Disclosure of Invention
The data storage device for construction management is provided in the embodiment and is used for solving the problems that in the existing construction management process, the storage device is usually required to store data, the existing storage device is inconvenient to keep the data dry, the general storage device is inconvenient to flatten the data, and the data is inconvenient to store, so that the data storage is influenced.
According to one aspect of the application, a data storage device for construction management is provided, which comprises a base, a shell, an air ventilation device, a flattening device and a storage device;
the ventilating device comprises a side door, a handle, supporting legs, a ventilating groove, a dust screen, an air duct, an air inlet fan, a dehumidifying net, an air guide seat, an electric heating plate, a communicating groove and a separating net, wherein the top end of the base is fixedly connected with the shell, the air duct is formed in the base, and the air guide seat is fixedly connected in the air duct;
the flattening device comprises a drawer, a sliding groove, a fixed rod, a sliding sleeve, a side plate, a side groove, a first spring, a side block and a pressing plate, wherein the bottom end inside the shell is connected with the drawer in a sliding mode, the sliding groove is formed inside the drawer, and the sliding sleeve is connected inside the sliding groove in a sliding mode;
the storage device comprises a supporting plate, a placing plate, a clamping groove, a clamping block, a limiting plate, a movable block, a baffle, a movable groove and a second spring, wherein the supporting plate is fixedly connected with the inside of the shell, the baffle is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell, and one end of the placing plate is placed at the top end of the baffle.
Further, the one end lateral wall of casing articulates there is the side door, the lateral wall fixed connection handle of side door.
Furthermore, the bottom side wall of the base is fixedly connected with the supporting legs, the side walls at two ends of the base are internally provided with ventilating grooves, and the inner parts of the ventilating grooves are fixedly connected with dust screens.
Further, the internally mounted in wind channel has air intake fan, air intake fan's one side is provided with the dehumidification net, the dehumidification net is installed in the inside in wind channel.
Furthermore, the side walls at the two ends of the air guide seat are cambered surfaces, and the electric heating plates are arranged inside the side walls at the two ends of the air guide seat which are cambered surfaces.
Further, a communicating groove is formed in the bottom of the shell, the communicating groove is fixedly connected with a separation net inside, and the communicating groove is communicated with the air duct.
Further, the inside fixed connection dead lever of spout, the outside sliding connection sliding sleeve of dead lever, the top fixed connection curb plate of sliding sleeve, the side groove has been seted up to the inside of curb plate.
Furthermore, the inside of the side groove is slidably connected with the side block, one end of the side block is fixedly connected with one end of the pressing plate, the other end of the side block is fixedly connected with one end of a first spring, and the first spring is located inside the side groove.
Furthermore, a clamping groove is formed in the side wall of one end of the supporting plate, the clamping groove is clamped and connected with the clamping block, and two ends of the clamping block are fixedly connected with one ends of the two placing plates respectively.
Further, a movable groove is formed in the placing plate, the movable groove is connected with the movable block in a sliding mode, one end of the second spring is fixedly connected with one end of the movable block, the other end of the second spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the movable groove, and one end of the limiting plate is fixedly connected with the top end of the movable block.
Through the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, adopted ventilative device, flattening device and storage device, solved current construction management in-process, generally required storage device to deposit the data, the current storage device is inconvenient to keep the drying of data, and the inconvenient processing of flattening of general storage device to the data, the depositing of inconvenient data to influence the problem that the data storage was used.

Of course, the embodiment can also be used for other construction management. Here, a description will be given below of the data storage device according to the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1-3, a data storage device for construction management includes a base 1, a housing 2, a ventilation device, a pressing device and a storage device;
the ventilating device comprises a side door 201, a handle 202, supporting legs 3, a ventilating groove 4, a dustproof net 5, an air duct 6, an air inlet fan 7, a dehumidifying net 8, an air guide seat 9, an electric heating plate 10, a communicating groove 11 and a separating net 12, wherein the top end of the base 1 is fixedly connected with the shell 2, the air duct 6 is arranged in the base 1, and the air guide seat 9 is fixedly connected in the air duct 6;
the flattening device comprises a drawer 13, a sliding groove 14, a fixing rod 15, a sliding sleeve 16, a side plate 17, a side groove 18, a first spring 19, a side block 20 and a pressing plate 21, the bottom end inside the shell 2 is connected with the drawer 13 in a sliding mode, the sliding groove 14 is formed in the drawer 13, and the sliding sleeve 16 is connected inside the sliding groove 14 in a sliding mode;
the storage device comprises a supporting plate 22, a placing plate 23, a clamping groove 24, a clamping block 25, a limiting plate 26, a movable block 27, a baffle 28, a movable groove 29 and a second spring 30, wherein the supporting plate 22 is fixedly connected inside the shell 2, the baffle 28 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the shell 2, and one end of the placing plate 23 is placed at the top end of the baffle 28.

The outer side wall of one end of the shell 2 is hinged with a side door 201, and the outer side wall of the side door 201 is fixedly connected with a handle 202; the bottom end side wall of the base 1 is fixedly connected with a supporting leg 3, the side walls at two ends of the base 1 are internally provided with a ventilation groove 4, and the interior of the ventilation groove 4 is fixedly connected with a dust screen 5; an air inlet fan 7 is arranged in the air duct 6, a dehumidifying net 8 is arranged on one side of the air inlet fan 7, and the dehumidifying net 8 is arranged in the air duct 6; the side walls of the two ends of the air guide seat 9 are cambered surfaces, and the electric heating plates 10 are arranged in the side walls of the two ends of the air guide seat 9 which are cambered surfaces; the bottom of the shell 2 is provided with a communicating groove 11, the inside of the communicating groove 11 is fixedly connected with a separation net 12, and the communicating groove 11 is communicated with the air duct 6; a fixed rod 15 is fixedly connected inside the sliding groove 14, the outer side of the fixed rod 15 is connected with a sliding sleeve 16 in a sliding manner, the top end of the sliding sleeve 16 is fixedly connected with a side plate 17, and a side groove 18 is formed inside the side plate 17; the inside of the side groove 18 is slidably connected with a side block 20, one end of the side block 20 is fixedly connected with one end of a pressure plate 21, the other end of the side block 20 is fixedly connected with one end of a first spring 19, and the first spring 19 is positioned inside the side groove 18; a clamping groove 24 is formed in the side wall of one end of the supporting plate 22, a clamping block 25 is clamped and connected inside the clamping groove 24, and two ends of the clamping block 25 are fixedly connected with one ends of the two placing plates 23 respectively; place the inside of board 23 and seted up movable groove 29, the inside sliding connection movable block 27 of movable groove 29, the one end of movable block 27 one end fixed connection second spring 30, the inner wall of the other end fixed connection movable groove 29 of second spring 30, the top fixed connection limiting plate 26's of movable block 27 one end.
When the utility model is used, firstly, the electrical components in the device are externally connected with a control switch and a power supply, then the hinged side door 201 is opened through the handle 202, then the two placing plates 23 are clamped with the clamping groove 24 at one end of the supporting plate 22 through the clamping block 25, one end of the placing plate 23 is placed at the top end of the baffle 28, so that the placing plates 23 are convenient to place, by pulling the limiting plate 26, the limiting plate 26 drives the movable block 27 to slide along the movable groove 29, the movable block 27 drives the second spring 30 to stretch and accumulate force, then the stored data is placed at the top of the placing plate 23, the limiting plate 26 is loosened, the limiting plate 26 tightly fixes the data clamp under the action of the second spring 30 of the movable block 27, so that the data is convenient to store, by pulling the drawer 13, then the side plate 17 drives the sliding sleeve 16 to slide along the sliding groove 14, then the pressing plate 21 is pulled, the pressing plate 21 drives the side block 20 to slide along the side groove 18, side piece 20 drives the tensile power of accumulating of first spring 19, then place the data that need flatten in drawer 13, drive curb plate 17 and clamp plate 21 through sliding sleeve 16 and remove to the data top, loosen clamp plate 21, clamp plate 21 compresses tightly the data under side piece 20 and the effect of first spring 19, thereby be convenient for carry out the flattening to the data, through starting air intake fan 7, the air gets into wind channel 6 through ventilative groove 4, dust screen 5 intercepts the dust in the air, air intake fan 7 inside wind channel 6 blows the air to dehumidification net 8, filter the steam in the air through dehumidification net 8, effect through wind-guiding seat 9, the air blows in inside casing 2 through intercommunication groove 11, then keep the inside drying of casing 2, adjust air temperature through electric heating board 10, avoid inside the storage of influencing the data because of the humidity of casing 2.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the data storage device is simple to operate, the two placing plates are clamped with the clamping grooves at one end of the supporting plate through the clamping blocks, one end of each placing plate is placed at the top end of the corresponding baffle, so that the placing plates can be conveniently placed, the limiting plates are pulled to drive the movable blocks to slide along the movable grooves, the movable blocks drive the second springs to stretch and store force, stored data are placed at the tops of the placing plates, the limiting plates are loosened, and the limiting plates tightly clamp and fix the data under the action of the second springs of the movable blocks, so that the data are conveniently stored;
2. the side plate and the pressing plate are driven to move to the position above the data through the sliding sleeve, the pressing plate is loosened, and the pressing plate compresses the data under the action of the side block and the first spring, so that the data can be leveled conveniently;
3. this application is rational in infrastructure, through starting air inlet fan, the air gets into the wind channel through ventilative groove, the dust screen intercepts the dust in the air, the inside air inlet fan in wind channel blows the air to dehumidification net, through dehumidifying the net and filtering the steam in the air, through the effect of wind guide seat, inside the casing is blown in through the intercommunication groove to the air, keep the inside drying of casing then, through electric heating board adjustment air temperature, avoid the inside storage that influences the data because of the humidity of casing.
