At present, after some frame-shaped workpieces are machined, waste materials on the inner side surfaces of the frame-shaped workpieces need to be cut off. As shown in FIG. 1, the clamping device 100 includes a mounting base 10, a clamping assembly composed of a base plate 20 and a fixing member 30, a cover plate 40, a driving member 50 and a locking member 60.
The mounting seat 10 can be vertically arranged on the processing platform to play a supporting role. The bottom plate 20 is disposed on the mounting base 10 and is used for carrying the fixing member 30. The fixing member 30 is disposed on one side of the bottom plate 20 away from the mounting seat 10, and the fixing member 30 is convexly provided with a clamping portion 32, the clamping portion 32 includes a first clamping groove 31 penetrating through two opposite side surfaces of the clamping portion, and the first clamping groove is used for clamping a protruding portion of a workpiece, so that the hidden danger of scratching the workpiece can be reduced, and the protection and guide effects are achieved. The cover plate 40 is provided on a side of the fixture 30 facing away from the base plate 20 for pressing the projection of the workpiece downward. The driving member 50 is disposed on the mounting seat 10 and connected to the locking member 60, and is used for driving the locking member 60 to sequentially pass through the mounting seat 10, the bottom plate 20, the fixing member 30 and the cover plate 40. The driving member 50 is further used to drive the locking member 60 to rotate to lock the cover 40, thereby pressing the cover 40 down against the convex portion of the workpiece.
The operation of the above-described clamping device 100 is:
the mounting seat 10 is vertically arranged on the processing platform, the bottom plate 20 and the fixing member 30 are sequentially mounted on the mounting seat 10, then the protruding part of the workpiece is clamped in the first clamping groove 31 of the fixing member 30, the cover plate 40 is placed on the fixing member 30, the driving member 50 drives the locking member 60 to sequentially penetrate through the mounting seat 10, the bottom plate 20, the fixing member 30 and the cover plate 40, and then the locking member 60 is further driven to rotate to lock the cover plate 40, so that the cover plate 40 downwards presses the protruding part of the workpiece, and the workpiece is clamped and fixed.
Referring to fig. 2, the mounting base 10 includes a mounting plate 11, two supporting plates 12 and a substrate 13, wherein the substrate 13 is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 11 through the two supporting plates 12 to support the bottom plate 20.
The mounting plate 11 is rectangular. The mounting plate 11 has a plurality of threaded holes 111 at its corners, and the mounting plate 11 can be fixed on a processing platform (e.g., a CNC machine) by bolts 112. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the mounting plate 11 may have other shapes and may be fixedly mounted on the processing platform.
The support plate 12 is substantially rectangular. Two support plates 12 are spaced apart and vertically disposed on the mounting plate 11. In the present embodiment, the support plate 12 and the mounting plate 11 are integrally formed. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the support plate 12 and the mounting plate 11 are removable structures, such as the support plate 12 and the mounting plate 11 are removably attached by bolts.
The base plate 13 is disposed parallel to the mounting plate 11 and is mounted at one end of the two support plates 12 away from the mounting plate 11. The base plate 13 includes a connecting portion 131 and a bearing portion 132, the connecting portion 131 is substantially rectangular and detachably connected to the two support plates 12 by bolts 133; the bearing portion 132 is substantially rectangular, the bearing portion 132 is disposed on a side of the connecting portion 131 facing away from the support plate 12 for bearing the bottom plate 20, wherein the size of the bearing portion 132 is smaller than that of the connecting portion 131.
In some embodiments, the bearing portion 132 of the mounting base 10 is provided with a guide 134, the bottom plate 20 is provided with a guide hole 21 at a position corresponding to the guide 134, and when the bottom plate 20 is disposed on the bearing portion 132 of the mounting base 10, the guide 134 can be inserted into the guide hole 21 to guide the bottom plate 20, so as to prevent the bottom plate 20 from shaking during the clamping process. In this embodiment, the guide 134 is a guide pin.
The supporting portion 132 of the mounting base 10 is further provided with a plurality of supporting members 135, and when the bottom plate 20 is disposed on the supporting portion 132 of the mounting base 10, the bottom plate 20 is supported by the plurality of supporting members 135, so that the bottom plate 20 can be conveniently detached.
The base plate 20 is substantially rectangular for supporting the fixing member 30. In some embodiments, the bottom plate 20 and the bearing portion 132 of the mounting seat 10 are respectively provided with corresponding connecting holes 22, and the clamping device 100 further includes a connecting member 23, wherein the connecting member 23 is used for fixing the bottom plate 20 on the substrate 13 after the bottom plate 20 is positioned. Specifically, the connecting member 23 is sequentially inserted into the connecting holes 22 of the base plate 20 and the mount base 10 to connect the base plate 20 and the mount base 10 together. It can be understood that the installation accuracy of the base plate 20 and the installation base 10 is higher under the guiding action of the guiding members 134. Illustratively, in the present embodiment, the connection hole 22 is a threaded hole, and the connection member 23 is a bolt 112.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, at least one side of the bottom plate 20 is convexly provided with a spacing portion 24, the spacing portion 24 is formed by protruding the middle portion of the edge of the bottom plate 20, and two opposite sides of the spacing portion 24 are provided with spacing grooves 25 for spacing the frame-shaped workpiece during processing (e.g., cutting). In the present embodiment, two spacing portions 24 are provided on opposite sides of the bottom plate 20, and it is understood that the number of spacing portions 24 and the shape of the spacing grooves 25 may be set according to actual needs, and are not particularly limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4, the fixing member 30 is a frame-shaped structure, and the size of the fixing member 30 is smaller than that of the bottom plate 20. Illustratively, in the present embodiment, the workpiece is frame-shaped, and the inner side of the frame-shaped workpiece is provided with 9 protrusions along the circumference. The peripheral side of the fixing member 30 and the positions corresponding to the 9 protrusions are respectively provided with a plurality of holding portions 32, and each holding portion 32 comprises a first holding groove 31 penetrating through the two opposite side surfaces of the holding portion to hold the protrusion. When the workpiece is sleeved on the periphery of the fixing member 30, the protruding portion of the workpiece can be clamped in the first clamping groove 31, so that the protruding portion of the workpiece can be processed after clamping.
Referring to fig. 5, a second holding groove 41 is formed on a side of the cover plate 40 facing the fixing member 30, and the second holding groove 41 is disposed corresponding to the first holding groove 31 for receiving the protrusion to hold the protrusion in the second holding groove 41. It can be understood that when the workpiece is sleeved on the peripheral side of the fixing member 30, a part of the projection of the workpiece is retained in the first retaining groove 31, and another part of the projection is retained in the second retaining groove 41.
In some embodiments, the chamfer angle of the groove edge of the second retaining groove 41 and the groove edge of the first retaining groove 31 close to the second retaining groove 41 is greater than or equal to 27 ° and less than or equal to 33 °, and the chamfer angle can play a certain guiding role when a workpiece is installed, so that the workpiece is conveniently installed. In the present embodiment, the groove edge of the second retaining groove 41 and the groove edge of the first retaining groove 31 adjacent to the second retaining groove 41 are chamfered, and the groove chamfer ranges from 27 ° to 33 °, and preferably 30 °.
In some embodiments, an avoiding groove 42 is formed at a corner of the cover plate 40 facing the fixing member 30 to increase the clamping force on the workpiece.
