SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The main objective of this application is to provide an electromagnetic lock module and cabinet, aims at solving the drawback of current electromagnetic lock dismantlement difficulty when the maintenance after the installation overhauls.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides an electromagnetic lock module, comprising an electromagnetic lock and a lock box, wherein the electromagnetic lock is installed in the lock box;
the electromagnetic lock comprises a manual unlocking mechanism, the manual unlocking mechanism is positioned on a preset side face of the electromagnetic lock, and the preset side face corresponds to the side wall face of the lock box;
the lock box is provided with a yielding port corresponding to the area of the manual unlocking mechanism, and the manual unlocking mechanism is exposed outside the lock box through the yielding port.
Preferably, a fixing support is arranged on the side wall of the lock box, and a positioning hole is formed in the fixing support;
a positioning rod is arranged on the side surface of the electromagnetic lock, and the arrangement surface of the positioning rod is opposite to the arrangement surface of the manual unlocking mechanism;
when the electromagnetic lock is installed in the lock box, the positioning rod penetrates through the positioning hole.
Preferably, the bottom wall of the lock box is provided with a plurality of first fixing holes, and the electromagnetic lock is provided with second fixing holes corresponding to the first fixing holes;
the electromagnetic lock module further comprises a bolt and a nut, the bolt sequentially penetrates through the second fixing hole and the first fixing hole and is screwed into the nut, and the electromagnetic lock is fixed in the lock box.
Preferably, the first fixing hole is oval in shape, and the second fixing hole is round in shape.
Preferably, the number of the first fixing holes is 3, and the 3 first fixing holes are distributed in a triangular shape.
Preferably, the wall thickness of the lock box is 1.5 mm.

Preferably, the lock further comprises a fixing screw, and a mounting hole is formed in the fixing support of the lock box;
the supporting plate is provided with at least two mounting screw holes, the two mounting screw holes are respectively arranged on two sides of the mounting cavity along the length direction, and the mounting screw holes are matched with the fixing screws;
the fixing screw penetrates through the mounting hole and is screwed into the mounting screw hole, so that the electromagnetic lock module is fixed on the cabinet body.

In the embodiment, when the electromagnetic lock module is installed on an application object, the electromagnetic lock module is fixedly connected with the application object through the lock box 2 during assembly, so that the electromagnetic lock 1 is convenient to install, and the assembly difficulty is reduced; meanwhile, when the later-stage electromagnetic lock 1 needs to be maintained and overhauled, only the whole electromagnetic lock module needs to be detached, and damage to the application object and the electromagnetic lock 1 in the lock box 2 can be avoided.
Further, a fixing support 5 is arranged on the side wall of the lock box 2, and a positioning hole 6 is formed in the fixing support 5;
a positioning rod 7 is arranged on the side surface of the electromagnetic lock 1, and the arrangement surface of the positioning rod 7 is opposite to the arrangement surface of the manual unlocking mechanism 3;

the electromagnetic lock module further comprises a bolt and a nut, wherein the bolt sequentially penetrates through the second fixing hole 9 and the first fixing hole 8 and is screwed into the nut, so that the electromagnetic lock 1 is fixed in the lock box 2.
Preferably, the first fixing hole 8 is formed in a shape of a kidney-shaped circle, and the second fixing hole 9 is formed in a shape of a circle.
Preferably, the number of the first fixing holes 8 is 3, and 3 first fixing holes 8 are distributed in a triangular shape.
In this embodiment, a plurality of first fixing holes 8 are formed in the bottom wall of the lock box 2, second fixing holes 9 corresponding to the number of the first fixing holes 8 of the lock box 2 are formed in the electromagnetic lock 1, and the first fixing holes 8 and the second fixing holes 9 are through holes. The electromagnetic lock module further comprises a bolt and a nut, when the electromagnetic lock 1 is assembled on the lock box 2, an assembling person firstly puts the electromagnetic lock 1 into the lock box 2 and keeps the second fixing holes 9 aligned with the first fixing holes 8 one by one. Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment further provides a storage cabinet, which includes a cabinet body 11 and any one of the electromagnetic lock modules described above, where the cabinet body 11 includes a support plate 12 and a cabinet door, the support plate 12 is provided with an installation cavity 13, and the electromagnetic lock module is fixed in the installation cavity 13;
the inner side of the cabinet door is provided with a lock catch, the lock catch is arranged corresponding to the mounting cavity 13, and the lock catch is matched with the electromagnetic lock module.

Preferably, a plurality of mutually independent storage spaces are arranged in the cabinet body 11, and a single storage space corresponds to a single cabinet door and an electromagnetic lock module (that is, each storage space needs to be correspondingly provided with a cabinet door and an electromagnetic lock module).
