Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying schematic drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are exemplary only and not limiting. Other embodiments contemplated by those skilled in the art based on the disclosed embodiments of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a non-lethal weapon station of the present invention. The non-lethal weapon station of the present invention can be mounted on a ground traveling means. The ground traveling device may be a manned vehicle or an unmanned vehicle. The non-lethal weapon station may be controlled by an operator of the ground travel apparatus, may be controlled by a remote operator, or may be automatically operated according to a pre-programmed program. The non-lethal weapon station may have various dissipating devices such as, but not limited to, loud sound dissipating devices, bright light dissipating devices, gas jets, blisters, gas jets, and/or gas jets,
Reference is also made to fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of the connection structure of the strong sound dissipating device and the strong light dissipating device of the non-lethal weapon station of the present invention. The non-lethal weapon station may include a cradle 60. The carriage mechanism is used to support at least one dissipating device of the non-lethal weapon station. In some examples, carriage 60 may be mounted directly on the ground travelling device. In other examples, the carriage 60 may have a swivel base 90. The swivel base is rotatable about a vertical axis to change the yaw angle of the carriage. The bracket may have a general U-shape including a base and two vertical arms extending generally upwardly from the base.
The loud sound dissipating device 20 of the non-lethal weapon station is mounted on the carriage 60 and is rotatable in pitch angle with respect to the carriage 60. The loud sound dissipating device 20 is driven by electric energy and converts the electric energy into sound waves. The loud sound dissipating device is configured to generate a sound pressure of at least 100 dB. The sound wave output of the strong sound dispersion device may have directivity, for example, the sound wave is emitted within a range of ± 30 ° in the forward direction. In one example, the loud sound dissipating device may have a frame 50. In one example, the frame 50 may have a generally rectangular shape with two vertical sides rotatably mounted inside two vertical arms of the bracket 60, respectively. The rotatable coupling between the frame 50 of the loud sound dissipating arrangement and the vertical arm of the bracket 60 may be achieved by a bearing arrangement. In one example, the rotation of the loud sound dissipating device 20 in the pitch angle direction with respect to the bracket 60 may be achieved by the driving of the pitch driving device 60. The pitch drive 60 may be coupled to the bracket 60 and adapted to drive the megasonic dissipating device 20 to rotate to change the pitch angle of the megasonic dissipating device.
The non-lethal weapon station further comprises one or more glare dispersing devices. The strong light dispersing device may be provided with a plurality of strong light sources. The plurality of intense light sources may be arranged in a matrix. The plurality of intense light sources may be respectively connected to a power supply so that even if some of the intense light sources are damaged, the operation of other intense light sources is not affected. In some examples, two glare dispersing devices may be provided. The first strong light dispersing device 10 and the second strong light dispersing device 40 may be respectively disposed at both sides of the strong sound dispersing device 20 in the horizontal direction. The highlight dispersion device may be fixedly connected to the loud sound dispersion device or detachably connected to the loud sound dispersion device. When the strong light dispersion device is connected to the strong sound dispersion device, the connection between the two is rigid, so that the strong light dispersion device rotates together with the strong sound dispersion device in the pitch direction. In one example, the first strong light scattering device 10 and the second strong light scattering device 40 may have a substantially rectangular shape.
In some examples, the non-lethal weapon station also includes an optical sight 30. The optical sight may be an image capture device, such as a camera. The optical sight can capture images of the environment surrounding a non-lethal weapon action, which can be transmitted to the operator or command system for the operator or command system to determine the next action. The optical sight may be disposed on the loud sound dissipating device, for example on top of the loud sound dissipating device.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the pitch drive of the non-lethal weapon station of the present invention. In some examples, the pitch drive 70 includes a worm gear reducer 110. The worm of the worm gear reducer may be driven by a motor 120, and the worm gear of the worm gear reducer may have a trunnion 80 connected at the axis as the output end of the worm gear reducer. The trunnion 80 is connected to the frame 50 of the loud dissipating device 20 so that rotation of the trunnion 80 drives a change in the pitch angle of the loud dissipating device 20 relative to the bracket 60. For example, a spline may be provided at the distal end of the trunnion, which spline matingly engages another spline on the frame of the loud sound dissipating device, thereby causing the loud sound dissipating device to rotate in the pitch angle direction.
In some examples, the pitch drive further includes a handle 90. The handle may be manually turned by an operator in the event of a failure of the motor 120. The rotation of the handle is adapted to drive the rotation of the worm wheel of the worm gear reducer, thereby achieving the rotational output of the trunnion 80, and thus driving the pitch angle change of the loud sound dissipating device 20 with respect to the bracket 60. In one example, the pitch angle variation of the driving loud sound dissipating device 20 with respect to the bracket 60 may be in the range of 180 degrees. In the worm gear reducer, because the worm can drive the worm wheel but the worm wheel can not drive the worm, consequently after driving the strong sound dispersion device and the strong light dispersion device to a pitch angle, can utilize worm gear reducer's self-locking function to realize the locking of pitch angle, and need not additionally to install angle locking device.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a marching pattern of the non-lethal weapon station of the present invention. The marching mode is a state in which the strong sound dispersion device 20 and the strong light dispersion devices 10, 40 are driven in the pitch angle direction to be substantially parallel to the rear of the horizontal plane by the pitch drive device 70. This march state is suitable for the transport of non-lethal weapon stations. Under this marching state, drive every single move drive arrangement, can change the pitch angle of intense sound dispersion device and intense light dispersion device fast to the angle that needs under the mode of operation to utilize worm gear reducer's among the every single move drive arrangement auto-lock function reality pitch angle and need not extra locking device.
The foregoing is only an exemplary preferred embodiment of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made without departing from the principles of the utility model and these modifications are to be considered within the scope of the disclosure.
