The second shell 22 can be detachably sleeved on one side, away from the winding drum 4, of the first shell 21, and after the circuit is installed, the second shell is used for sealing one side, away from the winding drum 4, of the first shell 21, and therefore the attractiveness of the electric roller shutter is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 13 to 15, in the preferred embodiment, the electric roller blind control box 2 is provided with a battery connector 25 at an end near the roller blind mounting case 1, and can be electrically connected with the storage battery 5 for outputting the electric power of the storage battery 5 to power the motor and also can be used for charging the storage battery 5. The fixing member 32 is installed at one end of the motor pipe 33, a part of the fixing member 32 extends into the motor pipe 33, and a part of the fixing member 32 extending into the motor pipe 33 is provided with a motor fixing groove 31. The connecting sleeve 34 is installed at the other end of the motor pipe 33, and one part of the connecting sleeve 34, which is located outside the motor pipe 33, is connected with the winding drum 4 for driving the winding drum 4 to rotate. When the motor works, the rotating shaft drives the connecting sleeve 34 to rotate, the connecting sleeve 34 drives the winding drum 4 to rotate in the rotating process, the motor pipe 33 can not rotate in the working process of the motor, the motor is protected in the motor pipe 33 through the motor pipe 33, and the motor can be better prevented from being damaged.

Claims (15)

1. An electric roller shutter is characterized by comprising a shutter mounting shell, an electric shutter control box, a motor component and a winding drum, the roller shutter mounting case includes a case body including a battery mounting part and a case extension part connected to each other, the extension part of the shell extends outwards relative to the battery mounting part, the battery mounting part is provided with a battery bin, the battery compartment is provided with a battery placing opening, the electric roller shutter control box is arranged at the end part of the battery installing part far away from the extension part of the shell, the roller shutter mounting shell and the motor component are both mounted on the same side of the electric roller shutter control box, the electric roller shutter control box is respectively connected with the battery bin and the motor component, at least one end of the winding drum is hollow, so that the motor assembly can be inserted into the winding drum, and the motor assembly can drive the winding drum to rotate relative to the roller shutter mounting shell when working.
2. The motorized roller shade of claim 1, wherein the roller shade mounting housing further comprises a cover plate for closing the battery receiving opening, the cover plate further covering a side of the housing extension on the same side as the battery receiving opening when closing the battery receiving opening.
3. The motorized roller shade according to claim 2, wherein one end of the cover plate is hinged to the battery mounting portion and the housing extension portion, respectively, and the other end thereof closes or opens the battery receiving opening.
4. The electric rolling shutter according to claim 2, wherein the housing body defines a profile cavity, a stopper is disposed in the profile cavity, the stopper is used for separating the battery mounting portion and the housing extension portion, the profile cavity of the battery mounting portion forms the battery compartment, the profile cavity of the housing extension portion forms a non-battery compartment, an opening of the non-battery compartment and the battery placement opening are located on the same side of the housing body, and when the cover plate closes the battery placement opening, the cover plate also covers the opening of the non-battery compartment of the housing extension portion.
5. The electric roller shutter according to claim 4, wherein the stopper comprises a stopper body and a spring structure embedded in the stopper body, the stopper body is connected with the bottom of the profile cavity, the spring structure comprises a spring partially extending into the battery compartment, the spring is arranged at the bottom of the battery compartment, and the spring protrudes from the bottom of the battery compartment toward the battery placement opening.

The motorized roller shade according to claim 5, further comprising a battery having a protrusion at one end, the battery being mountable in the battery compartment, the spring structure further comprising a battery securing portion partially extending into the battery compartment, the battery securing portion being disposed between the spring and the battery receiving opening, the spring abutting a bottom of the battery when the battery is mounted in the battery compartment, the battery securing portion abutting a side of the protrusion adjacent to the battery receiving opening; the stop block main body can move in the section bar cavity, so that the distance between the stop block and the end part of the shell body is lengthened or shortened.

The electric roller shutter according to claim 1, wherein a side of the battery compartment opposite to the battery placement opening is a bottom of the battery compartment, the bottom of the battery compartment is provided with a first protruding strip and a second protruding strip, a boss installation position is provided between the first protruding strip and the second protruding strip, the first protruding strip and the second protruding strip protrude from the compartment bottom of the battery towards the battery placement opening, and the first protruding strip and the second protruding strip are respectively provided with a bending block bending towards the boss installation position; the electric roller shutter also comprises a storage battery arranged in the battery compartment, the storage battery is provided with a boss, and when the storage battery is arranged in the battery compartment, the boss is matched with the boss installation position.

The electric rolling shutter according to claim 7, wherein a third protrusion protruding from the bottom of the battery compartment toward the battery placement opening is further disposed in the boss installation position, the height of the third protrusion is smaller than the height of the first protrusion and the second protrusion, fourth protrusions protruding from the side walls of the battery compartment toward the middle of the battery compartment are further disposed on both sides of the battery compartment, and when the battery is installed in the battery compartment, the third protrusion abuts against the bottom of the battery, and the fourth protrusion abuts against at least one side wall of the battery.

The motorized roller shade of claim 1, further comprising a battery mountable in the battery compartment, the battery having a protrusion, the battery comprising a first housing and a second housing that mate with each other, the first housing and/or the second housing having a core slot therein, the core slot in the first housing and/or the second housing forming a core compartment when the first housing and the second housing mate with each other, the core being disposed in the core compartment, the first housing comprising a square battery housing body and the protrusion protruding from the battery housing body.

The motorized roller shade of claim 9, wherein the battery housing body comprises a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side, the first side and the third side are disposed opposite to each other, the second side and the fourth side are disposed opposite to each other, the boss is connected to the third side, the two sides of the boss are connected to the third side, and end surfaces of the two ends of the boss are curved surfaces.

The motorized roller shade according to claim 1, wherein a battery connection port is provided at an end of the motorized roller shade control box adjacent to the roller shade mounting housing, the battery connection port being connected to a battery compartment, a first charging port is provided at an end of the motorized roller shade control box adjacent to the motor assembly, and the battery connection port, the circuit board, and the first charging port are connected in sequence; the electric roller shutter further comprises a storage battery, the storage battery can be installed in the battery compartment, when the storage battery is installed in the battery compartment, a second charging port and a circuit connecting port are arranged at one end, close to the electric roller shutter control box, of the storage battery, and the circuit connecting port can be connected with the electric roller shutter control box.

The motorized roller shade of claim 1, wherein the motorized roller shade control housing includes a circuit board, a first housing and a second housing, the first housing being closer to the roller tube than the second housing, one side of the first housing being provided with a motor fixing portion partially inserted into the roller tube, the motor assembly being provided with a motor fixing groove partially inserted into the roller tube, the motor fixing portion being inserted into the motor fixing groove, the first housing and the second housing having a circuit board receiving cavity therebetween, the circuit board being disposed in the circuit board receiving cavity.
13. The motorized roller shade of claim 12, wherein the first housing defines a circuit board receiving cavity, the circuit board receiving cavity further defines a circuit outlet, the second housing is detachably sleeved on a side of the first housing away from the winding drum, and the second housing covers the circuit outlet when the second housing is sleeved on the side of the first housing away from the winding drum.

The motorized roller shade according to claim 11, wherein the motorized roller shade control box comprises a first insertion plate, a second insertion plate and a third insertion plate, the first insertion plate, the second insertion plate and the third insertion plate all extend toward the roller shade mounting shell, the roller shade mounting shell has a first wall plate, one side of the first wall plate is provided with a first slot, the other side of the first wall plate is provided with a second slot and a third slot, the first wall plate forms one side wall of the battery compartment, the second slot and the third slot are sequentially arranged on the same side of the first wall plate, the first insertion plate is inserted into the first slot, the second insertion plate is inserted into the second slot, and the third insertion plate is inserted into the third slot.
