clutch. Specifically, the jaw clutch comprises a first clutch and a second clutch, teeth are arranged on the end faces of the first clutch and the second clutch, the first clutch is fixed on the driving shaft, the second clutch is connected with the driven shaft through a flat key or a spline, and the sliding block is moved axially through the control mechanism to enable the second clutch to move axially, so that the clutch effect is achieved. Wherein, the operating end of the operating mechanism is exposed out of the air conditioner shell so as to be convenient for manual operation. After the operation end of the operating mechanism is manually operated, synchronous transmission is started, and the centrifugal fan 4 and the cross-flow fan 2 rotate synchronously. Wherein, the centrifugal fan 4 and the cross flow fan 2 are coaxially arranged up and down.
In this embodiment, the second shaft of the dual-shaft motor 5 is selectively engaged with the centrifugal fan 4 by a dog clutch, so that the cross-flow fan 2 and the centrifugal fan 4 are rotated synchronously or only the cross-flow fan 2 is rotated, so as to control the start and stop of the centrifugal fan 4 as required.
