Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of printers, in particular to an ink bottle and a printer.
Background
The ink bottle is used for containing ink and comprises a bottle body, an ink outlet and a bottle cap, wherein yellow, magenta, cyan, black and the like are available according to the types of the ink. In this case, four kinds of bottles corresponding to the colors of the inks need to be provided.
In the prior art, the bottle body, the ink outlet and the bottle cap of the ink bottle are mostly of transparent structures, and during installation, the ink bottle needs to be installed on a printer after the bottle cap is taken down. However, since the ink bottle is usually adhered with a label to display information of the ink, the label covers almost the entire bottle body, it is inconvenient for an operator to observe the color of the ink in the bottle, and there is a possibility that the ink bottle is erroneously mounted, that is, the ink bottle does not correspond to the filling port.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of this application is to provide an ink bottle and printer to solve the problem that the ink in the above-mentioned prior art ink bottle receives sheltering from of label not convenient to distinguish the colour and easily cause the ink bottle misloading.
A first aspect of the present application provides an ink bottle, including:
the ink bottle comprises a bottle body, wherein a containing part for storing ink is arranged in the bottle body;
the flow path part is buckled with the bottle body and comprises at least a part of coloring part, and the color of the coloring part is the same as that of the ink in the accommodating part;
the bottle cap is buckled on the flow path part.
In one possible design, the flow path portion includes a support section, and a bottom of the bottle cap abuts against an upper end surface of the support section.
In one possible design, the coloring portion is provided on a side surface of the support section.
In one possible design, the flow path portion further includes an ink outlet and a guide section, and the ink outlet, the guide section, and the support section are connected in sequence;
the coloring portion is disposed at the ink outlet, and/or the coloring portion is disposed at the guide section, and/or the coloring portion is disposed at the support section.
In one possible design, the diameters of the ink outlet, the guide section and the support section are sequentially increased, and the bottle cap is arranged outside the ink outlet and the guide section.
In one possible design, the ink outlet, the guide section and the support section are integrally formed.
In one possible embodiment, the flow path section is screwed, welded or snapped onto the bottle.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an ink bottle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a bottle body 100, a flow path portion 200 and a cap 300, wherein a container for storing ink is disposed in the bottle body 100, the flow path portion 200 is fastened to the bottle body 100, the flow path portion 200 includes at least a portion of a coloring portion, the coloring portion has a color same as the color of the ink in the container, and the cap 300 is fastened to the flow path portion 200.
The containing part is a cavity space, and the ink bottle can store ink through the containing part. The bottle body 100 has a bottle opening through which ink can be poured into the receptacle. The flow path portion 200 may be fastened to the bottle opening, and the flow path portion 200 may be capable of being engaged with an ink tank in the printer, and specifically, the ink tank may include an insertion needle, and the insertion needle of the ink tank may be inserted into the flow path portion 200, so that ink in the ink bottle may be filled into the ink tank. The cap 300 may cover the outside of the flow path portion 200, and may seal the ink in the ink bottle when the ink bottle is not in use, thereby preventing the ink from spilling or drying out.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the color of the ink in the ink bottle is difficult to be accurately observed due to the shielding of the label, which is likely to cause the wrong loading of the ink bottle. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the flow path portion 200 may include at least a portion of a colored portion having the same color as the ink in the containing portion. When the ink bottle needs to be mounted to the printer, the bottle cap 300 needs to be removed first, and then the ink bottle is inverted so that the flow path portion 200 and the insertion needle of the ink tank are inserted into each other, thereby completing the mounting. Because the coloring part is arranged on the flow path part 200, when the bottle cap 300 is taken down, the whole flow path part 200 is displayed in front of the eyes of an operator, so that the color of the coloring part can be clearly observed, and because the color of the coloring part is the same as the color of the ink in the bottle, the color of the ink in the ink bottle can be directly and accurately judged according to the color of the coloring part, and the problem of misloading of the ink bottle is effectively avoided.
The colored portion may be any portion of the channel portion 200 that can be exposed to the visual field when the channel portion 200 is attached to the vial 100, or may be the entire surface of the channel portion 200.
As a specific implementation manner, the flow path portion 200 includes a support section 210, and the bottom of the bottle cap 300 abuts against an upper end surface of the support section 210. Here, the bottom of the cap 300 is an end surface facing the flow path portion 200 during the process of being mounted on the flow path portion 200, and the upper end surface of the support section 210 is a surface facing the cap 300, so that the cap 300 can be supported on the support section 210 after the cap 300 is fastened to the flow path portion 200.
Wherein the coloring part may be provided at a side of the support section 210. After the cap 300 abuts on the upper end surface of the support section 210, the side surface of the support section 210 may be exposed to the outside without being shielded, so that the color of the colored portion may be directly observed without opening the cap 300, thereby determining the color of the ink.
As a specific implementation manner, the flow path portion 200 further includes an ink outlet 220 and a guide section 230, and the ink outlet 220, the guide section 230 and the support section 210 are connected in sequence. This ink outlet 220 can cooperate with the insert needle of the ink tank in the printer, and the guide section 230 can provide the installation direction for the installation of ink bottle in to the printer, guarantees the installation accuracy of ink bottle.
The coloring portion may be disposed only on the ink outlet 220, only on the guide section 230, only on the support section 210, or on any two of the ink outlet 220, the guide section 230, and the support section 210, or on the ink outlet 220, the guide section 230, and the support section 210. Since the bottle cap 300 needs to be removed before the ink bottle is installed on the printer, the whole flow path portion 200 can be exposed in the visual field of the operator, that is, the colors of the ink outlet 220, the guide section 230 and the support section 210 can be directly observed, so that the color of the ink can be accurately judged before the ink bottle is installed, and misloading is avoided.
In a specific implementation, the diameters of the ink outlet 220, the guide section 230 and the support section 210 are sequentially increased, and the cap 300 covers the ink outlet 220 and the guide section 230. After the bottle cap 300 is fastened to the flow path portion 200, the ink outlet 220 and the guide section 230 can be integrally covered in the bottle cap 300, and the ink is sealed in the accommodating portion through the cooperation of the bottle cap 300 and the support section 210, so that the ink is prevented from being spilled or dried, the cleanliness of the ink outlet 220 and the guide portion can be ensured, and dust, impurities and the like are prevented from being introduced into the ink tank through the ink outlet 220 or the guide portion after the flow path portion 200 and the ink tank are installed.
It is understood that, in order to facilitate the manufacturing of the flow path portion 200, the ink outlet 220, the guide section 230 and the support section 210 may be integrally formed, and the flow path portion 200 may be integrally colored, so as to simplify the manufacturing and coloring process of the flow path portion 200, and have a distinct visual effect to facilitate the color confirmation.
As a specific implementation manner, in order to facilitate the connection and fixation of the flow path portion 200 and the bottle 100 and to ensure the reliability and sealing property of the connection between the flow path portion 200 and the bottle 100, the flow path portion 200 and the bottle 100 may be connected by a screw connection, a welding connection, or a snap connection, or a combination of a screw connection and a snap connection.
In addition, in order to facilitate the detachment and installation of the cap 300 to and from the flow path portion 200, a snap connection, a screw connection, a crimping connection, or the like may be used between the cap 300 and the flow path portion 200, wherein the crimping connection may be specifically a connection using an interference fit. In this embodiment, for convenience of operation, the cap 300 and the flow path portion 200 are preferably connected by snap-fitting.
Specifically, the flow path portion 200 is provided with a clamping protrusion, the inner wall of the bottle cap 300 is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping protrusion is in clamping fit with the clamping groove. When the bottle cap 300 is fastened to the flow path portion 200, the bottle cap 300 may be pressed toward the flow path portion 200 by a proper external force, so that the fastening groove of the bottle cap 300 may be fastened to the fastening protrusion, thereby achieving rapid installation of the bottle cap 300. Of course, when the cap 300 needs to be removed, the cap 300 may be pulled out in a direction away from the flow path unit 200 by an appropriate external force.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a printer, which includes an ink tank and the ink bottle provided in any embodiment of the present application, and the ink bottle is connected to the ink tank through the flow path portion 200 to fill the ink tank with ink. Further, in one particular embodiment, the ink tank may be provided with an insertion needle that is inserted into the flow path portion 200 of the ink bottle to effect filling of the ink tank with ink.

Claims (10)
1. An ink bottle, comprising:
a bottle body (100), wherein a containing part for storing ink is arranged in the bottle body (100);
a flow path portion (200) that is fastened to the bottle (100), the flow path portion (200) including at least a part of a colored portion, the colored portion having the same color as the ink in the housing portion;
and a bottle cap (300) that is fastened to the flow path unit (200).
2. The ink bottle according to claim 1, wherein the flow path portion (200) includes a support section (210), and a bottom of the bottle cap (300) abuts against an upper end face of the support section (210).
3. The ink bottle according to claim 2, wherein the coloring portion is provided at a side of the support section (210).
4. The ink bottle according to claim 2, wherein the flow path portion (200) further comprises an ink outlet (220) and a guide section (230), the ink outlet (220), the guide section (230) and the support section (210) being connected in series;
the coloring portion is provided at the ink outlet (220), and/or the coloring portion is provided at the guide section (230), and/or the coloring portion is provided at the support section (210).
5. The ink bottle according to claim 4, wherein the diameters of the ink outlet (220), the guide section (230) and the support section (210) are sequentially increased, and the bottle cap (300) is covered outside the ink outlet (220) and the guide section (230).
6. The ink bottle of claim 4, wherein the ink outlet (220), the guide section (230), and the support section (210) are integrally formed.
7. The ink bottle of claim 1, wherein the flow path portion (200) is threaded, welded, or snap-fit with the bottle body (100).
8. The ink bottle of claim 1, wherein the cap (300) is snap-fit, threaded, or snap-fit to the flow path portion (200).
9. The ink bottle of claim 8, wherein the flow path portion (200) is provided with a clamping protrusion, the inner wall of the bottle cap (300) is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping protrusion is in clamping fit with the clamping groove.
10. A printer comprising an ink tank and the ink bottle of any one of claims 1 to 9, the ink bottle being connected to the ink tank through the flow path portion (200) to fill the ink tank with ink.
