Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present invention, the contents of the present invention will be further explained below with reference to the drawings and examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a sterile medical fluid transfer device, which mainly comprises: a first bottle inserting needle 110, a second bottle inserting needle 120, a first infusion tube 210 and a second infusion tube 220; the number of the first bottle inserting needles 110 and the number of the first infusion tubes 210 are two, and the two first bottle inserting needles 110 are respectively connected with the two first infusion tubes 210; one end of each of the two first infusion tubes 210 is connected with one end of the second infusion tube 220, and the other end of the second infusion tube 220 is connected with the second bottle inserting needle 120; the two first bottle inserting needles 110 and the second bottle inserting needle 120 are provided with exhaust valves 130.
The aseptic liquid medicine transfer device provided by the embodiment comprises three bottle inserting needles and three liquid conveying pipes, wherein two bottle inserting needles can be respectively inserted into liquid bottles to be transferred, and the other bottle inserting needle can be inserted into a target liquid bottle for transferring liquid medicine. Specifically, the two first bottle inserting needles 110 are respectively connected with the two first infusion tubes 210, the two first infusion tubes 210 can transfer the liquid in the two liquid bottles to the second infusion tube 220, and the other end of the second infusion tube 220 is connected with the second bottle inserting needle 120, and the second bottle inserting needle 120 is inserted into the target liquid bottle for transferring the liquid medicine, so that the liquid in the two liquid bottles can be transferred to the target liquid bottle.
The two first bottle inserting needles 110 and the second bottle inserting needle 120 are provided with exhaust valves 130, which can be used for exhausting air.
In this embodiment, since the two first vial insertion needles 110 and the two first infusion tubes 120 are provided, two bottles of liquid can be simultaneously injected into the other liquid bottle, thereby increasing the amount of liquid medicine transferred and reducing the liquid medicine transfer time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a three-way junction 230 is provided at the junction of two first infusion tubes 210 and a second infusion tube 220.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, two first infusion tubes 210 are provided with a liquid stop clip 212. The fluid stop clip 212 may be used to control the start or stop of the flow of fluid through the first fluid line 210.
As shown in FIG. 3, in one embodiment, a drip chamber 222 is provided in the second infusion tube 220.
In one embodiment, the two first infusion tubes and the second infusion tube are both PVC tubes, EVA tubes or silicone tubes.
In one embodiment, the length of the second infusion tube is greater than the length of both of the first infusion tubes.
In one embodiment, the second infusion tube has a length of 100 to 130 centimeters; the length of the two first transfusion tubes is 20 cm to 30 cm. Preferably, the second infusion tube may be 100 centimeters in length and the two first infusion tubes may be 20 centimeters in length.
