2. The bag securing device according to claim 1, wherein the bag housing is provided with a hanging post, and the loop band assembly is hung on the hanging post.
3. The bag securing device according to claim 1 wherein the loop strip assembly comprises a strap assembly.

A bag securing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein each strap assembly includes at least one strap, the first end of each strap is provided with a locking ring, the surface of the body of each strap is provided with locking serrations, the second end of the strap passes through the locking ring so that the strap is wound into position, and the locking serrations are in locking engagement with the inside surface of the locking ring.
5. The bag securing device of claim 3, wherein the strap assembly includes a first strap and a second strap, the first strap is disposed through the series of holes, the first strap is wrapped in a circular loop, the second strap is disposed through an inner side of the first strap, and the second strap is wrapped in a circular loop.
6. The bag securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the second side wall defines an escape slot, the position of the escape slot on the second side wall being aligned with the position of the series of holes on the first side wall.
7. A bag holding device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the number of said series of holes is two, and two of said series of holes are provided on either side of the first side wall of said mouth.
8. A receptacle, comprising a bag securing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
