4. A hermetic medical liquid transfer system as in claim 3, wherein the liquid outlet of the first liquid pipe (23) and the gas outlet of the first gas pipe (24) are exposed from the pipe holder (29).
5. A closed medical liquid transfer system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the external port of the second liquid conduit (27) and the external port of the second gas conduit (28) are provided on different sides of the seal holder.

A closed medical liquid transfer system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a third gas line and a third liquid line are provided in the container piercer, one end of each of the third gas line and the third liquid line extending into said container, and the other end of each of the third gas line and the third liquid line extending to the second sealing member (9).
7. A closed liquid medicine transferring system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lower portion of the guiding outer sleeve (17) is provided with a mounting hole of the pipe fixing seat (29), or the guiding outer sleeve (17) and the pipe fixing seat (29) are integrally formed.
