The oil-immersed asbestos packing is made up by using graphite asbestos wire and adding heat-resisting lubricating oil and weaving them together. The oil-immersed asbestos packing is pressed by the gland, the lubricant soaked in the oil-immersed asbestos packing is extruded out, and an oil film is formed between contact surfaces. Because the contact state is not particularly uniform, a 'boundary lubrication' state, namely a 'bearing effect', occurs at the contact part; the concave part which is not contacted forms a small oil groove with a thicker oil film, and the contact part and the non-contact part form an irregular labyrinth to play the role of preventing liquid flow from leaking. The rubber sealing rope has simple structure, compact installation part and light weight.
In one embodiment of the application, the pressing covers are respectively connected with two adjacent shells; and/or the clamping cover is respectively connected with two adjacent pressing covers.
The connecting mode of the gland can ensure that two shells which are adjacently connected are connected more firmly. The clamping covers are connected in the mode, so that two adjacent pressing covers can be connected more firmly. Therefore, the above-described connection method enables the stationary case to be more firmly fixed to the leaking pipe.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present application, the stationary housing 10 includes two outer housings 11, the fixing device 40 includes two pressing covers 41, and the locking device 50 includes two clamping covers 51.
The fixing case 10, the pressing cover 41, and the chucking cover 51 having the above-described structure are simple in structure and high in mechanical strength while ensuring the use requirements.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present application, a plug 20 is threadedly coupled to the stationary casing 10.
The threaded connection mode has simple structure and reliable connection, thereby ensuring the connection strength between the plug 20 and the fixed shell 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present application, the connecting portion 412 is a connecting flange; and/or the connection section 512 is a connection flange.
The connecting flange has the characteristics of convenience in disassembly, high strength, good sealing performance and the like.
The use of the leak-stopping joint provided by the present application is specifically described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2:
first, the first casing 11 is jacked up to the bottom of the leakage hole of the leaking pipe 70, the inner diameter of the retainer ring segment 13 is made to contact with the bottom arc surface of the leaking pipe 70, the second sealing member 60 is installed in the sealing groove 12, and both ends of the second sealing member 60 slightly protrude out of the sealing groove 12 and enter the gap between the first casing 11 and the leaking pipe 70. Secondly, the second housing 11 is hung on the first housing 11, the first housing 11 and the second housing 11 are assembled into the fixed housing 10 through screws, and a plurality of layers of oil-immersed asbestos packing are respectively inserted into gaps between two ends of the fixed housing 10 and the leakage pipeline 70.
